First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. Bullets gets whitelisted, I crash during the whitelisting, so I wasn't even shown anything such as drugs, Oil, guns or anything illegal. I come back on, get whitelisted, and the guy who hired me tells bullets to show me. Bullets doesn't even show me anything until I crash again, and then when I get back on, he's unwhitelisted by staff. So at this point, what's the point of me being in the faction if A. I haven't got my friend in there. B. I haven't been shown anything Illegal. C. I wasn't even shown anything or had any proper RP with the faction. So I just leave the Wl Without buying drugs, guns, Oil or anything. Since they already unwhitelisted the guy I'm with..... logs only go so far back until a higher rank needs to search the deep storage. im not apart of this ban nor have an opinion, but if it is true, evidence other than both of the accounts will help you a lot more. you said you use the same computer but have multiple videos of both of you playing, just take a picture of the computers beside eachother and dm it to a higher staff.

a lot of the head models don't have glasses or hat bones, this is a custom bone position for hats and glasses to merge into, therefore we need to tie it to the head bone. problem with head bone is that not every head has the same shape or size, not even remotely the same height from headbone to top of the head sadly. ONTOP of that, not all hats or glasses use the hat bone or glasses bone. it would be a lot of work to convert these hats and glasses to use different bones. also, generally a lot of hats and glasses are made to fit male 09, since its the most popular male head model.

Not the banning admin, or anyone of importance, but heres my opinion and some numbers. You had set up for a shoot out to occur, it is clear as day in the first clip, otherwise, why would all those people be specifically on that one roof that had a perfect view of the business you were intentionally harassing. I don't know who anyone is on this server, nor do I even know who you are as a character name level. Since joining in september 2022, to march 2025, you've had 0.37 bans per month. (Sounds like a good number right? kind of...) Since your first ban in November 2023, to march 2025, you've had 0.69 bans per month. (Almost doubling, the time between first join and first ban) You have 22 notes and 11 bans (excluding the most recent permaban) with 54.45 DAYS banned and only 38 days, 3 hours playtime. From your "total time experienced" (bans + playtime), you have spent 58.84% of your time banned. Banned time to playtime ratio is at a high x1.43. With your notes and bans being considered now, you were punished nearly 2.06 times per month for every month since your first ban. That is very slightly more than once every 2 weeks you either got a ban or a note, since sept 2023.... that is sad. TLDR: Extensive notes and bans will always lead to a permanent ban, now if its actually permanent, that's for others to decide, there is no bias here, if I was still staff I would've done the exact same thing regardless of who you are, or who you think you are to be able to continue to break the rules without any actual punishment. You need a break from the server to realize what you actually want to do on here, other than break rules consistently.

While yes, you did break FearRP and that does warrant a PK in this situation. You got lucky because the person who mugged you, was deemed a mugging character a couple hours after you were killed. You should really read up on the PK rules, especially breaking FearRP, a little recap is that if someone is mugging you, or giving you commands, under fearrp, the second you retaliate and die, you can be pked for that. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

