+1 If you have lots of players and an interesting enough job ("legal racket") then sure a player-run faction makes the most sense. But if the income is low compared to everything else (Speedy Delivery level income) and if the job is only meant for new players to get some money to start off with, then I think it should be an NPC job.

I think that having a path for medical RP makes sense and will help create plenty of RP scenarios that are more controlled by the players. I think "racket" wise and to generate money these guys should have people pay for an operation which gives the medical players their RP and in return they get an event item like a bone or a jar of organs that now has some lore behind it and a story to go with the event item. People basically pay for RP and are rewarded with an event item for the effort. GMs can oversee more serious cases and possibly give more work to them if it's something that people do consistently. +1

You misread, people pay us donations and receive suits. In terms of doctor's appointments being paid, it's not always just for the roleplay of the appointment. Other times we may give you a working wheelchair dupe for a medical problem and other items in the works rn. For example, let’s say someone comes to the ambulance saying they’re exhausted and keep throwing up. EMS could provide care during transport by assessing the patient’s vitals, asking medical questions, giving the patient a vomit bag, placing a cold pack on his/her neck, and giving an IV with fluids. Then the RP can be established even further in the hospital where security works as intake, searching the patient for weapons, handling any paperwork that medical staff don't need to handle themselves and EMS and hospital staff work to figure out the problem more thoroughly, giving the patient the proper medications, a diagnosis, and any surgery that could be needed. Paramedics either patrol in the ambulance or stay stationed at the company's delegated medical center awaiting calls and patient contacts. Health staff stay within the medical center to perform surgeries and give diagnoses. Security handles the safety of all personnel and handles most of the clerical paperwork. We have no intentions on attempting to add any Role Play that drastically changes how things are done in the server unless UA and the state ask that of us. I also support this have more jobs that new players can join into can really help retain and teach some of the basics of the server just by existing.

In Sombras, I was a Made Man. In C.C.N.G., they were asking me constantly to be a Made Man but I told them I wanted to stay lower on purpose and give them money since I was simultaneously working on Atlas at the time (I wanted to foster RP with both in different ways, so I didn't want the promotion). Willy Wonka's a guy who makes a lot of our dupes so we just liked letting him have the name and Wonkaland was to give him a bit of a 'name' brand. However, if it came down to us changing it in order to be considered for the faction, I'd do so in a heartbeat. We really don't want to be mingey, it was a cute name and homage to give for all of the great creations that he's given us. However, as far as it being a lot of work, I'm genuinely prepared for that. It isn't the first time I've had to lead large groups. While my experience IRL probably doesn't do me a whole lot in terms of Mafia experience, I am a manager for a cyber security team and have been for a few years now. Delegation, taking on work my employees can't do at a time in emergencies, one-on-one meetings to give hard judgement or amazing praise - this is stuff that I've done for a while in my life. I don't doubt it'll be a lot of work in the sense of organization, but I'm a very meticulous person that thrives on paperwork, so I really feel confident going into this. If it helps at all, the person as my second-in-command 'Ruler' was formerly the second-in-command of Sanzensekai if that means anything. He has a lot of experience in running a faction and we're good friends, so he intends to help guide my hand and work alongside me as needed. He's actually in this thread as well as 'Lemon'. He's the one most dedicated to this faction, second to me. If you're looking for amazing experience in leading, he's going to be there with me every single step of the way. I hope that addressed concerns!

Who is going to pay for appointments? Are you suggesting that people will pay 25k for rp healing? Who will donate suits, and why? And how and what market do you plan to open it to for investing. You have sorta just said statements but not explained how that works in reality.

Other factions want to help and create roleplay with us. To keep working we accept donations for suits and non ems uniforms. We are also opening the company to the market to get investors involved. As a business, we make money through appointments, ranging from 10k-25k depending on the medical problem. As for inactivity, everyone working for the company has a full interest and wants to contribute to medical roleplay, in order to get an incentive for them we try to have all major functions available at once so it can activate as a full system and no one is out on an over the top workload
