This was honestly a pretty long time ago I was definitely younger and wanted to try and challenge the server. The immature side of me decided it was a good idea to promote a mafia server I was staff on by going into the server and promoting it. Thinking I could challenge it, like I said there is no dispute to my actions what I did goes against the server rules. I was careless and didn't think of my actions beforehand. Now that it's been maybe about a year or longer, I honestly miss the feeling of Diverge Mafia Roleplay, its diverse and it has a good community and roleplay feeling. My actions again where uncalled for and wrong now where I am in life wanting to return to the game I cant do to my actions. Id like to ask for another chance to play in this community my roleplay has become better and I don't have many priors before my recent ban. I apologize for my actions again and I hope you guys can give me another chance to play in the community. I would like to make a faction based around the roman Catholic church. The entire point of the faction is to add another RP element to the city that it is currently lacking, which is an active parish. Adding an active church to the city would add more depth to the roleplay of the community, and allow a place for the separate factions to come together in a time of peace. The church would be my main area of operations, though no changes to it are really needed. I would also like it if I had access to bread and wine at the church for communion purposes, but I don't know if that's possible as idk if the church actually counts as a business.

There's no real way to demonstrate change in this instance.

I'm hurt that you say there are a multitude, and I've had more than just one dupe approved; -the carousel (discretionary) -the rodeo bull (discretionary) -little israel's money-pie roulette table -little israel's sky screamer commission (discretionary) at some point I was told that as long as it looked alright and it wouldn't crash the server, lag or look ugly, and staff didn't ask me to remove it, it would be fine, because I had made so many tickets at some point that they just wanted me to stop could you please find some forgiveness for this "last straw situation" in the fact that I only miss the staff approval for this piece to exist? I originally made it for my rockefeller character as something akin to a spinning sign or an interactive billboard because it literally is an engine, and I was really happy about finishing this thing cause it was a nightmare to figure out

Hi, there! Yes, I am the staff member that took your PET flags. In this case I took them as a last straw situation. I have had multiple encounters with you where you are building something in the wrong location, or building moving contraptions or dupes that you have been told are not allowed. You have open countless tickets trying to get many of these contraptions approved. One even has! This time, and the last three times I have had to tell you no moving builds were not approved. Your flags have already been removed prior. You were granted them back on a second chance. Since then, you have had received multiple warnings from myself and other staff and yet you still continued to do it. I appreciate your skill at building, I just wish you had put it towards ways that are allowed or that you have made the effort in the past to get approved.