Not banning admin here or nothing like that, but I do know a lot about cheats because I've developed and used them a lot. Yep thats me, but with that knowledge I also learned some cheat analysis. A large majority of these comments are just simply wrong. Including 'I don't see any tracing'..... Yea..... ANYWAYS onto my turn I guess just cause I got called in? In the slowed down video, you can see Izumi has engine prediction on by the black arrow. This is basically just cheats ways of saying 'WHERE' are you going to be based on your current velocity (direction + movement speed). Notice how the cursor goes to the right of the player being shot? No coincidence. Next point, your firing pattern. To the naked eye it looks like just holding left click, flick, oops someone was standing there. BUT NO. If on average (yes I counted) from the original clip, there's almost 1 bullet per frame, more around 1.2 but whatever. So why'd that pattern stop between frame 1, 2, and 3? But in frame 3 the exact same frame and millisecond that your crosshair reaches the player, you shoot again. What I think happened? You stop shooting, accidentally panic and click aimbot key, flick to them, and you have auto fire on. (Bad cheats guhhh imagine not using trigger bot instead). ONTO THE NEXT, this one is aimed (haha see what I did there) at the 'whos aimbot even looks at spine'.... Well, a lot of aimbots do, and a lot of them have that option to seem more legit so that you're not hitting consistent 1 tap headshots. Cheats generally will add spine3 to their list. But if your cheats were a little better, they'd grab the 3 bones positions then find an average. You might say "OH BUT HES AIMING AT THE ARM" . Remember the whole point above about engine prediction? Going into the shot, takes a whole two frames, coming out of the shot, again, two frames. With your 'accidental flick' you almost flick back instantly to the same exact position you started from. So you either have really good precision with this 'leather mousepad', or like...... Keep following me now, we know where this is going. TLDR: 1. Stops shooting (inconsistent fire rate???), accidentally clicks aimbot key, locks on for a split second and lets go of key. 2. Engine prediction enabled (definitely a free cheat though....) 3. Auto fire enabled (when aimbot key is pressed, SHOOT says the cheat) 4. Target bones set to spine/pelvis For your other clips, yes I had looked into them too cause we don't wanna false ban here. You seem to just.... have them injected but not use them unless its an accident. So either 1. Its an emergency backup thing, or 2. You like using the ESP and don't know how to disable aimbot lol. NOW, my opinion as a staff whos been permad for cheating before too. Purely accidental, no one was harmed, no sort of advantage was gained out of this one altercation. Banning admin here, Joshua Withers made a ticket about your body blocking a door, you exclaimed that only the gods could move you and that your roleplay was being broken. I moved you from the door multiple times and told you in a voice when it was only you in the room that if you continued to do that you'd be warned/noted. You continued to do it and I stayed for a couple of minutes because something seemed off. I then see that you're being extremely uncooperative with the police officers with consistent insults, and not just regular "you're stupid" insults apart of roleplay, but insults that would take up 99% of your sentence. You said you were trying to talk through the walls and when I told you that they're soundproof, you said "Hold on, let me speak out of character" then continued to barrade me with insults exclaiming that the server was broken and it was my fault that the cells were soundproof because of a shitty "bug". I had myself and another staff member, explain to you multiple times its on purpose. The officer had already given you options of a lawyer, court, or plea deal. After 30 minutes of no roleplay interaction, you are set free. You then spammed and made multiple tickets regarding "no one responding" once again. I then told you, again, that when a lawyer is in play, it is not the police's duty to set you free as they cannot control if someone wants to represent you or not. A lawyer shows up, then leaves after talking with you for 30 seconds. You were given multiple chances to cooperate and be respectful, and I left out the list of insults you called me because I understand you're frustrated. However, I came to you with a level head until I gagged you multiple times, yet you continued to hound me with insulting comments. TLDR: Multiple chances given, refused to roleplay with police, lawyers, and anyone who talked to you, the only time you responded to questions was to barrage everyone in the room with insults, you were intolerable to players and staff members, you were auto-plead guilty because of this and told the reason behind it, yet still, instead of attempting to dispute it, just screamed and kicked like a small child having a temper tantrum, you needed some time to cool down and that's what the 3 days will do.

