I mugged the person wearing it with a bandana and had him blind folded after getting the Cut back. we waited out the timer for about 45min to an hour after doing so in a tinted vehicle we drove and the clown was driving behind us the car we were riding in despawned that the Driver had keys to during which an admin was following around and talking in game so idk what happened with the car situation and the clown was in the vehicle and it was shot by others not even the clown and I got blown up. The main reason is the timer I feel was to long past. please look into the timer and check it out I don't understand how the car disappeared I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time. I have learned that the server can require admins who will also be on during the night time of EST/CST because we lack admins during that time frame. I felt the motivation to step up and try to become an admin, and hopefully be a successful administrator by solving people's problems and utilizing the rules created. I want to try my hardest to follow it to a perfect T. Being apart of the administration team allows me to be able to have a **VERY** clear incentive as to how the rules work, because I am a person who works hands on in situations. If a situation occurs I learn because of mistakes and I try not to repeat blatant mistakes. If I create a mistake knowingly, I own up to it. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe I have had a long time in the server to be able to create solutions and solve issues. It has been for different reasons. In the beginning my POs were definitely based off of mingeness before I mained faction on Colombos. After joining Colombos I've taken an extensive look at trying to improve my actions. There were situations that have happened more recently than I've argued were extremely nuianced, and I've been banned for it because of POs. However I've never intended these mistakes continuously. At the end of the day, we are all not perfect. But this gives me a chance to come forward and even give other people a chance to improve, and hopefully teach them to become quality players like how I try to be. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: First, if there is other staff on to handle the situation and a ticket shows up, they can take the ticket. However if no one is online to be able to handle the ticket, I believe I should go on duty and immediately respond to it if no one has claimed it within 2 minutes tops. (If there is staff on. If not I'll handle it right away.) I would first assess what the person has stated. "I was RDMed by this guy." Do you have a clip? (I should review the clip and understand the situation a bit more before just siding with someone UNLESS the evidence is blatantly clear that this was RDM.) I should bring the accused into a situation and explain that he shot x person. What was the reasons? And from there it depends on what the situation is. Maybe there is context before that led to a shootout, (follow escalation rules and ensure that the accused is aware of such.) or if it is blatant RDM you would warn them. (Verbal or actual notes or bans. This would be case by case as it requires checking POs and looking at evidence before coming to a conclusion. Of course if I feel weary about a situation I should call staff higher than me to assess the situation and learn about the issue before issuing a punishment\dropping a situation overall. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I have seen it it means I should confirm if it is abusing. Maybe it isn't something I know about what they are doing and shouldn't jump to conclusions right away. However if it is clear they are abusing, I should be gathering evidence and sending it to UA so they can oversee what is happening. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I have request a different admin because that could constitute to bias. Hello Vethar, Sorry for the delay, after some discussing I've came to the conclusion to lift your ban from your account. I came to an agreement this was properly escalated. You two were getting verbally disrespected by Pearce in the vehicle and you guys decided to follow him, since he was driving at walking pace, you guys ran up and started punching the vehicle which is part of the escalation. Since you can't really damage Pearce you guys roleplayed it out by doing damage on someones belongings (his car) In the video you provided you started the escalation yourself, you insult them and their reaction is them 'chasing' you since you're driving at walking pace through little italy and they have any right to confront you about it (also because UA and Commission is in the middle of a conflict) now that I looked back at it, to me it looks like YOU (Pearce) were hoping for some sort of reaction out of it, since you did not drive off. You were escalating it yourself and didn't really make an attempt to get away after you disrespected these men. You could've reversed with the vehicle and went on a different direction, since the guy with the christmas shirt was infront of your vehicle. You backed off and what it looks like to me is intentionally ran him over and said "Ight bet" which was a proper reason for them to kill you. You insult them, they respond by punching your vehicle after some words exchanged you ran one of them over and they kill you. Regarding the metagame accusations it's very hard to proof if they were metagaming in a vc which will be looked at. The other infractions they will be talked to about it but to me is to minor to give a punishment for, a nickname goes around the street and more between it Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. (as in I flipped it upside down, not onto its wheels) Why should it be returned?: Aside from me needing it to place down dupes for my faction, building is a crucial part of my time spent on the server. My appeal was previously denied but with the recently accepted appeal that looks almost identical to mine (The Real Gilbert, who also had 2 previous warns and was revoked for flipping a vehicle during dead hours) , I wanted to try again at getting my flags reinstated. I apologize for my actions flipping the vehicle and it won't happen again. I was just messing around at 4-5am and didn't cause any damage to anyone or their property and gently tipped over an already burning vehicle with no one inside or close enough to be hurt from it. Regardless, I know it was wrong and I can promise it will not happen again.

