Ill first state that this kill was not coming from any escalation from any current conflictions going on in the server. This kill was not approved prior by UA as Money Blue alluded to above, but with that being said I will break down kill. Evidence was shown that you had been harassing the Kosher Deli multiple times and clearly had pissed some people off. So yes, you were a target, but there is a difference between targeting a faction for a mug, versus targeting an individual for a mugging because of his actions. While escalation rules may dictate the appropriate time a faction can target an enemy faction with mugging, the two factions are currently not at an escalation level, thus making your claim null and void. The muggers were on main characters, and YOU decided to chase them to a secluded location which on the mugging map is a “mug where you stand” location. Upon entering the back room you were confronted with guns to your face with the verbal command to put your hands up which would place you under FearRp. As stated in the rules : “Note that you must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (See FearRP rules), initiating a mugging is a valid reason to hold someone under fear RP”. If you read item 9 under mugging rules, it states: There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging Thus making this a valid initiation of a mugging, as they were attempting for you to go back into the back room. You turn to leave and another verbal command of get back here was given, which was clearly heard in the clip that was provided. If we continue down to item 10 of the mugging rules it sates: When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to fight back while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) - They attempt to move or avoid being restrained while you tie them under fear rp. - If they disobey direct orders multiple times (while under fear rp) which leads to complications in the mugging. ex: Refuses to stay still and moves one or two steps at a time to try and escape, refuses to stop talking leading to someone overhearing the mugging. - They do not obey a reasonable demand in a reasonable amount of time. ex: Ordering them to follow you (while under fear RP) and refusing to move after several requests and a reasonable amount of time to obey, effectively stalling the mugging to be discovered. If we follow down the chain of events, the mugging was initiated correctly, you were brought under FearRp correctly, you decided to attempt to flee while you were under gunpoint/fearrp, thus making you PK active. I agree that they can not come from nowhere. I am curious as to how this proves item transfer. From what I can see of the logs this shows that harry had put the Q into his bank which I then inherited when he was PK'd. I then moved the Q to the new account where I put all of the items to free up those other bank accounts. I then gave Conrad access so that he could see what I could trade to him which he then took from the account for the trade. How is this different if it was product from someone else that I put in there to offer as trade.

Simply put, a car wash would be a great addition to the city. A good job for civs or even side job for crims/off duty LE/government. A lot of us RP getting gas and other things with our cars. It could be a great meeting place for people. Socializing or even solo RP, a reason to "make a quick stop" or even somewhere to do a quick deal "hiding in plain sight". I was under the impression that you could share banks with extremely trusted individuals to do trades if we have conflicting schedules. I got 2 Pks from it and One didn't even have an interaction with any items other than his own and his own bank account and he also fished for quite some time and sold some fish to some people in china town, and then when he went fishing again a guy just ran up and tossed me 4.5k and said "I've been there before" Why should you be unbanned? +1 I don't know about his extensive but if he had Extensive POs for item transferring? Obviously he shouldn't be let back. But if he has pos for other warns not related to I.T. then he really should be given a shot since three months passed by. In my opinion I'd look at this by a (if he item transfered before than obviously him doing it again doesn't mean he is sorry.) but from the sound of it it looks like he did it one time. (?) I wouldn't have this guy permad if that's the case, it seems like he should be given a chance. This is important to note, if his POs were for Item Transferring then obviously he shouldn't be let back in. But if it is for other situations not related to I.T. then I don't see how given the guy a chance hurts. Just my I.M.O. since he is permad right now.

On a more serious note, you weren’t mugged due to the escalation between the two alliances. You were mugged due to all the shit talking you do and even coming into businesses on your DANNY COSTAVA character and generally just minging around, multiple IC photos of you were taken. Also, the mug was approved by a member of upper administration.

Hello! I was the faction leader who ordered your death. I ordered your death because you had ghosted us, and you hadn't paid kickups in a long time. When you were initially brought into my faction, you were taught how to make drugs, therefore being too much of a liability to keep you alive. Had you and your friend attempted to contact us ICly, we would have welcomed you back with open arms.

+1 I do agree that Sage did rush himself into staffing initially because he was a relatively new player and nutscript as well as diverge is entirely different from dark rp but it has been a good amount of time from when he first became staff. His resume on past experiences are already good enough to show why he would be a good person in this position. The fact that he has been able to keep a clean record throughout all this time also amazes me (He 100% would go around doing "/me rapes you" if he did not treat the server seriously) but it also puts onto display his furthered confidence and knowledge of rules and him wanting to keep his stance in the community perfect. He cares about the server, remaining IC, and he avoids OOC drama. Yes I have been gone from the server for months but I highly doubt he has done anything harming enough to warrant a denial unless I haven't been told anything correct

Blang you just recently came back after a several month long hiatus and were allowed to keep your rank and you even got quickly promoted soon after to capo for the viets because they liked you, the fact that you wanted to leave takahashi and join another faction or whatever wasnt known to any members of HC until this appeal so no their was no metagame involved with your death. You were killed for being suspected of being involved with a targeted mug on a HC member, Gambling Crew taxes/faction money, being a liability to the stability of the faction and refusing to follow HC orders plain and simple. The main thing im going to touch on is the gambling you were a Crew leader which meant that you collected dues from your crew members and were supposed to kickup a certain amount and were allowed to keep whatever funds went over the agreed amount. Theirs a reason for that its so we can pay for the properties that we own and the rooms we rent so yall can have a room to do laundry. So when a mid command member who is supposed to be collecting fees has a gambling problem and cant control themselves so they wind up gambling crew/faction money it becomes a huge liability. A don was literally couped and killed for the exact reason of gambling the factions money you as a mid command member are held to a higher standard than low command and associates you should be able to control yourself and not gamble faction money but you weren't and that's ultimately a big reason why it was decided to pk you. its not because we "metagamed" that you wanted to leave its because you couldn't control your gambling addiction and gambled faction money. Everything done on our end was done legitimately and clean to ensure the pk guidelines were followed in no way shape or form was your pk "metagamed".
