I mean i thought about having a description lock in the past where at least certain parts of your description like height, weight, eye colour and hair colour can't be changed at all, but I imagine it's not the most popular change. A cooldown is an interesting suggestion, but I feel like the change doesn't matter Commit mugging -> change description -> but now i'm on a 30 minute cooldown with a new description, still can't be identified. OR you have it change but it takes ~15 minutes to apply the change? (a bit too weird imo) Maybe something to address in the future.

its just stupid how you can change your description and make your scars and sleeve tatts magically and instantly disappear, and re-appear right after you are done. Even though you are wearing a white t-shirt and a bandana that covers half your face which which still exposes said areas your cosmetic features would be(forearm and upper face). It makes mugging and hits too easy, lets not act like how we easily evade cops and pretend to not have a mic and only type when being hunted. Those who disagree are just wanting to live life on ez mode. i believe a mugger wearing a white t-shirt that icly has tattoos or scars on his arms or face needs to cover up with a long sleeve shirt or coat. and as for the face, an actual mask. something i noticed in how in this server. is when they put masks on it changes the name of the player to masked individual. even when he speaks it shows and it shows in the roster if you press tab as MASKED INDIVIDUAL. truly concealing his identity. A easy solution for this would be if they cover up, the description would say "this individual is masked and covered up" which would be forced by a game mechanic. as for the arm sleeve tatts idk a solution i can think of. OR They could implement a description cool down thats 15-30 minutes instead which honestly would be ALOT more simple without all the in game add ons or having a skygod to waste time. 15 minutes just in general. and 30 for PK situations.

I was the staff member who did the flags blacklist. I was flying around the city, and I happened to come across this interaction you described in your appeal. While yes it may be true you were not hugely affecting the server, but you were still trying to use several props to kill your friend. To be noted that I also asked in the staff chat for a second opinion, as I did not want to be unfair, and a fellow staff member told me that you should know better as you have a previous note for the same instance, as well as you being an old player on the server, and should have been aware of server rules regardless. Will leave the decision for the unblacklist for other staff member.

The advertising board should just become a catch all bulletin board for news and advertising. Would give people and factions some good chances to announce RP info outside of just random advertising

The ban itself I accepted that but I don't recall being char restricted because I wasn't a donator at that time. My friend was definitely char restricted because he was donator at the time . So I never expected that this would happen several weeks after the ban. I only found out recently from Canadian Bacon. I still stand firm on this restriction being lifted because either way you deleted the character which I accepted. But restricting an account that already has a limit of 2 character is overboard. You have no issues but still decided to restrict my account...I haven't done anything since that ban which clearly shows that I am not abusing anything. I was fairly just new to the server.

How do you handle this?: I would complete my current RP scenario After completing my current scenario I would switch to my staff character to process the ticket which should have been created by then unless another staff member intervened first. I would handle any additional open tickets when I'm on my staff character. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I believed that abuse was happening, that is, wrongful actions being done intentionally, I would immediately report it to a member of UA. I would also start gathering any evidence I come across that supports my concerns. I think notifying UA early is important because they might be able to uncover evidence that I would not notice on my own. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I think it’s important to remember that bias is usually subconscious. Even if someone tries really hard to be fair, it can still sneak into their decisions without them realizing it. So if I saw a ticket involving someone I know before I took it, I’d try not to take it unless there was no other way for it to get handled. If I already took the ticket and then realized I might have some bias toward that person, I’d hand it off to another staff member so no unfair decisions get made. But if I had no choice and had to deal with it, I’d do my best to stay as unbiased as possible and share all the evidence with another staff member to get a second opinion when I can. As for knowing someone or being friends with them, that doesn’t mean they get a free pass. It’s up to the staff handling the ticket to make the right call, and there are always ways to appeal if something doesn’t seem fair. Honestly, I think bias is probably there in most cases, even if it’s not on purpose. So it’s important to stay aware of it and take steps to keep it from affecting decisions.

Hi there! Staff involved here. I restricted your character creation, after it appears you had been using it to facilitate money and to a lesser extent item transfer. You were using characters as disposable, typically to mug and pooling any wealth and items accumulated with your friend, any time one of your characters was PKed, it would immediately received a large sum of cash. Either facilitated through creating new character for the specific purpose, to obscure transferring money or through an alt steam, who's only time on the server was used to act as a bank. Either handing out money or receiving money, or shared access to their bank. You, your friend and the alt were banned and char wiped for this incident. You and your friend were restricted to prevent the use of disposable character for the purpose of money transfer. That being said, the mechanic appears have been a non factor for a non donator. As 2 characters, is what it restricted to you. That being said, you just donated, and that you accepted punishment for the offense. I have no issues if they decide to lift the character restriction.
