  1. Name of Character: Vinny Barone Character ID: 139555 SteamID: Steam ID: 76561198101831056 Your Discord ID: fuckfacesunstoppable Date of PK:11/12/25 Reason for PK: causing inner faction conflict, causing an uproar within the ranks, causing a feud within high command The situation that led to my character’s death didn’t have good in-character reasoning or proper buildup. From what I saw, it felt like the players involved acted out of OOC frustration or personal issues instead of their characters’ actual motives. It broke the immersion and made the roleplay feel unfair, which is disappointing since I’ve always tried to take RP seriously and stay true to my character. I’m not completely sure what the exact reasoning or orders behind my character’s death were, but based on what I’ve heard, it seems like it was influenced more by OOC stuff than anything that made sense IC. There wasn’t proper escalation, and it didn’t fit with my character’s story or any real conflict that would’ve justified it. Also, the player I believe was mainly involved has a history of causing or exaggerating drama and not being fully honest in past situations. so, it’s hard to see this as a fair or natural outcome of roleplay. tldr: we broke up and she got me killed for no reason

  2. Name of Faction: The Popov Family Number of Members (Minimum of 5): 20 Type Of Faction (Family, Triad, Street Gang, etc): Family Ethnic Background (ex: Italian, Greek, African American, Irish, etc): Russian/Orthodox Russian Name of Character running the faction: Pavel 'Feliks' Popov Your Discord # (ex: gamer#4210): tradercho_ Your SteamID:STEAM_0:1:59531587 Your Server playtime: 1mo 5d 19hr Do you acknowledge and agree to all faction rules as detailed on the server rules page? (Yes/No): Yes Do you acknowledge that your faction discord will be owned by us? (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction will bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): We set up the bread stand and give away free food to people and preach the lords word and his name to the masses, while helping as many people as possible. We also want to bring in our own taxi and bring in a Taxi service with a dedicated phone number for free Taxi rides to your shipments, including a VIP package where the Russian Taxi Driver will follow you for support to your shipments, and drop you off where you want to be. Even if we get accepted, we will continue to set up places to give away food, drink and medical attention. Prayers and sermons should be expected, as well as prayers on Sunday alongside promotions, and other business about the city. Even with our Orthodox background, we will still be a crime family, and killing will be apart of our lives. For these such moments that we strive so hard to get away from. For all PKs there will be mandatory prayer, even if a brief one, begging god for forgiveness. We will have a social code of not using any extremely expensive vehicles or outfits, we want to be known for giving money back to the people whenever we can. Eventually, whenever were set up on our feet pretty good, we want to make a place where gambling addicts can get 10k whenever they lose all of their money to get back onto their feet without having to take a loan. Being a crime family, we are disgracing ourselves in the eyes of our god. So we donate back out, we try and do everything possible to outbalance the terrible acts that we commit. Way further down the line we would like to get a gun racket and sell them legally. We would never sell them illegally, because that is something that we do not have to do to continue giving back to the community. (I want to clarify that we are not a cult, and that this is just genuine Russian Orthodoxy.) Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): Well of course we are going to be giving sermons at the church, we will have an entire role dedicated to people who can do this, reading Orthodox Russian prayers (in english ofc) to the masses, or even just to the faction. We will consistently open the free bread bar, making improvements to it and continuing on that route. We invite anyone to church with open arms, including offering confessions at the Church with a Father of the Popov's, a man who will keep all your secrets to his chest, so you can get them out there. The taxi service might not have very much event potential but it WILL be a facet of consistent Russian RP with the Russian made Taxi we are looking to bring to the server. 5. Currently the warning you get when joining a Faction (shown below) is a blanket warning applying to all factions allowing no individuality in what factions stand for. What I am proposing is adding a box to this warning which the boss of each family can assign specific rules to which new recruits must agree to when joining a faction. This would allow factions to specify what they expect of their recruits so there's less surprise when people get PK'd for doing stupid shit. A few examples would be specifying that a certain faction doesn't allow mugging or allow drug trades etc etc.

  6. Currently it isn't great having melee weapons in gun rackets when it comes to a money making angle. For example, our racket has fire axes that cost $1,000 to order. Even if we were to break even selling them, you can get 5-6 shovels for the same price as 1 axe and with zero wait. And there is still the same cooldown for melee weapons as if you were ordering back to back gun shipments. Most times people want alot of them in a short time for events. Also most people pass on buying them when they see the price, and we intentially set it higher than we would like to avoid large orders. My suggesstion would be to rebalance melee weapons in rackets in one or more of the following ways: - Make them near zero cost to order, so they can be offered at lower prices and still make a somewhat decent profit - Reduce the reordering cooldown significantly - Have all melee weapon shipments come with a larger amount(at least 5-10) Would be open to hearing other sugestions as well

  13. Honestly I agree I dont see why its an hr long cd between shipments for meeles considering their meant for events and be disposable whereas the guns cost more to get as their not meant to be insanely accessible. Meeles are universally used for events to cutting bodies up they're meant to be disposable and easily accessible. its kinda goofy that I can buy a shit ton of shovels with no cooldown and these guys have to pay however much and wait an hr between shipments.

