What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * There are many reasons why I want to come back but I will list a few main ones. My main reason is pretty much the same as all the other apps I have made in the past. I am a super-active and dedicated member of this community as I play this server just about every single day. I will be extremely devoted to ticket-taking and dealing with problems that occur daily. Another thing that motivates me to want to come back to the staff team is I haven't been on it for a long time and would love to help everyone out again. Also, I would be online during server off hours and would be able to take those tickets late at night when few are around. Also, I do miss being a staff member as that is another main reason for me re-applying and I hope to come back to help. One final thing that motivated me to re-apply is to just overall help moderate the community as that is the most important part of this position. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * My main reason to be considered over the other candidates is my experience. I have put in over 5+ months worth of playtime so I have a great understanding of the rules of the server. Also, I have been on the staff team two other times and I am still very familiar with all the commands and how things work. I also feel like I am pretty reputable among the community as I have spent hours of interaction on the server. Also, I am greatly confident in my understanding of the server rules and I know I could uphold them again. I also have a great relationship with the current staff team and I know I could work well together with them. Also, it is important to note I will note abuse this privilege of becoming staff as it is not acceptable to do so. Even if I don't make the cut I still wish all the other candidates good luck on their application. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position, and how long): Yes I have been staff twice on Diverge and I was able to be promoted to admin. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have been banned before and I do take full responsibility for my actions. I have priors for multiple things but my most notable one was Cheating. I have bettered myself and I will no longer make stupid mistakes. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * Yes I would say that I am quite a well-known member of this community due to the time that I have spent on the server, As for my reputation that would be up to those who know me to comment on. I don't wanna brag about myself but i do feel as though I am quite reputable for the most part. I have been in many command positions on the server and I still actively am. I do try my best to help newer players out on the daily as I try to hire people as frequently as I can. If I am not reputable in your eyes I hope that I can change that if I am accepted to staff. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Honestly I have had so many great moments on Diverge but if had to list one, It would be the time when Pendred gave everyone rocket launchers on New Year's. Definitely one of the best times on the server as I was lucky enough to receive one. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would first take a clip of the rdm, Then I would use @ chat to speak with the other admins online and ask if they would be able to handle the rule breaker. If no one was able to handle it I would finish what I was currently doing and then switch to my staff char and deal with it myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first take a clip of the abuse and would gather all of the evidence needed to make a staff report. I would then go to the forums and make said staff report. Also, I would alert UA online about the abuse I was witnessing if it became serious enough. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There is no place for being biased on this server in my opinion. It is completely not ok as there are rules set for a reason to get the server fair and running properly. I would deal with it no differently than anyone else breaking the rules on the server. ---------------------------------------------------------

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Most people know that I have been staff a couple of times before and each time I've truly enjoyed it. I want to play the server a bit more and I see myself on during the afternoons / mornings when nothing is really going on and not many staff are online so that would give me the opportunity to help out. I want to be further involved within the community and I feel like staff would help me towards that goal since it has before. Depending on the night, tickets could either be answered fast or slow and no one likes to wait a while for their ticket to be taken and the more available staff the better. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe I should be considered over other candidates due to my experience with staff and overall on the server. I've dealt with every type of player on this server from the angriest to the mingiest so I know how to handle certain sits properly depending on the individuals attitude. Diverge has continuously been growing since I last remember and with that many new players tend to join and try to figure out the ropes which include staff tickets being made and it may take a while to help that person out. If so, why?: I was perma banned for Cheating a couple months back that I take full responsibility for and I have bettered myself Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say that I am pretty well known in the community for multiple different reasons such as previous staff experience, PD, Factions, and even government. My reputation and others opinion about me vary between everyone. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Too many good ones to compare Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: If someone makes an RDM ticket while I am off-duty I would ask if any other staff member could take it if available, if not then I would quickly wrap up whatever rp scenario I am in and switch to my staff character to take care of it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make sure I get whatever I could clipped and would then make a staff report including all of the evidence I have gathered and my reasoning behind it. If I cannot get nothing recorded due to the sneakiness of the staff then I would notify higher administrators about the situation and let them handle it from there. