and clear up alot of people that are -1 You got to understand back then 2 years ago we ran into the problem of minges from other factions coming making fake 911 calls and forcing people to get arrested that maybe happen twice though but as a smaller faction its easy to be pushed down especially when you are dealing with people with massive egos its a game lets have fun lets larp not grind custom suits and stay with the same old shit 2 years ago with the whole bullets whack shit we tried allying or even just trading with the Bonannos you guys ghosted us which is fine i can careless but you guys pull the same old shit to this day and are dying just like us back then only difference is you got a bigger faction bank With the resources we had back then we still pulled decent events with gambling and faction dinners but with new custom item we are adding I am in high hopes of having ecstasy roleplay having different sites where players can buy x in bulk at cheaper prices from pill pressing areas that we set up around the city or get our x from street dealers at current prices. I really do hope this works out either way faction or not we can definitely be a decent group Romanians that push x through the streets

+1 I remember running with these guys we struggled but we pushed through our high peak hours were during the night and illegal gambling events were fun with them from poker to dice games we did run into a hiccup of one of our guys going on a power trip and sold us out pk'd our guys because he wanted some wop faction to love him it was booty cheeks and I was more active until my perma ban now i am barely getting in the rhythm of things but with ive been back for the last 6 months and I happy to see we are not only going to be selling ecstasy but also larp with it by setting up pill pressing areas to supply x to our dealers I want to see this grow and I am happy to support them

+1 Really enjoyed the stop-motion trailer, thought it was well put together. I also appreciate the more in-character hiring process, sounds like it could be cool if executed right. -

