Heres a full timeline for you: 1. Fragz is 14k, kosher and diamond, and friends with someone called Tiffany Scholar from Takahashi. Jxy knew this, as he sent us DMs where he legit immediately asks this. 2. Fragz creates a gambino character. Specifically. Creates the character, runs straight to the gun store to get hired. 3. Fragz and Tiffany (on her alt) start bolstering his money, giving him drugs and (probably unintentionally, but will be looked into) item transferring from his main char 4. Fragz is fully aware of the functionality of the gun store, as indicated by his text logs, which means it makes no sense to go to the streets, especially specifically the garrison. 5. 6/3 he makes his first ever gun purchase, shortly after creating the character, to sell to Tiffany. 6. He then starts stocking up on TEC-9s for absolutely no apparent reason after you guys get ubanned for racket abuse. 8. About a day and a half/2 days later He runs to the garrison trying to "sell those skorpions" and kinda hangs out waiting for something 9. Jxy loads up his alt, runs over and tells him you want to buy tec-9s 10. very quickly talks him into a $20,000 discount (quite literally said they sell for 32k a shipment and then went the ah jeez yeah i can do a 1k profit margin route) 11. You come over, jxy switches onto his main char, gives you the money for the TEC-9s 12. You, and without any kind of interaction with this guy make this deal. He didnt talk to you, you didnt talk to him. 13. He gives you a bunch of TEC-9s for a $20,000 discount. 14. All this occurs right after you *just* got off a ban for buying TEC-9s from an alt char for a $20,000 discount. 15. The grand total that you pay him is $11,666 a shipment. 16. You're also just whitelisted to Lucchese pending your cooldown. You're transferring to Takahashi on your Aria character (the one that bought all these tec-9s), presumably to sell these and continue racking in insane amounts of money off of another factions racket. It's pretty obvious that you and/or jxy knew this person prior to these transactions. Yes, there was a "negotiation", but it was so brief and then instantly dissolved into no talking or interaction with eachother, and you yourself didnt talk to him at all. Like I said the very first time you got banned, using an alt char, buying another factions racket for literally insanely cheap prices from an alt character is immediately bad and an abuse of the system. When you immediately after getting unbanned With the updated rules, you should have seen and considered the fact that it clearly says " Using the persons alternate character to circumvent Roleplay and trading with the faction directly, thereby preventing them from collecting profits from the trades through meta/powergame. If the sole purpose of that character is to sell weapons/drugs from the racket without any roleplay involved. These deals often orchestrated OOC'ly through metagame." You also state in your appeal that "I was introduced to a random person off the sidewalk as a guy from Lucky arms who i didnt expect to be in any way related to HT." and then at the end say "To clarify why I did not recognize this new person who is not Takahashi related, still being an issue, despite him being 14k he said he was currently inactive on that char so I figured his MAIN was currently a gambino. I had no reference of how long he had been in, but from what I knew he was selling to people on the streets - so I wanted to give him more opportunity on this current character for the time being." - So I'm not exactly sure at this point if you totally didnt know him or how he was related to HT, or knew him but thought that he had left 14k to main gambino.

The only 2 instances I've seen well-made servers backed by a decent community has been this one and CGC, and as I told Pendred around when I first joined, no pun intended, but the capabilities they've pushed NS to do is fucking nuts. I love this script, it forces people in a way to actually roleplay and not just hit a button on their keyboard and get a buy menu to get anything they want like in DarkRP. As someone who's played this game since it's come out, I essentially grew up on PERP back in the day. People actually roleplayed, they communicated with each other, 10% of the Gmod community were xbox live shittalkers at the time, obviously since then we're lookin at 80%+ of players who just fuck around, mass rdm, act as internet tough guys, shit's been disappointing until my buddy Hitman showed me this server and the kinds of stuff you can do, giving it an oldschool vibe from my time back in the day. I've been playing fairly religously the last few months I've been here and I like what I'm seeing. There's much potential and unlike most servers out there, the dev(s) here actually know what they're doing and come up with original ideas unlike 90% of servers that just buy Gmodstore addons and slap them together and call it a server; that's something I can appreciate and wouldn't mind dedicating my time to to assist with the riff raff that they keep at bay so they can work on more important things for the server. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Other than small technicalities I might have to pick up staff-wise I pretty much already know the plytransfer, charset(whatever) commands, etc. If most of those are the ones that used, not trying to sound cocky, but I kinda already know what command to use in situations. I'd need minimal training with how to conduct myself in staff sits because it's pretty sporadic based on which staff took your ticket, so a handbook would be sick so I can make sure I do shit by the book. How do you handle this?: Make a ticket like anyone else unless I'm the only staff on the server (rare occurrence anyway) I could maybe ask a UA or Papa Pendy for permission to take my own ticket. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Tell him to stop being a prick and then send whatever info up the food chain. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It would generally count as bias, but like the first question, have another staff take it or ask for permission if I'm for whatever reason, the only one available.

