+1 A lot of people are going to sit here and say "minge this" or "minge that," or claim he's broken the rules so many times that he's no longer capable of the role. The fact of the matter is, he likes having too much fun sometimes and has a history of doing silly, stupid things. However, if you actually sit down with him and ask the important questions about staying impartial, being patient, and not letting your emotions get in the way he can articulate those values clearly. He understands them, and he knows how to help other players apply them. He's not a perfect person (none of us are), but the fact that he's been on this server for so long, has broken rules in the past, yet consistently takes accountability says volumes. He's someone who genuinely cares and wants to help others learn the ropes easier than he had to. That's something to admire. If you don't believe me, take the time to talk to him yourself and look at his actions. He cares deeply about RP and is focused on making it fun for everyone involved. At the end of the day, that's what staff is truly about.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I would say I am more mature person and have developed a rapport with significant amount of active people throughout the server, I enjoy spending time with players and hopefully it's the same with them. In addition, I've experience all over the city whether it's being a senior figure in law, policing or criminal factions all the way to being a homeless bum. I would say I am more just and know what's wrong when it is wrong, allowing me to be a dependable, accountable and responsible person - especially knowing when I stepped over a line and am okay to take that punishment or enforce it on others [i.e conflicts between people IC]. I believe I'm good at approaching different types of people which would fair well in this role as you'd deal with many people [serious people, real minges who dont give a crap about their actions, timid people who aren't sure or clear as to what they want etc]. I am someone who can be diplomatic in their approach to a situation or, when needed, assertively. Knowing where the lines are, I can be effective at my job whilst being fair and able to explain my self and actions; ensuring I wouldn't overstep my remit in my position as staff. I believe i'd work well with other staff members, being open to improving myself and taking suggestions [as people would have seen given my past record and how I apply it]. Spending quite a while as a judge, in a role which you CANNOT be corrupt whatsoever, I have sentence many friends away behind bars and given them criminal records; I aim to be as unbiased as possible, especially with an integral position of power. The same applies to the latter when putting someone who openly dislikes me behind bars/convicting, they are treated fairly regardless of their views of me etc. Fairness and justice are essential. As someone who in the past broke a lot of rules, I would say I have a good understanding of them - allowing me to be in this city after being given (many) chances after having learned to follow them and abide. (Please list where, what position and how long): I do, I used to staff on various Minecraft servers (which LONG have shut down back in the 2010s, having roles of Moderation, admin to head admin), owning one at one point. I was also community manager for Lockdown SCP:SL RP. As well as old GMOD which have also closed down a while ago: LuckyDucky servers - Mod ; My own DarkRP server - Owner and im sure others I cannot remember. Aside from SCP:SL i havent staffed since the mid 2010s. But for the interest of this question and confirming names, let's say I just have community manager experience for Lockdown SCP:SL - having about a year in that position before moving on and owning a GMOD server back in the day. To which I would like to thank the community in giving me chances after chances to change, and hopefully you have seen and felt it. My experience within the community has significantly improved and through these bans I've learnt to appreciate the community, the people within and the fun to be had on the server. Most of my bans were RDM related. With the occasional trickle of other stuff like mic spam etc, last one being powergaming in janurary [couldn't disprove as i didnt clip my view to exhonorate me.. took it on the chin]. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I would say I am well known with a positive reputation. Whilst some would still despise me for being a minge/king minge; I will say in recent times of many months to a year, many have turned a new page with me and I would like to say it is going very positive in terms of their experience. How do you handle this?: Leave it to the other staff members who are on duty, whilst communicating with them If they got it or if they need help. If they are unable to, I would complete whatever RP situation I am in and find an appropriate time to switch to take the ticket and respond to it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Collect evidence and Let a more senior staff be made aware via staff report ticket/discord etc. (Though if it's UA.. then I'd probably watch and laugh at what is transpiring unto the poor souls.) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There is definite possible bias. I would let other staff members handle it / deal with the ticket with me not being involved in any way shape or form, unless strictly necessary . If other staff staff are unable to deal with it. I would deal with it in an unbiased manner and enforce the rules upon them with bans, notes etc regardless if they're friends or not. Have to be fair and just in upholding the rules regardless. Hello, I was one of the muggers too. First of all, I want to point out that the police officer chased me and managed to catch me. When we got to the PD, we talked about the incident for over 30 minutes, and I realized he wasn't even aware that we had been mugging you. He performed a GSR test on me and took my fingerprints. After all of that, he let me go without charging me with a felony because he didn't have any evidence or information that I had mugged or robbed someone or was involved in a PK. We mugged you in a yellow zone where nobody else was around, and nobody witnessed or understood what was happening, including the Lieutenant. I don't see any reason why this PK should be reversed. Also, in your appeal, you initially claimed the incident lasted 6–7 seconds, but after realizing the rule mentions 5 seconds, you changed your story and said it only lasted 4 seconds. Which one is it?

