  3. Thank you for applying to the Diverge Networks staff team. Unfortunately, your application has been denied. You may apply again in 30 days. You may apply sooner if you receive permission from a Super Administrator or higher.
  4. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.
  5. Your steam id is STEAM_0:0:804327998 not whatever you put there. 13 total bans. You first joined January 7th 2024. Playtime is at 2 days, 23 hours. Your 12 previous bans total ~51 days of ban time. Meaning you spent about 1760% of your time here banned. Your current ban was issued on 26/7/2025. 236 days ago. You had 12+ chances to learn the rules. I invite you to appeal this ban again on 9/1/2028. Which is what I deem reasonable given the caliber and length of your past bans. Otherwise you may open a support ticket in the main discord to discuss further options if you feel like putting something up to lose.
  6. While I don't necessarily think scripting or enforcing this through main characters / in server mechanics is a good thing or required the issue with creating a character to perform hits is persistent, it's something I have discussed with Pendred in the past and to quote him directly making alts to do pks to avoid consequence is "gay" and "Idc about <durr in real life people hire other people> its a gameplay thing". I am poised to agree with him, while I understand the perspective some people offer by explaining it away using the "zip" fallacy it's simply bad for gameplay, in a situation where you are potentially destroying a character that someone has put hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours into there should be risk to the people preforming the hit, people whom already have the objective advantage btw, to create a character to avoid the consequences is "bitch shit". It's simply doesn't mirror reality given that the 'zips' in real life are still real people who can literally lose their lives or be arrested while/after doing these hits, whereas an alt character can be deleted to then never face any repercussions. This already is / has been a rule for years, but I'll add an extra line to make it even more super duper clear. (the existing rule) While this suggestion is technically denied it has caused me to elaborate on a rule. If it continues being a problem in the future maybe a character playtime requirement could be added for a person to perform PKs for their faction, this can easily be enforced at the script level.

  8. This gets suggested every 10 minutes and it's a very popular idea very cool i agree then ua explains why it won't happen
  9. No, we need the human trafficking racket!
  10. Right now, the server doesn’t have a chop shop system, and adding one could open the door to a lot of new RP opportunities. It could expand criminal roleplay, create more business interactions, and add some variety to the economy without just introducing another simple money-making mechanic. Rather than turning it into just another scripted drop-off point, a more RP-driven approach could be to introduce chop shops as actual locations or even player-run businesses that encourage interaction instead of quiet, instant transactions. Concept: The basic idea would be to add chop shops as places where stolen or illegally obtained vehicles could be dismantled for profit through roleplay. Instead of instant payouts, this could push players toward actual criminal RP, like setting up deals, finding buyers, or working with a business owner willing to take the risk. This would add more depth than just another crime activity and would instead encourage social RP between criminals, civilians, and law enforcement. Example Scenarios: Criminal Interaction: Instead of just driving a stolen car to a marker, a player would need to actually find someone willing to buy it or strip it for parts. Business Opportunity: A mechanic or salvage yard owner could secretly participate in dismantling vehicles while still operating a legitimate business on the surface. Police Investigation RP: Law enforcement could look into suspicious businesses, investigate stolen vehicle reports, or track patterns of criminal activity tied to certain locations or people, even go as far as going undercover to try and sell "stolen" vehicles. Criminal Networking: Players would need to build connections and trust to get access to these services rather than simply knowing a location. How can this improve RP?: A chop shop system could add another layer of progression for criminal characters while encouraging interaction instead of isolated gameplay. It helps shift crime away from solo grinding mechanics and more toward story-driven roleplay. Some potential benefits could include: More variety in criminal RP. Increased player interaction. More investigation opportunities for PD. New business RP possibilities. More purpose for stolen vehicles beyond joyriding. Better long-term criminal character development. It could also give newer criminal characters a way to get involved through connections and RP rather than needing large operations right away! Possible Implementation: There are a few different ways this could be implemented depending on what best fits the server’s design: Option 1 | Server-owned location: A fixed chop shop where players can process stolen vehicles, possibly with timers and risk factors involved. Option 2 | Player-owned business: Approved players could operate chop shops through mechanic or salvage businesses, with the assistance of staff oversight to keep things balanced. Possible balance considerations To keep things fair and prevent abuse, some balancing factors could include: Processing times instead of instant payouts. Vehicle value based on class or rarity. Cooldowns to prevent farming. Risk of police alerts. Required RP interaction. Logging systems to prevent abuse. Players vehicles who are stolen reset after a timelimit. As always, your opinions are valued, and appreciated. Please let me know what you think below, thank you!
  11. Yes i hate actually having to RP no one else has made a similar suggestion ever just automate every RP interactions pleaseee
  12. Bro can't even write the staff app on his own Also Turk -1
  13. Damn everyone is just bashing this almost in consensus. How do I not know this dude lol -1 Even the most respectful, kind and un-biased staff have downvoted.
  14. +1 maybe you can reduce stress by beating off wouldnt work near police tho
  15. It does help being given passive direction. Overall I see no harm in this and furthers add to the immersion and would simply be an optional experience for those who would like to do that. +1
  16. We need a shared emote for ERP Edit: There needs to be different ones for male to male and female to female for all our homosexual friends in little italy
  17. would be 10x better if people actually went out and roleplayed it themselves instead of being automatically!
  18. This would go hard after an erp session, “you would remain bricked up thinking about the night before”
  19. +1 Active during low staff hours. Decent playtime (852 hours in 1 year 6 months). I have only had positive interactions from my experiences with him. 2 and a half weeks since last ban Based on my interactions with him I see potential for him to be a decent addition to the staff team. It would also be nice to have someone on during those downtime hours (There was no staff on for the past 2 hours when writing this). Andy, If this application get's denied I encourage you to stay out of trouble and reapply in the future.
  20. +1 Andy is a pretty chill guy and is very active
  21. Never lose your hope. When someone insults your race, no normal human being just stays silent, no matter who they’re facing. Trying to silence Andy just because the people you’re up against are supposedly “tougher” than your own family is nothing but weakness. Putting aside all that nonsense about “they’re our allies,” you gave Andy every shitty job there was whenever things got messy or when you were too scared to die, and despite that, he still did everything he could to prove himself. Yeah, Andy might be a bit hot-headed, but his real mistake was dedicating himself to a family that didn’t deserve the effort he put in. That’s all I have to say. And I’m Marco, Andy’s older brother. If I were staff, I’d probably get banned too anyway. Looks like it’s already rejected, so before the post gets closed, I’m dropping a +1
  22. He's been involved with Taka for way more than a week IC/OOC and I've observed plenty of good roleplay from him, I'm pretty sure it was me who hired him. Mugging only becomes an issue when the (((wrong person))) gets mugged, has a baby bitch fit and cries to the admins. If you're mugging people everyday then there would definitely be an issue, however there are many factors for one to avoid being mugged and if it happens to someone, it's on them. I've been mugged before and haven't let my guard down since, it hasn't happened to me again and never will (no I will not knock on wood). If people have a problem with mugging maybe they should go play minecraft and don't grind 10 hours a day for a million dollar suit or spend $100 on a custom item and expect NotHinG BaD To EveR HaPPen tO MeEEeee, or don't ever talk shit to anyone IC and get mugged for it and then cry because you weren't the one who ran you mouth off, "I'm just a poor wittle victim Mr. Admin".
