Were chilling in the in the bushes out infront of deli, like crouching n shit in them doing what ever, Monaclu comes over and starts demanding that they leave the area, some shit talking started and threats were made from both parties. I cant quote exact words, but monaclu said something along the lines of " ima get my gun if your still here when i get back we gonna have an issue " rough memory of words. Monaclu then comes back, I MYSELF gets locked in the jewish deli in a playful manner, some more shit talking happens & Monaclu kills one of the sos members, then the rest of sos pull guns & kill monaclu, Menace, & if my memory is correct Kov & finnigan might be incorrect of names. | From that point on things were tense, shit talking back n fourth from both ends. Then racket war happened & with Koshers embarrassing loss, i just couldnt hold myself back from shit talking the head enforcers for losing that badly. after that war i was honestly shit talking Head enforcers a lot, & rage baiting Jared which is a head enforcer. Then 1 day most of HC of sos & made men, convene with HC & Made men of kosher infront of the deli again. A Lot of threats were made by monaclu about how he is going to ( not exact words ) " Pay people to mug us & or pay to buy stolen cuts/vest's that they mug from us. & that he would harrass us everyday if he didnt get an apology. " No Apology was given to them From SOS command. From that day Things were still tense for the next week or so, Then deals started popping back up little by little with kosher mid command. Howver even with relations going back up. I was still shit talking Jared ( head enforcer ) . Which Led to a Formal Sit down With Jared of Kosher & Holiday VP Of SOS & a few others. Which reached a solution of me paying 100K & Giving an Apology to Kosher. I Paid 100K to Kosher & did not give an apology, ( like how sos not gonna apologize but make me & pay 100K ) So i didnt apologize. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE NEXT DAY, Kosher has another sit down & Now Demands That I Be Killed for being disrespectful & not saying sorry & if i didnt that they would escalate. SOS Then somehow SOMEHOW Agrees that that is the best solution. ( keep in mind they let a HC Member Rat leave faction no PK & His Wife rat leave faction no PK & Re-hired a nigga who snitched on faction back in as capo ) But anyways that's off point. ------------------------------------------------------------ Conclusion: Kosher Technically Started The Hostile Actions & Reasons For Shit Talking. I Paid 100K For first demand, Didnt say sorry. The next day they demanded id be killed for disrespect & not saying sorry. SOS Kills Me. -- ps. thought max demand for disrespect was 10k not 100k.. --------------------- Not Confirmed Yet... It appears Both Parties Might not have clips of the sit downs or have a document regarding the sit down solutions Which is stated to be had in the rules, For Sit Downs. & it also appears UA may not have been informed of the Solutions Purely based off the fact Monaclu told me he didn't even know they pk'd me. (MONACLU PLEASE CORRECT ANYTHING) - Also i know we both respect each other to a certain level so we should both keep things real & Honest. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Escalation Abuse, Didn't Follow PK Sit down Guide Lines. - " Escalation Abuse " " Demanded i pay 100k, i Pay 100k, Then demand me to be pk'd? make a UA ticket for us to review. There is some guidelines to this, and we'll see to it that the court runs fair, and smoothly, and is of the least possible inconvenience to the playerbase.

Make rules on court tickets taking too much Real time. If a Ticket exceeds a certain amount of time, the character should be allowed to be let out, holding characters hostage for months because you're inactive doesn't seem fair. Either that or the Defendant should be allowed to request a different judge/DA

Hey thanks for the reply. I did harass a police in good fun but at no point did I pull out a gun. I also was never asked or talked to about the situation. The last thing people said before I walked away is "I don't know what he's saying" and they were laughing. Also the female cop said something to me that I forgot. I then comedically walked away with my head down and after that I don't know what happened but it was in good fun. Also I didn't shoot random vehicles. I shot when my vehicle was stolen from me. I also accidentally blew up Dayvon's vehicle trying to shoot the person that rdm'd him. I wish I was talked to about it before being PK'd because I met some great people for my first faction and experience but it's fine.

Nothing was escalated he didnt say anything i just got blasted. Nobody was getting mugged. I did nothing in my faction to get pk'd either.
