Like I said before, I've been playing for a while now, and I want to do more for the community as a whole and help others whenever other staff aren't available. I've seen that at later times, tickets start to build up, and the same is true at peak hours, so I'd like to help other staff members with tickets during prime and at downtime when other staff members are afk or not on. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * As previously mentioned, I've been playing for over a year now, and I'd like to say I have a pretty good grasp on the rules at this point. Which has helped me get a better understanding of the rules and how roleplay situations should go. I have had previous staff experience, although it was on another game (Unturned), and I believe it has helped me be able to adapt to situations easier and be able to make quick decisions during stressful situations at times. (Please list where, what position and how long): I've been staff on 2 unturned servers where I've been an admin both times, and after around 5-7 months of being staff there on each server, both servers had a pretty large playerbase. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say that I'm decently well known in the factions I'm associated with, but I wouldn't say that I'm known throughout the whole community. But for the people who do know me, I'd like to think that they hold me in a positive light. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: To be honest, I wouldn't say I have a specific favorite moment over my time on diverge. I personally have enjoyed all of my time on Diverge, and I don't think I could pick a specific moment. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: If I were in a roleplay scenario and no staff were taking the ticket, I'd try to finish the scenario as soon as possible and take it if no one did. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would start by gathering clips and any other evidence I could get. Then I would see if I could contact a member of UA or anyone else that would deal with these situations and send them everything I had gathered. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I'd have another staff member take the ticket, but if I had to take the ticket, I would start by getting clips and stories from both sides and make sure there were no rule breaks. I feel like there probably would be some subconscious bias seeing that I knew the dude; however, I would do my best to make sure I didn't have any bias towards either party.

Make it so that you need to pee or take a shit periodically, or you'll wet or soil yourself, causing your clothes to stink. I spent so long trying to compile the clips and I just gave up, banning admin here, Your story starts when I begin to noclip around you instead of using the spectate command. (I was watching for almost an hour before! wow!!!) Literally just going to copy paste all of the text I had explained to others if you could reply with each one of the situations and why you think you're not cheating that'd be great. I had ---- shoot him from the roof tops in the leg, he then later said to the cops “why are cops shooting me from the roof”, when there was no indication it was a cop (He said flashbang, but from the spectating POV, I didn't see anything, and neither did his clip) He then goes into the sewers and he’s constantly turning around to see through the walls where the cops are and how close they are, out of render distance he finds a dark corner and sits in it waiting for them to pass right when they're about to catch up to him. Then I get ---- to shoot him in the leg again from a rooftop, and he makes a ticket asking why civis are shooting him in the legs from rooftop (---- was on a civi this time) THEN the final straw No lock picking or anything, ---- was standing outside of the guys ghetto room, and he’s running around and preparing for a gun fight (esping), ---- starts to lock pick and he instantly readies his gun He wasn’t silent aiming in the last one, but he def knew he was there without making any noise He also says the appeal starts when the cop shoots him, and that’s when I started noclipping around him on purpose. oh another super interesting one i forgot to say, when i was spectating him (before i started noclipping around him on purpose), he was bragging how he was the best shooter ever in diverge history and that if any cops tried to arrest him or his friends, he'd win the gunfight, then when they're in a townhouse, not even like 5 seconds after starting another conversation, he goes "oh shit, i think theres cops outside", no sirens on or anything, and a cop is sitting in a bush outside of the window (not visible from garage, where he was standing.... duhhh) In the end, I was not trying to bait your PSilent aim (from the original PK clip), but I was trying to bait out ESP behaviour, in which I saw you follow multiple times. "Randomly" doing a 360 to look around you, or looking in the general direction of where someone is shooting you from, but never directly at the person. You act as a csgo player trying to seem legit, but I can tell you're not by all these little hints and movements you do, the biggest and most obvious case of the ESP was in the sewers, when out of render distance, cops don't even turn the corner yet, and you instantly know to hide in a dark area of the sewers? But the second they DO peak you, you're staring directly at them (still out of render distance btw). Yes, I did read most of the appeal, but it does genuinely start where you talk about being shot from the rooftops, there is a whole one sentence about the townhouse situation when that was almost a quarter of the spectating time.

Hello I am the admin that administered your PK. Initially and admittedly there definitely was some oversight on my part from not seeing the movement from the perpetrator of the PK, However the initial circumstance was that i considered the PK valid because you had been put under Fear RP, retaliated, and died. At the time I did listen to your point that u did not hear anything ingame and did not understand that u were being put under fear RP BUT hearing anything other then ingame sounds such as listening to music or videos or in your case UFC does not make you immune to fear RP from other players, similar to how having bad wifi or hardware issues or other outside variables don't protect you from any repercussions ingame. With all this said though id say the reversal of this PK would be valid due to my oversight in not realizing the other party may have been using 3rd party cheats to gain an advantage.

We've received some good criticism especially when it comes to the racket. We'll talk tonight and probably make some revisions to the application. If we're being entirely honest an admin gave us an idea for a specific playstyle and we went with it without thinking to much more about it. From the small chats we've already had it's likely that we'll just get a drug racket. We already know who the faction will district under as well, I don't think I should mention more on that just yet though. Regardless thank you for your criticism on that issue. When it comes to the low playtime and friend group criticism, almost none of us have a low playtime. Most of us at least have a month of playtime, and our planned Don recently lost his char with a CharID in the 7000's. We all met on the server, we weren't friends before this server other than a pair or two. We plan on staying on this server for the foreseeable future. I personally have 1 month+ playtime on this server but have 7500+ hours in total on Gmod, and I'm not alone in those types of numbers in our faction.

You could've left the group chat, you could've reported it, but this is so normalized for you that you didn't. I reviewed the chats and saw that the only thing I actually said in this group chat was, and I quote, "LMAO." This Super Admin permanently banned me from Diverge Networks for typing "LMAO" in Discord. I've been playing on this server for around 2 years, and this saddens me. I made a previous appeal on this, and the admin who denied it completely disregarded what I said and only considered what Monaclu said in defense of my appeal. He also PK'd my character for metagaming, which I’m not sure is entirely allowed, but who knows. I love this community, but I don't appreciate some of the staff running it.
