Add a channel with a bot that displays Event Messages sent by admins in game, similar to the old ‘#ic-advertisements’ channel. This would be interesting as players could be caught up with in game events such as PK news reports on the go, or other events that would entice them to join the server.

My First ban was for LTARP, where I left the server shortly following a PK. The second ban was for item transfer. I do understand that I was in the wrong in the past and I was appropriately reprimanded as such. Since my two pervious bans, I have strived to adhere to the rules. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would 100% say that I am not a widely known person in the community. I have made some friends in the PD and some friends that I represent as a lawyer when they get into legal trouble. I believe that if you asked any of these people that I am acquainted with, they would say that I am a solid guy and a good RPer. I know that they would have nothing or little to say negatively about myself. Although I am not necessarily known, I interact with a lot of the players on the server very regularly either on my police character, or as an employee at Rockefellers. I think that other community members would think of me just as a normal guy with nothing negative to say. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite recent moment was the kidnapping and recovery of Commissioner Snoop in the night club. But my favorite all time moment was the time when my friends and I hosted illegal street races which resulted in a huge police chase. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: No. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Record a clip of the incident, and make a report to the on-duty staff like a regular player. If no staff are available in the server, I would gather further information and make a player report on the forums. If the player is continuing to RDM other players, and a report is made, then I would take action against him. Although I have the player in a sit, I would not reprimand the player for RDMing me. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather sufficient evidence (specifically video) against the fellow staff member and proceed to submit a staff report against them. I would also notify upper administration. Even though the abuse isn't "too noticeable", it is still staff abuse however. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would proceed with an unbiased and professional stance on the situation even though the ticket is against my friend. If the evidence is sufficient or if I personally witnessed my friend RDM'ing and minging, I would take the appropriate course of action against them regardless of our in-character relationship or friendship. I would not allow slack just because they are my friend. It would be easy to allow my friend to get by with minimal or no punishment, but that would be wrong and considered abuse.

Are you tired of seeing Townhouse #whatever or ghetto room #whatever being owned by a guy who's not even using it literally at all? The doors are wide open and it's been untouched for hours? Well then I have the solution for you! Add a timeout timer for doors, if they arent unlocked/locked within say 2 hours literally just auto sell them. Because we as staff cant just randomly decide they arent using them anymore so they'll sit owned literally all day by random nobodies who aren't using the property at all.

The suggestion is to be able to pick up dropped money and put it in your inventory as an item. That would introduce depth in RP scenarios in events such as hiding money in containers and it would also help in certain deals like exchanging goods through containers or through a car trunk.

Hi Vita I am sorry I wasn't able to reply sooner but I will be refuting every single claim you have made and explain why it would not constitute reasonable suspicion. 1. IC it was my deal this is false completely, as Haze has pointed out I had not done business with SOS for a while in fact I had not done business with them fully for about 2 weeks. The only time I ever considered setting up a deal was when Priest DIRECTLY had me come to the trat right after the sitdown with SOS where he asked me in there if I would be able to set up a deal with SOS because he wanted to sell stuff I said I could but it was not wise since one of the members which would be @Santana had just been picked up by the police at the time. He said ok and let me leave after this. Then about 10 minutes later I then spoke with him and informed him if he wanted to I could try and help set up a crew deal between both SOS and the trat he then said something along the lines of "we will see" then that is the last I talked about any major deals. AGAIN TO REITERATE I was never talking about doing any deal IC priest was the one that brought it up. 2. Construction Incident This one actually makes no sense for a PK reason if you have a functioning IQ . what had happened, which can be verifed by admins who watched the situation, Me and 6 other cassano's got picked up because gunshots were heard at construction the only person to get off from this with no charges was Ciggy for whatever reason. I was CHARGED for this crime, it would make no sense for an informant to get charged for a crime. Which you guys in fact knew I was charged after the fact. 3. 1. When I referred to him being the guy I was going to trade I said yes because priest asked for someone to trade with I said "yeah that was the guy I was going to trade with" you can tell this is the context because right after I mention a CC being filed. For this point I mainly was just trying to find someone and that was the first person I thought of but I told priest no because of that reason. I offered to find someone else for priest besides trumandor. FYI the CC had nothing to do with drugs 2. You once again fail to mention that I was charged in the construction incident which would make no sense once again if I was an informant idk why you keep dodging this one specific point. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The reason that I will start off with talking about is how it got to the point of where the PK was decided upon by higher management within the Cassano's. On 10/4/89 a training took place at the construction yard for enforcers. During this training police had "heard gunshots" and came and arrested 6 Cassano family members including myself, only one member was let go scott free and that was not me. This was the first reason that the Cassano's currently bring up as a reason for which I was a rat which the police in the situation can verify I was never giving information. The officer during the arrest of note would be Detective Matteo Smith which was the one that had started the arrest of all of us. Keep in mind I also got arrested in this situation and got my prints taken from this. The next reason that the cassanos bring up of why I was pked was that I was suspected to be giving insider knowledge to the SOS which I was not, this is verified by the hc of SOS and also video evidence which I have that include the SOS high command telling the Cassonos DIRECTLY that I had not provided any secrets to the SOS. After that day on 10/5 I was told to get on where I was killed on these grounds without any hard evidence ever being proven to the family and this goes on to prove that I did not violate anything that would constitute a pk according to the family member Pk guidelines. I also will update this I was Pk baited to get into the city Using OOC means of communication to perform a PK will invalidate it / the evidence for a PK.
