What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Most people know that I have been staff a couple of times before and each time I've truly enjoyed it. I want to play the server a bit more and I see myself on during the afternoons / mornings when nothing is really going on and not many staff are online so that would give me the opportunity to help out. I want to be further involved within the community and I feel like staff would help me towards that goal since it has before. Depending on the night, tickets could either be answered fast or slow and no one likes to wait a while for their ticket to be taken and the more available staff the better. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe I should be considered over other candidates due to my experience with staff and overall on the server. I've dealt with every type of player on this server from the angriest to the mingiest so I know how to handle certain sits properly depending on the individuals attitude. Diverge has continuously been growing since I last remember and with that many new players tend to join and try to figure out the ropes which include staff tickets being made and it may take a while to help that person out. Accepting me to staff with my experience to staff on Diverge already, it would help tickets clear out. Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: I was perma banned for Cheating a couple months back that I take full responsibility for and I have bettered myself Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say that I am pretty well known in the community for multiple different reasons such as previous staff experience, PD, Factions, and even government. My reputation and others opinion about me vary between everyone. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Too many good ones to compare Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: If someone makes an RDM ticket while I am off-duty I would ask if any other staff member could take it if available, if not then I would quickly wrap up whatever rp scenario I am in and switch to my staff character to take care of it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would make sure I get whatever I could clipped and would then make a staff report including all of the evidence I have gathered and my reasoning behind it. If I cannot get nothing recorded due to the sneakiness of the staff then I would notify higher administrators about the situation and let them handle it from there. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would treat said friend/faction member as any other regular person, no bias included. I feel like I should be doing more for the server by helping out the community by being a moderator, making sure everyone is enjoying there time on the server. I like helping others and I want to make a better face out of myself by showing that I really care for this community and I will take every opportunity to help someone. I'm online most of the time when most of the staff team isn't and I think with this. I can handle a lot of tickets when the server is up during irregular hours. Pizzle was the first staff member I interacted with and he was absolutely amazing and helpful when he was assisting me. I spend countless hours communicating with players to expand my knowledge while understanding the workings of the server. Surrounding myself with staff members and seeing how they must halt their activities to tend to tickets and players motivates me to assist the players in need in order to ease the work load for current staff. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be accepted over other candidates is because I don't stop. I'm always eager to learn something new and help a community that I enjoy being part of. I just want to be part of something bigger and help in anyway that I can to be part of that. I may not know the commands for nutscript and SAM but I will learn along the way when I am accepted. I do have Soldiers underneath me so I do have experience with leading and training under my belt. I will always take every ticket with the upmost respect and professionalism. I am starting to make a lot of friends and I really appreciate the support I have gotten through advice and getting to learn new things. Getting to talk to my friends about IRL issues and being able to take there advice and apply it to real world situations have really helped me. Going around and interacting with everyone has been such an amazing experience for me. The guys that I play with and work with, it's almost like I would consider them as family to me. What do you do?: I would easily report that to someone higher up or someone that I trust within the staff ranks to report that staff member. They will be handled accordingly without any exceptions and will be treated like any other player that was RDMing or minging.

Late at night when some warrants were being executed, you decide to lock pick into the PD to "find the only officer that's online". Hi, banning admin here! As explained to you when you DM’d me, the issue was not you getting him initially, it was you continuing to turn to run him over enough to get stuck on him and killing him. This situation with your already very recent history of the same offense, I had originally opted to issue the one day ban for you take a change to better understand the rules on our server. However, after speaking with you in DMs, I can see you are genuinely apologetic and wish to continue to improve your behavior and enjoy your time RPing in our city. With that being said I will recommend the ban be lifted.

Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Box family, was a smaller ranching family in the south, before they got pushed out by a bigger ranch, they decided to move to the New York countryside where they assumed they would be little to no competition when it came to dealing beef. After a while, they focused less on the cattle business, and more on other avenues for revenue. Realizing that there were more ways than one to make money to feed their wife and kids, the Box family got into a life of crime, dealing under the table with local mafias and other types. Due to the distance the family had to travel, they sold their ranch and moved into the main city, hoping to score it big in the underground. The family quickly lost all of their money on a bad poker match and had to start from the dirt up. No longer missing the South and its heat, the Box family decided to stay in New York, originally they were just going to buy back their old ranch, but they soon realized that crime did pay, so long as you were smart enough to get away with it. With their southern charm they often made it seem that they were but humble ranchers, local law enforcement believed they were a bunch of country bumpkins. I also want to take off some of the workload from current staff members and get to know them while being staff. How do you handle this?: I would notify the other staff online in @ chat about the incident in case of any MRDM, but in most situations, I wouldn't deal with it personally, unless this player is obviously just going around killing people for no reason. What do you do?: I would let the higher-ups know about the abuse with clips for proof of it. Does it constitute possible bias?: I would deal with the sit as I would normally if they have recent notes about the same thing I would ban them, if they didn't have recent notes or no notes at all I would just give them a note. If I punished him differently (not noting/banning them for example) then if I didn't know him that would be completely biased. +1 I think the idea of having more groups in the city is exciting. I know the people behind this, and I believe this could add a lot of depth and intrigue to the city's underground scene. It could bring about new alliances, rivalries, and opportunities, making everything more dynamic and interesting.

Couple of things I see wrong with this: 1. "The Box Family' out of all names you chose THE BOX family for a cowboy based faction 2. Playtime is a little low but if you have experience in high positions then I guess it'd be okay 3. A cowboy styled faction would not look right/ fit in with a mafia based server 4. Backstory was short and didn't really have much to it 5. It seems like this application didn't have much time/ thought put into it since it is very sloppy -1