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would treat said friend/faction member as any other regular person, no bias included. (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction will bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): Businesses We plan on opening businesses that divert from the typical restaurant or social club that 90% of the factions do in the server by opening unique business with their own opportunity of RP such as a Security Firm to help us stand out and attract people to our buildings so they have an enjoyable time instead of drawing straws to decide what restaurant they will go eat at. But for instance in the building there will be consultations with clients and many /me commands during the appointments. The main goal of our businesses is to retain people inside of them and keep people engaged for extended amounts of time as compared to a grab and go store to enhance roleplay. The goal of the Security Firm is to allow people (civilian or connected) the ability to enter the building and hire security for various events if it would be a dinner party at their own property or simply coming with them to a deal (Legal or Illegal) so the scale of the security can be matched in certain packages for the clients needs. Another shell company we intend to operate is an Insurance/Financial Institution in where people can pay a monthly fee to insure your items which could be suits/weapons and of course insurance fraud might cause to be an issue but clients will be chosen carefully to ensure it doesn't happen. This will add a new blend of businesses that will be unique and yet to be seen. This will set us apart from other factions and will put us as the only people in the market so it wont be oversaturated by a bunch of people trying to recreate due to how generic it is. Faction Goals Another goal that we want to meet is to provide a neutral meeting ground for faction sit downs. For instance if the stakes are high and neither of the factions can trust going to eithers property we can provide a service with security for both factions for a respectable fee so we can be engaged with factions in a positive aspect. Security for such events would include but not limited to: Pat-downs, meeting mediators, armed security inside, and lookouts around the block in civilian clothes. A meeting mediator will be sat at the meeting table to help the parties come to put forth an unbiased opinion to help reach a reasonable conclusion. Running clubs were a big part of Russian organized crime in America and we plan to reflect this in game by either acquiring the nightclub or the pharmacy and utilizing The Den. Though this is rather generic, we still want to keep the values of real life to generate an authentic experience. Bouncers will be used and a membership based system will apply for different tables in the club for separate perks with an option to rent out the nightclub for private events. Apparel Apparel is a key component in defining a faction and this is planned to be portrayed by distinguishing people affiliated with the faction (associates) from full fledged members of the Bratva. This will be shown by affiliated members wearing less formal clothes when in public. And full members wear darker toned formal attire as to not look like a traffic signals and to give off a serious demeanor when conducting business or running a property. The proper execution of enforcing apparel policy will build respect between the different ranks and be more comparative to real life. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): To promote activity and keep people engaged is a big goal for our faction as we bring innovative RP to the server. We plan on actively engaging with each other and other factions by bringing some new events with a twist on them. A few we had in mind are below. Security Challenges A fun event we plan on doing to help people train securing buildings for the security company is utilizing Security Challenges by having members protect our property, a townhouse, an allied property, etc. Security personnel are challenged to protect the building from invaders with paintball guns. This will build strategy and provide a shooting training for members as well as just be a good time in general for everyone involved. Shooting Competitions Shooters compete in a shooting range environment to shoot targets (watermelons or busts) with a semi-automatic weapon and the winner is decided by who completes the course the fastest. Missing a shot will add to the shooters time. This will be a fun new way for people to get used to fighting in 1st person a lot more and give people something to look forward for. Constant Deals We intend to constantly have crew deals running for members to look forward to as well as supply members with risk free connects to ease their grinding and minimize getting scammed, mugged, etc. Family Outings By connecting with our members by constantly going out to dinners, server events, or simply walking around with each other as a group and participating in activities with create a stronger bond with our members and will hopefully retain more members. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rank Translations for Italians! I think I could genuinely make diverge a better place by moderating. Becoming staff is my #1 goal on Diverge Networks, I feel as if becoming a staff member in the diverge community is the only real way to sort of "redeem" myself for all my past transgressions, atoning in a way. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should at least be considered for staff, because i am more than willing to staff for diverge, without being a retard. (Please list where, what position and how long): Not on diverge networks, i do faintly remember moderating a small DarkRP server that shut down early last year. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I once preformed a PK in a faction, where we were leading a guy into a hotel room. As soon as he opened the bathroom door to the room, my fellow faction member (Jxy3) opened fire on the person we were PK'ing, missing about two mags with a Colt M45 SOC, and being saved by another fellow faction member. What do you do?: If i KNOW its abuse, i will either make a staff report, or speak to Rem, or higher moderation to confirm that the actions made by the said staff member were considered abuse, I would then let UA take care of the situation.   21. Hello, banning admin here. I was taking the guy's ticket that you hit with your car before he went afk. I came back and I see you punching him over and over until he bled out. I froze you and asked you why and you responded with "he's afk so why not". I took a look at your notes and saw that you have been banned/noted previously for RDM so I knew that you knew better than that. I began telling you that I was going to ban you over the situation and then you left the server. You joined back and I pulled you again and was able to ban you. You driving 60+ MPH into a person and getting mad at that person for it does not make any sense at all. Video
