What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The community on this server can be a little toxic at times but it's meant for fun, People like to talk their shit and whatnot but at the end of the day almost everyone is willing to help new people and even old people. I'm on everyday grinding interacting with people throughout all my characters and feel like I could do something better with that time. I had a rough start when I first joined by getting a permanent ban which I do regret, But I got it appealed thankfully. My time would be better spent helping people in the server than running around as a little Asian man. Also I hate how long some tickets can take, I think everyone's experienced a time where it's been low pop and you make a ticket just to whitelist a guy and it takes forever for anyone to come do it. I personally want to reduce that time and make it easier for everyone to continue to do their RP scenarios without the worry of big delays on something so small. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * The reason I should be considered over other candidates is that I've been with the community longer than most others. I've been here for a long time with the playtime to show it with plans to stay probably until the server either is no longer up or Garry's mod fully dies. I feel like I could contribute more time then others. I may not have the experience of others but I'm more than willing to put countless hours into fully learning everything there is to know. I have a lot of patience and don't mind spending longer times in sits to fully clear up everything and get every detail. There is no point in rushing a sit that could create unintended holes in stories. Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: Yes, A permanent ban for Item Transferring pushing 2 years ago now I believe. (This was appealed and I was given a second chance.) Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *"Well known" would be an overstatement. But I am known for the most part, I switch between a lot of characters and often delete ones to make new ones so it might be confusing to some people. I've been in almost every faction that has been in Diverge apart from a very select few. I try to keep a decent reputation with the people around me. I can't speak on their behalf of what they think of me since I can't read minds but I would say I have an alright standing. I try to avoid beefs for the most part, But when someone's obviously looking to start something I'm quick to call their bluff and tell them to "up the hands" OOC wise I've had a good reputation with people and try to keep IC beefs out of it. I took a break and in my break my children made names for themselves as Snitches so some people might know me as the father of some not so funny fart smellers. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: When Officer Oswald Carvell walked up to a Mexican man in front of Hardware store, asked him if he was selling crack to which the man replied "I ain't selling shit" Which led to Oswald demanding the guy to, and I quote "Go ahead do me a favor face the wall spread ya butt cheeks squat down and put ya hands on your head" which to an unexpected result the guy actually complied and let Oswald search him. How do you handle this?: Inform the person that was RDM'd to make a staff ticket, if they make a ticket switch to my staff character and handle it. A clip would still need to be provided since I might not know the full story, It could've been a fair reason like the person mugged him earlier and was still on a timer to be PK'd. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If it's not anything crazy then just tell them we aren't supposed to do that, If it leads to affecting the server or people in the server A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there is other staff online let them take the ticket, If the ticket is open for to long then take the ticket and use the least amount of bias possible, If the person did RDM/minge and there is valid evidence to prove this then proceed with the proper punishment. The crew does not tolerate their members to commit spontaneous and impulsive muggings, robbery, violent altercation or disrespect, however, the HC will have all their focus on managing to gather all members at once, to do some sort of action/rp/event. It is HIGHLY important for us to do something exciting. Previous experiences from other factions have been mostly satisfactory, however we wish to eliminate as many boring aspects as possible, of course without removing absolutely necessary things no matter how repetitive they are. Events will be our bread and butter, and it won't necessarily be a peaceful flea market, but things such as: One day, organized stealing a RIVAL faction's cars as bountys, getting the muscle of the crew to trash a certain area for RP reasons, host a professionally organized talent show, having a themed restaurant (Sea Restaurant), buying all lower members drugs for huge crew deals, etc. It is our goal to be noticeable on the server, people see our RP, they know our RP, and they love it. (Also potential to work with News teams OOC to make banger stories with the help of Singleplayer artwork like in the Google Doc for the organization backstory, and also looking forward to making videos about the Server/City life and events) The organization structure is also very different from a Crime Family, and does not play in the same way at all. What about Gol D. Roger then? That one is also vac banned.... Lying on your ban appeal wont get you unbanned, 2/3 accounts that you were alting on (regardless if it was hacked or not) still means you were hacking on those accounts, and got banned for it. Why the hell would someone hack an account, just to join this ONE specific Mafia RP server, and get it banned for cheating huh?

While there may not be perfectly solid evidence with a clip, there is enough evidence to build a pretty clear image of what had happened especially with you already having multiple past offenses for this. You know the rules regarding vehicles and you chose to break them again. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Based off the fact I know one of these muggers they have had several different characters where there only source of income is mugging and most of the time they cut out anything that invalidates pkes they are apart of a group of friends that do nothing but mug and definitely have mugging chars

Applying on civic was the worse move, idc the server politics its just how can you provide to your family and upkeep it when you're applying on other servers and would need to uphold the same responsibilities on both ends

+1 I been around forever and I'm not a huge fan of adding new members to the staff team, but this guy is hella solid and would 100% give a chance to staff.