I spent so long trying to compile the clips and I just gave up, banning admin here, Your story starts when I begin to noclip around you instead of using the spectate command. (I was watching for almost an hour before! wow!!!) Literally just going to copy paste all of the text I had explained to others if you could reply with each one of the situations and why you think you're not cheating that'd be great. I had ---- shoot him from the roof tops in the leg, he then later said to the cops “why are cops shooting me from the roof”, when there was no indication it was a cop (He said flashbang, but from the spectating POV, I didn't see anything, and neither did his clip) He then goes into the sewers and he’s constantly turning around to see through the walls where the cops are and how close they are, out of render distance he finds a dark corner and sits in it waiting for them to pass right when they're about to catch up to him. Then I get ---- to shoot him in the leg again from a rooftop, and he makes a ticket asking why civis are shooting him in the legs from rooftop (---- was on a civi this time) THEN the final straw No lock picking or anything, ---- was standing outside of the guys ghetto room, and he’s running around and preparing for a gun fight (esping), ---- starts to lock pick and he instantly readies his gun He wasn’t silent aiming in the last one, but he def knew he was there without making any noise He also says the appeal starts when the cop shoots him, and that’s when I started noclipping around him on purpose. oh another super interesting one i forgot to say, when i was spectating him (before i started noclipping around him on purpose), he was bragging how he was the best shooter ever in diverge history and that if any cops tried to arrest him or his friends, he'd win the gunfight, then when they're in a townhouse, not even like 5 seconds after starting another conversation, he goes "oh shit, i think theres cops outside", no sirens on or anything, and a cop is sitting in a bush outside of the window (not visible from garage, where he was standing.... duhhh) In the end, I was not trying to bait your PSilent aim (from the original PK clip), but I was trying to bait out ESP behaviour, in which I saw you follow multiple times. "Randomly" doing a 360 to look around you, or looking in the general direction of where someone is shooting you from, but never directly at the person. You act as a csgo player trying to seem legit, but I can tell you're not by all these little hints and movements you do, the biggest and most obvious case of the ESP was in the sewers, when out of render distance, cops don't even turn the corner yet, and you instantly know to hide in a dark area of the sewers? But the second they DO peak you, you're staring directly at them (still out of render distance btw). Yes, I did read most of the appeal, but it does genuinely start where you talk about being shot from the rooftops, there is a whole one sentence about the townhouse situation when that was almost a quarter of the spectating time.

Banning admin here, You got banned for the 3 reasons because of your mugging group. Unlucky that you got involved. Not only was it a mugging group, with intentions of ruining other's roleplay experiences, but you were abusing your alternative characters to buy guns and "sell" them to your friends. When asking the rest of the group about their intentions with the name of the group and their plans, they brought up "Detachment zero did it, why can't we?", your group was mugging multiple people very often, then asking the police department for money to release the prisoner. TLDR: Your only intention, as a group, was to involve police. Oh btw, I am still in the group chat so if you need proof, I can pull it all up for you. Along with my DM's with MVPMason. Unlucky you got caught in the group, but you knew that they were breaking multiple rules and yet you continued to affilate yourself with them. Metagaming, using discord DM's to communicate with eachother based on current events happening in the server. Char Abuse/Racket Abuse, intentionally buying from someone in the group, on an alternative character, to abuse the factions racket. Cop Baiting, you and your friends were on purpose, mugging multiple people a day, just to try to get ransom money out of the cops, in which they decided you were not worth their time so you continued to do so. The reason you got 4 weeks and the others got less or more time, is based on your playtime and PO's for other reasons. You have almost 6 days play time, 1 note on the 1st of June 2024, an RDM x3 Ban on the 23rd of June, then another RDMx2 ban on July 1st. By 2 bans, and a note, and 6 days playtime, you should learn to read the rules.