First of all, I want to make it clear that I have no problem with you coming here to defend yourself or trying your luck. I'll gladly provide my clip if the UAs request it. However, since the footage is already available in the PK log, I don't see any reason to post it here as well. That being said, you can't claim there were "people around" just because a police officer happened to be on the same street. The rule clearly states, "This can only be done when there is no one else around." We were already in a yellow zone, there was nobody near us, and the only person remotely close was a police officer sitting in his vehicle, far enough away that he couldn't possibly understand what was happening between us. The only person who could have possibly understood the situation was the Lieutenant, and he himself said he didn't. You say it doesn't matter whether he understood it or not, but it actually does. You're claiming he witnessed the incident, yet he openly stated that he didn't even know or understand what was happening, so you can't use him as a witness just because it benefits your argument. The reason I mentioned that you had a Tec-9 at the time of your death is because I took the risk of carrying out this mugging on my Capo character, and I did it properly in a yellow zone, fully aware of the consequences. You also claim that the incident only lasted four seconds in my clip, but I say "Yo" at the 4 second mark of your clip, tell you to put your hands up at the 5 second mark, and you don't die until around the 11–12 second mark. Instead of freezing in place, all you had to do was walk toward me. That was your mistake, and because of that mistake, you were PK'd in accordance with the rules. With all due respect, the only thing you should be doing here is accepting responsibility for not reacting appropriately in the moment and making sure you don't repeat the same mistake. As I said, the admin who handled this ticket had already obtained a second opinion from other staff members before approving the PK, and he personally explained to me why he considered it valid. I don't see any rule violation or any other valid reason for this PK to be reversed. That being said, regardless of the outcome, I wish you the best of luck with your appeal. Also no disrespect but you didnt even try to comply shit. You just froze up like a COW and you paid the consequences for it.

I was only aware of the initiation of the mugging at around 5-6 seconds into my clip, the timer for my compliance shouldn't start when you are aware of your intention to mug me separately from my own knowledge, but when I am aware of such. My window to comply at the start of my knowledge of the situation lasted ~4 seconds. You say the entire situation lasts 9-10 seconds, which may be true from your angle, but it is simply not true from my angle or my POV of the situation. My window to comply is from my perspective, not yours, and this must be taken into account. How am I supposed to comply with an initiation of a mugging I am unaware of? It doesn't matter that Danny Silvershine didn't know if it was a mugging or not, it matters that he was so close to it, he could both see and respond to the crime in a matter of seconds. "This can only be done when there is no one else around" (initiating a mugging), other people were around. You say that I claim the mugging took place in an invalid area generally, which is not true. Mugging is allowed where I was on the map, but my angle of approach on this point is that mugging is never allowed around uninvolved witnesses- regardless of whether or not it is in a red/yellow zone. You're missing my point, other people were around, period. You can even hear the sirens in my clip. You mention I was armed with a TEC-9 and could've used it/had an adequate window to try. You can see in my clip I never used the TEC-9 and even started to comply the moment I ended up being killed- obeying the command to "come back" by walking towards one of the muggers. To which I was shot. "You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed." I complied, or at least tried to. I believe I have adequately addressed the issues in my mugging and resulting PK, I appreciate the response from you all so quickly, good luck maintaining your PK, but I genuinely believe you did a couple things wrong.

As shown in the clip Psykho provided and based on his own statement, the police officer was so far away that there was no way he could have known what kind of RP was taking place between us at that moment. You can't even see me pulling my gun in the clip and from that distance, there's no realistic way for anyone to tell that one player was mugging another (logically). You heard from him directly he admitted that he had no idea what was actually happening. I've already shared my thoughts regarding your argument about not being given enough time. In my opinion, this PK was completely valid.