obviously some melee weapons are used a lot more commonly than others, and some have different ways on obtaining i.e shiv and lead pipes require things from rummaging around trashcans and going to different npcs in order to craft them, other than for rp reasons, going through all that effort seems a bit pointless for weapons that aren't particularly better than others that can be obtained through easier ways i.e going to hardware and just buying a baseball bat, so how about giving some melee weapons special attributes depending on what they actually are! for example: - blunt weapons being able to cause concussions i.e. lead pipes, baseball bats, spades - sharp weapons being able to cause bleeding faster than normal, i.e. kitchen knives and machetes - shivs being able to cause damage overtime due to something like a temporary infection, reason im saying this is because if you take a closer look at the shivs in game, that metal is 100% rusty and not clean depending on what the weapon is, the special effects would kick in faster or slower than other weapons of the same category, because obviously baseball bats are a common weapon used for first hiring new people as security guards, wouldn't be horribly nice being concussed 24/7 concussions could be a dazing screen overlay effect, hindering the player from being able to fight back properly, bleeding would just work the same as the current bleeding already in game and the infection would be similar to bleeding but either less or more damage. picture of the shiv for anyone who's never seen one in game before:

That is actually a fair point about the video. I want to clarify on that situation. Basically a Jew kept running us over and extensively kept trying to VDM. That was actually a last resort and became a valid kill for me.

I don't see how my staff application is some sort of plot against the commission. I'm here to enforce fairness regardless of who is on what side. I'm here to enforce the rules and correct mistakes if I see any, hopefully creating a stronger community base.

Goes far to show how favoritism works in the server. I may be just ranting honestly but not really helpful to the community to just say "-1 not a commission main." In my opinion we should drop faction biases to create a more fair and maintain a stable administrative environment. Just my (Imo) This application should not be seen as going against the commission; rather it should be seen as a way to involve people who have made mistakes, who want to create a stronger environment for everyone at the end of the day, regardless of what faction someone is in. For me, this is definitely a learning experience.

Please keep in mind I'm not making this saying "Oh who cares, it's no big deal". I'm trying to say it's unfair that one person can have their flags reinstated and learn from their mistake, while I am denied that chance, even though our situations are almost exactly the same.

I think I answered this somewhere else on the forums, but I'm happy to reiterate again for newer people such as yourself. Custom vehicles and other custom things are the main parts of keeping the server funded which has enabled us for the past 5 years to provide a free to play experience with 0 pay to win advantages whatsoever. It's also what allows us to consistently pump out new content. Unfortunately there is not another way that doesn't involve compromising the integrity of gameplay, for example perma weapons. Nothing you can donate for gives you an inherent advantage over people who don't donate. Before we introduced custom cosmetics and things that solely make an impact visually, there were many months were the server did not make enough to sustain itself, let alone allow for consistent new content. It's a small compromise, and one that is needed to allow the server to exist and improve constantly. Out of year vehicles are intentionally priced higher to dissuade people from obtaining them. Meaning there are way fewer in existence. Also, we actively deny many absurd requests and will continue to do so. Not everything can run free. Hope that explains it! We do our best to keep everything as accurate as possible, but for us to continue providing the experience that sees hundreds of unique players connecting a day providing thousands of hours of entertainment without any real requirement to pay out, it's something that must be done. Unlike many other servers myself and the staff team do this out of passion, we're not here to make a quick buck - but we have to be realistic about things, especially something we pour a lot of our free time into.
