What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was headed to the motel to call off a PK order I had made, I had come unarmed we were talking things out and rectifying the situation and one of the other members of the Diamond had come to the room we were in, I assume he had come to check things out because I had radioed I was at the motel. I think the other party assumed this member was here to kill them, however this other Diamond member was simply in the wrong place wrong time. The reason I'm appealing is from what I've been told by others... I was baited into issuing PK orders on someone so two people could carry out an unapproved coup on the Diamond. Mainly the two people involved were permanently banned for breaking the rules and tried to circumvent a coup. Thank you.

Okay, I've reviewed the clips here and there's a few things that I've noted. There is no clear evidence at all that they 'threatened you with a gun', except for the part where he flashes it through the window... but the gun is on safety. This means that he isn't an active threat. This leads me to believe that the time BEFORE the clip, the gun was also on safety (although there is obviously no evidence of this). You also say to them that they can keep the money, then ask for it back, I get that you were trying to case the place. It's quite clear that you maybe need to learn the difference between an active and inactive threat. As you were banned literally yesterday for NLR and Minge behaviour, I'm going to deny this. Use this time to read the rules on killing.

Me when i get my good friend whos in the fac to beg one of the HC to get dons orders on my character so i can set up the HC and the don to pk them using the script to coup the faction without UA approval !!!! Kind of on the fence with the suggestion I think it could either be annoying or good interactable RP. If it's implemented as just 'press e to fill up' then I think it'll just become annoying, if there could be RP involved, i.e oil factions could work as gas pump attendee's and had some sort of influence over the price of gas, then I think it would be interesting.

We managed to run another successful boxing event, making it a month straight that we've done weekly boxing matches for the entirety of Southside! Showing off an image from the early portions of it that Lemon took, but we had a great time and got 11 more matches under our belt, bringing us up to over 50 matches run! Emerald Isle Entertainment is a fun time to run. I'm hoping I get to see more people there!

It might not matter much anymore since there will only be one gas station in the new map, but seeing a return of fuel consumption from the mafia servers-of-old would be nice. Not only does it add immersion into the roleplay but it could also be a passive money sink for the economy in the range of three to four figures. Consumption could be influenced by the speed and luxuriousness of the car as well (fast and modern 2010s cars cost more to maintain than poor people cars!) Not quite sure what it would take for this to be added though. Just a thought!

With the new update I propose to change the system currently in place with Citizens and those that want to play a criminal character without aligning to a existing faction. I propose for there to be an NPC at barge or wherever the black market is to get transferred to a criminal whitelist like New York Taxis except with access to rumour. Here are some changes to the rules I could see with this addition. 1. Citizens can no longer mug no matter what 2. Those in the criminal whitelist can have Dons orders from any family on them from a faction provided they initiate a conflict with that faction (since they have no protection they are subject a higher chance of dying) 3. Groups of people in the criminal whitelist can group up and form gangs Why should being an independent criminal whitelist exist on a mafia RP server? 1. It already exists you can see gangs of bloods and crips and other citizen gangs that already live a non law abiding life why not formalize the current state of RP 2. Creates opportunities for factions to form naturally and exist in a sort of limbo state before becoming official. 3. Creates more of a divide between the lawless and law abiding citizens in the city. Allows those who do not want to conform to a faction to still roleplay as a criminal and engage in the drug trade.

Hey! So I was the guy that shot you in the head. You were shot in the head because Underboss Izumi YamaRyu sent someone to kill me with don orders and the person that was sent to kill me told me about this, arranged a meeting with Izumi YamaRyu with intent of setting her up. He told me what room, etc via ic telephone. You were shot because I was PK active due to don orders, Izumi YamaRyu was shot about 5 seconds after you were shot. I viewed you as a threat, you knew I worked for diamond. You were basically standing guard on the door and more than likely was armed waiting for me and I deemed you as a threat and shot you in the head, as I was about to PK the underboss.