  14. I mean it kinda makes sense that its generic. It's high key on the family or group theyre joining to express this stuff not on the pop up box to do this. Gotta roleplay on the roleplay server occasionally.

  16. Personally, I think it's on the faction to hire correctly and express their values through ic roleplay, not a pop-up box Nice idea but I think it just encourages laziness

Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): Name: Ludwig "Mad Dog" Schultz Date of Birth: December 2nd, 1930 Place of Birth: Hamburg, Germany Known Aliases: Mad Dog, Urkel Affiliations: Sons of Silence MC (Former Charter President - NYC), Hells Angels MC (Charter President - NYC) Backstory: Ludwig Schultz was born in the dockside shadows of Hamburg, a city known for hard workers, hard drinkers, and hard lessons. His father was a machinist, and his mother worked nights in a local bar. Raised in a working-class home, Ludwig grew up with oil on his hands and fire in his chest. He became a skilled mechanic by sixteen, known for rebuilding engines from scrap. But Hamburg’s streets taught him more than wrenches and torque they taught him how to survive. In 1949, at age 19, Ludwig left Germany. He'd been caught up in a few too many fights, one involving a rival gang and a knife. Facing potential charges, He fled to america where he fought in the Korean war serving under the 35th Fighter Squadron. After the war He joined a biker club consisting of ex military members and with connections through his American uncle an Ex Flying Tigers WW2 Vet, he immigrated to New York City, settling in Southside, where industrial neighborhoods reminded him of home. In NYC, he worked in auto shops, fixing muscle cars and Harleys for cash. It was in a Brooklyn garage that he met members of the Sons of Silence Motorcycle Club - Midwest-born outlaws who were slowly expanding east. Ludwig’s grit, mechanical genius, and refusal to back down earned him respect fast. By 1987, he was a patched member, and by 1988, he was President of the NYC-based chapter, known as “Mad Dog” for how unbreakable he seemed on the road. Under his leadership, the chapter grew. Ludwig brought a brutal code of loyalty and brotherhood. He brokered outlaw alliances and held the crew tight, but tension grew with the national leadership. They headed west, where Ludwig forged new connections with the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, drawn by their reach, code, and freedom. He In july 1988, Ludwig officially had to give up the position as the President of the New York City Sons Of Silence Charter After an incident cost him to lose his Warehouse feeling unfit at the time , After a few months depressed being backed by West Coast approval. He returned with his rebranded crew, setting up a clubhouse in a fortified warehouse in Queens. With him came loyalty, legacy, and lessons learned the hard way. Now in about to turn 60, Ludwig Schultz is a grizzled outlaw with deep scars and deeper connections. He's seen both brotherhood and betrayal, built empires and burned bridges. In NYC’s biker underworld, his name carries weight equal parts legend and warning.

  19. Currently seems there's a devide between how admins tackle the question on PKs for reasons such as leaving the family without permission. There's no doubt you can get that PK active, but then if that person appeals it seems to be a 50\50 shot per accepted and denied post. I think their needs to be consistency on how the staff tackles these PKs due to violation of these basic rules listed in a families Discord that I'm pretty sure most people directed their new recruits to. With that being said, I think this idea would straighten consistency on results of PK appeals within this subject. I don't think this is to replace people reading rules to new hires, I think it benefits more as a safe guard reason for staff and the person setting the order once it comes time to the appeals. +1

  20. been thinking about this for a little and had to ask somewhere; whats so wrong/bad about people being in the back of vehicles? people have been riding in truck beds/the back of vehicles ever since their inception irl and yet we have seem to have an unspoken OOC rule that seems to forbid people from doing such in character; somehow its failrp, nitrp, or some other hammed up reason that i've come across in the past- but truth be told there is nothing unrealistic about the practice. whenever i've asked staff about it in the past they've given me a firm no and cautionary warning against it and while happy to oblige at a staff's discretion on rules- after a cursory glance there is no real server/vehicle rule around the practice. i dare not risk the practice in RP when it would matter having that nebulousness surrounding it- still theres a part of me that is curious as to whether or not you can be allowed to use it as a medium for transport or even going as far as use in drive-by's if in a time of conflict. people would still be liable to the dangers that are implied in standing in an open truck bed (i.e. falling out or ragdolling) and its very clearly/obviously illegal to have an unsecured passenger (no less one firing a weapon), but again it is hardly unrealistic. can there be some clarity on this for future reference? if there are issues surrounding performance or otherwise that keep it from being viable that is fine; but perhaps if thats the case there should be an addendum to the vehicle rules to help cement it because as it stands all we have is a gentleman's agreement.