Banning admin here, As a cop you need to make some sort of arrest attempt, as I stated in the admin sit. This was a non-violent crime and you instantly resorted to your firearm. Once again, the van is no collided, the van did not try to run you over, the person was committing a non-violent crime, the person was not a threat to you or public safety, the van stopped multiple times and you continued shooting, you could've done /doorkick multiple times to kick them out of the vehicle. Clown Burger - We’ll have a burger shop which will be fast food, hiring people to work the grills and cash register, etc… It’ll lead to some amazing roleplay that isn’t just a regular Italian made restaurant with pizzas and whatnot, it'll be one of the first fast food spots (other than food trucks). Its constant laugh and giggles when you’re being served by an idiot who went to college just to be a clown right? Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In the 1980s, Southside was just a small town and community. There were thriving universities and colleges. But at the time, it was all about crime. Among the citizens of Southside, there were a few oddballs who started a performance group to get away from the standard college education. They’d put on shows at the campus to the other students, the main coordinator was a fella called McGuff. Even in college, they would be surrounded by crime, it paid well so it was worth it, especially going through college everything was so expensive for these clowns just trying to live. After hearing from a friend about how much exactly crime had paid out, McGuff proposed the idea to the group of clowns after a long night of doing gigs. They were sick of birthday parties, and making a fool of themselves on stage, on purpose. McGuff heard from his friend there was a job going down in the next 2 days, it would be a massive drug deal and they needed lots of hands on deck to move the product. The clowns gathered the night before, and couldn’t figure out what to wear to mask their identities if anything went wrong during the deal, so they did what they do best, dressed up as clowns. They headed off to the deal in as few cars as possible so they wouldn’t expect anything to be off. Once they got to the deal, there were some questions thrown around, McGuff’s friend’s name was thrown around along the lines of “When he said there were some new hired, didn’t know they’d be literal clowns! EH!” The clowns took this as disrespect and thought it was the best opportunity to take their name to the streets. Sally was so chaotic and easily outraged, that when she pulled out her Colt M45, pointed it to her own head while screaming, and then out of nowhere, shot 2 of the dealers. That's when they returned fire, Sally was then killed right then and there on the spot by a man in White and Black. The rest of the clowns later that night, went home victorious but mourning their friend, Sally. They had so much product they didn’t know what to do with it, so they started asking around for connections. It was so dead for so long that they all went back to their original plan, acting as clowns for entertainment. During one of their birthday party gigs, they heard people talking about how they heard a shooting at a warehouse, and apparently, some clowns were involved, the problem with crime, is that word spreads fast. For the clowns, this wasn’t a problem but instead was an opportunity, after the gig, the clowns asked the old men who were talking about them how they heard. After hours of conversation, the old men eventually gave up that they were also in a crime family. Later that week, the clowns set up the deal with the old men, they met up with their sons of the family and traded all of the product, that's when they were introduced into the underground of Southside, and after that, it was all up and up. The clowns organized more, continued gigs, and recruited more members, it was an amazing front for laundering money. His gun was on safety for a solid second after you decided to shoot and pointed it very clearly away from you. The victim is NOT the one who should be telling you commands. You are the police officer, you are supposed to take charge of the situation, like in real life. In the victims head, just think about it for a second, he thought, and was, in the right, he wouldn't be held up to the expectation of "I need to tell this guy I just did right", because as an officer, you are meant to analyze the situation. Your PO's simply reflect what type of person you are. And you showed it time and time again that you are trigger happy. He had a single fire glock, at most he'd be able to injure you before you got 1 shotgun shot off and killing him. If he was truly a threat, why didn't you make a pk ticket to get this guy's character pked? Because he was not a threat nor did he ever fire at you. He put his gun on safety as fast as he could because a lot was happening at the time and he probably handled it the best out of anyone there by putting his gun on safety after realizing you were a cop. I mean this in the least disrespectful manor ever, but have you seen any of your hostage "negotiation" clips? 80% of the time, its someone already dealing with it or a non-threat hostage taker, you walk in, shoot them, walk out, call it a day.

sitting down spawns an invisible chair entity (if its the same addon i remember from like 2016), as long as the person using /doorkick knows how to aim at a person sitting down, it'll work. only restriction i'd personally add is if they're afk, OR sat down within the last 2 minutes just cause

very true, couldnt think of why i was about to downvote it but this was it tracking down items that are sold or traded off then staff have to reverse all of that, it just gets annoying especially if its a highly traded/sold item.

with NO limits, I would say cross-server syncing (web posting for player positions) for a max of 256 players. do-able but would be very laggy like that roblox and minecraft mod compatibility thing. also multiple levels of the map, for example snow, rain, night, day, all in 1 map, seamless theme changes would be crazy. (obv would need lua refresh on tho)
