Hello, While yes the officers link was lacking a bit of context, yours had plenty. Your clip shows you inserting yourself into a pursuit of someone you don’t know/have the f3 of. Borderline minging and cop baiting. Throughout the chase you made MULTIPLE attempts to, and even successfully at times, purposefully crash into these officers to disrupt the chase. Effectively using your vehicle as a weapon, beginning the violent confrontation. And even @ 1:04 in your clip it appears as if you are making an attempt to backup and knock over the officer. Eventually the officers have enough of your antics and shoot your tires in an attempt to hinder your attempts to flee. By doing this they didn’t even damage you at all. If it hadn’t been for the other points I previously made I would possibly maybe have a differing opinion. But that is not the case here. You then knock over the two officers and kill one. All while using OOC terms and giggling autisticly. You purposefully inserted your self in this interaction, you purposefully used your vehicle as a weapon, you purposefully killed a cop and then died. Had you not done all this your character will still be alive, this is all on you.

Hello! Your ban has been extended due to your extensive RDM previous offenses, you have been a member of this community since 2023 when you got your first RDM note. With that in mind, you have been given countless chances to learn from past mistakes, each extension of bans length-wise was a chance for you to learn from those mistakes. With your time in this community and your countless warnings, you should already know what is, and what is not, allowed to be done. You were banned for RDM'ing a officer who was attempting to arrest your friend who was being arrested for misdemeanor charges. In Server rules under Killing Rules 16: “You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer.”

-1 seems like a good idea on paper but 'being funny' is probably not the best kick-start for an idea. afterthought, could be an okay idea if you forced each and every cadet/probie to do 'desk duty' and be a dispatcher for a period, or have certain required hour #'s for pd seniority positions

Further evidence: rule 12 of mugging rules which pertains to mugging chars states: You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay." The age, assets, and past history of this char clearly show that its sole purpose is not mugging. And my final point, I have never been PK'd for mugging, which further shows that I have no intentions on making or having a char exclusively for mugging, as mentioned in rule #12.

Hello! Yes, I am the banning admin and the one that was primarily handling this situation. As you already quoted me you know my reasoning for the ban length. You chose to however leave out what we had already discussed about you being involved. Initiating the mugging or participating in the mugging is the same thing. They may have radio'ed, but you made the decision to join in on a serious RP scenario that you had zero context for. Another quote from that same ticket you left out is "Ignorance does not grant you immunity from your actions." So, between you being involved in a fail mugging, a more serious rule break with much more serious consequences, and your repeated pattern of not respecting the rules or RP environment of our server you were handed a one week ban to reflect on your actions. Not just the fail mug, but your repeated rule breaks in your first week active on the server after a ban almost two years ago. We have majority of our players go years without a single note. In the span of one week you have collected five notes and a ban. Also, yes, you would have received a lesser ban for RDM or minging. Those are much lesser offenses with much less impact on RP. Fail muggings potentially to PKs, which you now know very well. In this instance it has also lead to RP needing to be entirely voided so again much larger impact from your actions. As I told you in the ticket and will tell you now, I hope you take this time to understand our rules and reflect on the recent choices you have been making on the server.

if it were me theres no point on doing like "one at a time" like doing one someone wants fixed only when asked, so many of the headmodels are in use, what if a high number of people request for theirs to be fixed all at the same time, why not just do everything at once

This situation for the "Fail Mug" was handled by "Byte" so he already knows what specifically happened. I was banned for a week for "Participating" in the fail mug. I am grateful that Byte resolved the situation much quicker than I originally thought, he handed me a ban for a week in his words. Though the situation with the mugging was 5 of my faction members started to mug somebody and they called me on radio to assist them, a minute goes by and I finally show up and participated all of about 10 seconds until we were gunned down by other individuals. According to the moderator it was a fail mug but why am I getting caught in the cross-fire, I didn't initiate it and nothing would have changed me being there or not. A week ban for participating in a "Fail mug" for 10 seconds is absolutely ludicrous I fail to see how that's justified in the slightest, a day or two is more understandable, but a week? I'd get a lesser punishment for RDM or Minging.