Name of Faction: Clanul Haiducilor Number of Members (Minimum of 5): 25+ Type Of Faction (Family, Triad, Street Gang, etc): Family Ethnic Background (ex: Italian, Greek, African American, Irish, etc): Romanian Name of Character running the faction: Aladar Trandafir Your Discord # (ex: gamer#4210): Dude8997 Your SteamID: Steam ID: 76561198141876295 Your Server playtime: 2mo 3w 5d 4h 15m Do you acknowledge and agree to all faction rules as detailed on the server rules page? (Yes/No): Yes Do you acknowledge that your faction discord WILL be owned by us? (Yes/No): Yes Provide an example of the unique Roleplay your faction WILL bring to the server/what type of roleplay we can expect from your faction (Images/Videos Preferred): Picture a new player's first hour in Southside. He's walking past a food cart in Little Italy when the guy behind the counter asks if he wants to make five hundred bucks. Twenty minutes of hauling crates later, he's paid in cash and handed a phone number. He has no idea he just met a crime family. That's the clan. In 1990, a man the family trusted sold them to the state, and everything we do comes back to that one night. Trust in this family is never handed out. It gets earned, written down, and paid back. Here's what that looks like in the city. The front: Caru’ cu Bere Our LLC is already approved. We run Caru' cu Bere, a Romanian food cart which is named after the old beer hall in Bucharest, and the same company sells custom clothing and hires out security. It's a real business with real customers, and it's also where favors get asked for, deals get made, and every recruit starts out. House Parties House parties held in Townhouse 3 open to the public every weekend. Free drinks and food provided. An open space for all to enjoy and have fun. With slavs and alcohol, a bit of fun chaos is to follow. Working your way in We don't hand anyone a Discord link in their first 15 minutes. A lot of new players don't even know they need one, and nobody wants to join a random server before they've figured out the city. So we hire through work instead. The first job is honest: Clean the cart, unload cargo at the docks, get $500 and a number to call. Call back, and the work gets a little less honest and pays a little better. Maybe next time you need to outdrink a buttoned man or beat him in a boxing match. The new player is doing something real from his first hour, and the family knows exactly who it's bringing in. Even the guys who never join walk away with cash, a story, and a number they'll remember the next time they need something done. Chezășie (the sponsor system) Nobody gets made on a handshake. Every prospect needs a member to vouch for him out loud, in front of the whole table, and that's usually who gave him his first job. If the prospect turns rat, steals, or runs his mouth in the wrong bar, his sponsor takes the punishment beside him. Every member has a reason to care who walks into the family. The Debt Book The family arrived in Southside broke and survived on favors long before it had money. That habit stuck. Move a car, watch a door or carry a package across town for us, and you might not get cash. You get a line in the book. The Clan calls those favors in later, usually at the worst possible moment, and settles its own debts the same way. A cash deal is over the second the money changes hands. A debt keeps two people tied together for months. Ink you can’t buy Every Haiduc tattoo is earned, and anyone who knows the Clan can read a man's history off his arms. An oak branch means he kicked up $100k in a week. A running stag means he outran the police. A crown of thorns around a lock means he did felony time and never said a word. Rosary beads mean he saved a brother from arrest. The rarest pieces, like Sfinții Carpați, a mountain peak with an Orthodox cross, can only be earned after collecting a full set of the others. It gives everyone from the newest associate up a goal that money alone can't buy. Every tattoo gets done IC, with the family watching. Funerals The Clan will bury anyone in Southside for a small fee, whatever colors he wore. That covers the hall, a service, a eulogy, and one rule the Clan enforces itself: nobody draws a weapon during the service. This is an IC rule backed by the clan, not a staff safe zone, and it doesn't override any server rule. Right now most deaths end in a black screen. A funeral gives the people who knew him a reason to show up, rivals included. Couriers for hire We won't pretend we can hold a corner on day one. Early money comes the way it does for every new family, through crew deals and shipments. What this family actually knows, after forty years of smuggling through the Carpathians, is how to move things quietly through someone else's turf. So we run and escort for outfits that would rather not be seen doing it themselves, and we never turn on a client who has already paid. A small family survives by being useful to everyone. We know Organizația Basarab came first. We're a different kind of outfit: quiet, service-based, and built around favors, funerals and business rather than gambling and kidnapping. We're not trying to be another family that grinds crew deals and stands outside a restaurant all day. We're small, we're new, and we don't have territory, so everything we do is built around making RP with other people instead of just fighting them. We've been running as a group in the city since July, so none of this is just ideas on paper. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): Open to the server Sunday Table (weekly): An open meal at the parish hall. Anyone can eat, nobody gets touched inside, and it's where people come to ask the Clan for favors. Caru' cu Bere pop-ups (whenever we're on): The cart parks somewhere new. Food, gossip, and most first jobs get handed out there. Funeral rites (on request): A full service for anyone's dead, with a truce held for as long as it runs. Saint's Day Feast (rare): The whole family, allies and rivals at one table, and the night a member gets canonized into the Sfinți, our hall of fame, with a tattoo of his name's saint. The Auction (occasional): Public bidding on whatever the Clan or anyone else has picked up, including our clothing. Some lots can be paid in favors, which go straight into the Debt book. (HTML Mockup available per request) Internal The job ladder: Cart and dock work, then driving, deliveries, escorts, and collecting on the Debt Book. More risk, more pay, and always something to work toward. The ranks: Segeată, Interlop, made Haiduc, then Soldat, Locotenant, Ban, Căpitan, Vornic, and the Consiliul under the Nașul. Sponsorship ceremonies: Inductions happen out loud, in front of the family. Anyone can work for the Clan, but becoming made takes Romanian blood and an Orthodox baptism at the parish. Tattoo nights: Earned ink, done IC, with the Clan present. Pomană: One night a month for the forty lost in the mountains and the men killed in 1990. It's the only night the old members tell the story to whoever joined last. Keeping newer players invested and giving an opportunity to get to talk with more veterans. Tribunal: Discipline in the open, with the sponsor present. The accused speaks first. The handbook: Romanian phrases and rank names, so members sound like the family instead of just wearing its name. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In Romanian folklore, the Haiducs were outlaws with a conscience who robbed the rich and fed the poor. This Clan kept the name and nothing else. There is no honor among thieves. What has kept these Haiducs alive is shared blood, shared suffering, and the Orthodox Church. The family traces back to the Haiducii Muscelului, an anti-communist resistance band hiding in the Făgăraș Mountains in the late 1940s. They smuggled cigarettes, guns and Western goods, kept villages fed through forced collectivization, and stockpiled weapons for a war against the Soviets that never came. By the late 1950s the Securitate had found their camps. Of roughly forty men, a handful survived, among them the brothers Aladar and Ion Trandafir and their cousin Alexandru Munteanu. They disappeared into factories and mines and kept their heads down. The three found each other again in Bucharest in the 1970s and quietly rebuilt the old smuggling routes, one contact at a time. When the Revolution broke in December 1989, they weren’t on the barricades. They were the men who knew which depots would be left unguarded and which mountain caches had never been found. Romania in 1990 was open ground for organized crime, and the Clan grew faster than it could protect itself. During the Mineriad, the new government bought off several clans. The Trandafir name was not on the list. Iancu Robilă, sworn in and trusted, sold the family for amnesty and a sum he has never had to account for. The state and the rival clans struck in the same week. Three weeks later the survivors were on a boat. Robilă has not been seen since;. What reached New York was three men, a duffel bag of dollars, and a Romanian Orthodox parish in Brooklyn that asked no questions. The family spent its first night in America in that church basement, and it still eats there on Sundays. Aladar’s son was twenty-eight when he came over. He grew up hearing about the mountains and has never seen them, and he does not pretend there is anything noble in any of this. His father’s generation lost everything twice, once to the Securitate and once to a man who had sat at their table. He intends to be smaller, quieter and harder to sell out than either of them managed. Southside does not know the name and has no reason to care. The Clan holds no territory, has no allies and no reputation to trade on, and has no interest in a war it cannot survive. What it has is cheap labor, an old smuggling instinct, a priest who keeps no records, and a very long memory. For now, that will have to be enough. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1i57E9wg0a8-yQckGoeEdANhC-WPaf19u05iIhP_nRFk/edit?slide=id.p#slide=id.p ~ Backstory with photos
