So first of my don was getting arrested after he just ran someone over, which is a felony because he was on drugs, and also the cops had grounds to breathalize him for reckless driving. If the cop were to breathalize Jar and see that he was on cocaine, it would be a felony after previous convictions of being on cocaine in public. When he went to jail for being on coke, they said if he tested positive for coke again within 2 weeks, it'd be a felony, and I didn't know whether or not he was on coke at the time.