I find it funny that the screenshot of your dms you posted with Monaclu clearly shows the side bar scroll to be pulled up ever so slightly to conceal the last message you had actually sent him. Say it loud, say it proud next time, don't shy away. Now that aside, Monaclu's reasoning is fine, but it is true that due to the 'edit all' link on the doc it's impossible to say who truly did it. Whoever it was that did this is clearly just some fucking loser that was emotionally vulnerable over some sort of in character interaction and decided to spam the document like an immature child. No real damage is done since Google Docs has a one click restore to previous version button, so whomever it was just outs them self as a big cry baby. I know this has definitely been talked about in some capacity before in terms of coding and implementation and stuff like that but i think we should be able to increase EVERY stat somehow it takes 30 punches to get a 0.1 stat increase on strength, it takes 26 seconds (while crouched i did this with 15 pts in endurance so it will vary between stats) , it would take 310 punches (260 seconds worth of punching exactly) to get a 1% stat increase, it would take 30,000 individual punches (26,000 seconds Or 433 minutes or 7.3 hours) to get from 0 strength to 100, some players in the community that participate in boxing events have gotten max stats on stamina and strength just from sheer grinding and its a wonderful thing to see people wanting to improve certain facets of their character for RP purposes I think that alot of the time from a purely PVP standpoint alot of people outright go with stamina or half on stamina half on endurance just to be top tier in gunplay and other areas, and anyone can say there's a very clear gap in ability and PVP mobility from someone in a gunfight with 0 stamina and someone in a gunfight with 30 stamina, same thing with on foot police chases there are differences between a cop trying to catch someone with 0 stamina or 0 endurance and trying to catch someone in 30 of either of these stats If it would be at all possible from a coding standpoint i think every individual stat should be tied to a certain action that uses up stamina Examples being Strength: Punching Stamina: Running Endurance: Jumping and could be scaled in a similar manner to strength 30 punches for a 0.1 increase in strength 15 Jumps (because jumps take up much more stamina) for a 0.1 increase in endurance) and 60 seconds of running for a 0.1 increase in stamina Some might think this would be redundant to implement because stats only contribute to basic aspects of the game and the only reason strength can be increased is some kind of bug that allows for the slight increases in the first place but let me give 3 reasons why i think this would be a good idea to implement if it can be implemented at all 1: Gives a sense of character progression as if you wanted to intentionally max out ALL of these stats either by just playing the game normally or intentionally trying to train all these stats it would take entire full hours long sessions of things that cant be automated conventionally (except punching but even then autoclickers arent allowed) and if someone DID max out all these stats it would show that they are EXTREMELY dedicated to the character they play and that its not just some max stat throwaway character that was only made to be good at PVP or beating people with fists along with all the benefits having a beefed up character would have in RP scenarios. 2: Gives a chance for people who didn't pick a certain stat when creating their character to improve on the character they already created. A lot of people when starting out and having their first original character created for a faction or PD roleplay etc after realizing stats play a pretty major role in how efficient you can be in certain aspects of the game can have regrets about putting more points into one stat then another, or mixing and matching their stats only to realize it would still be a detriment to have all low stats. and a lot of the time on peoples 2nd or 3rd character when realizing this they just go with the best option, 30 stamina off the bat without focusing on any other stat. 3: Would add a new RP business element to the city, That being Public/private player made gyms where people can pay a fee to have an isolated place to train their stats and RP, and giving people in the city more avenues to expand upon business wise instead of the basic restaurants or casino front. I hate to be that guy but your application is basically, we are a district of 14K and offer nothing unique and are clearly just being made to support them. The server won’t benefit from a faction like this, in fact it’ll probably suffer since 14K population will split between the two factions causing an active faction to be split into two mediocre activity factions, just dumb and not necessary.
