Our application never has the partisans trafficking anyone after WW2. In the late 1940s and 50s it has them smuggling cigarettes, guns and Western goods, helping villages get through collectivization, and stockpiling weapons for a war that never came. Then the Securitate destroys their camps, and a handful of survivors spend the next 20 years in factories and mines. The organized crime only starts when the survivors rebuild in Bucharest in the 1970s and grow after the 1989 Revolution, and the application never calls them anyone's "biggest crooks." It also never places them in Transylvania. The group was named after Muscel, on the Wallachian side of the Făgăraș Mountains. And the time span matches the real group: late 1940s to late 1950s. You're right that the real fighters were priests, peasants and former officers. Our backstory starts from that real history and adds fiction on top of it, the same way Basarab magically invented an 1850 distillery. I’ll leave you with one last point. You seem to be predisposed with this idea what we are out to “attack” you. Your application was mentioned in ours as to differentiate, not as to say “we’re better than them.” Additionally, you seem to have this obsession about hostility and negative comments coming from us. The Factions backstory organization is a Anti-Communist militia somehow you all twist it exactly to our points 1:1, the Real life Militia that this faction is claiming to be was made up of priests,peasants and military personnel I don't see the connection of human trafficking, smuggling at the initial phase making sense, Its a militia that existed for 9 years somehow they're the Transylvania's biggest crooks right after WW2 while country is being turned into communism. That's the genre, not copying. What actually happens is different. Yours is an 1850s distillery, a family feud, a war in WWII Berlin, Switzerland, and Vlad arriving in 1985. Ours is the real Haiducii Muscelului partisans in 1940s Făgăraș, the Securitate, the 1989 Revolution, and the 1990 Mineriad. Being Romanian doesn't make it yours either. Staff have accepted two Russian factions more Italian families than anyone can count. The church. Both factions are Orthodox, which comes with being Romanian or Russian, the same way Catholicism comes with every Italian family. Popov's RP is worship: sermons, confessions, Sunday prayers, and prayers after a kill (none of which have occurred as of late). The Clan's is funerals sold as a service to any faction, a truce during the service, and memorials for its own dead. Ranks. Vornic and Ban were real offices in Wallachia and Moldavia, so they belong to Romanian history, not to one faction. Tattoos. They aren't just Discord award roles. They're IC tattoos for specific actions, like doing felony time without cooperating, and the top tier requires earning a full set first. Tattooing ceremonies happen in-game rather than a button being clicked in the roles section of a Discord profile. Recruitment. The cart job leads into deliveries, outdrinking a made man, and boxing matches, and Discord comes after the first initial period. Starting recruits on small jobs is a common idea, but executing it is not always on point. Most factions still end up with stand-at-the-door rp. Side project. The Clan has run on its own since July, with its own LLC, a working cart, and weekend parties, all shown in the application. Basarab's revival doc says it is operating as a crew under Popov. I would say that would qualify more as a side project. The cart, clothing, and security. These are server mechanics every faction can use, and the application never claimed to invent them. What's different is how they're used: the cart is where recruitment starts, and the favors people owe go into the Debt Book. Activity. I'd rather we both get judged on activity than on predictions. We've been running in the city since July, our LLC is approved, and we'll keep showing up. I’m not going to comment on any flaws seen in your application and I’m glad you have delusions of grandeur but I think the community should be focused on building itself rather than degrading others. Appreciate your honest opinion, Reason why you haven't seen more than 2 people is likely because we enter after 11pm EST since thats when most of us come home from work and morning time. We didn't want to make our property into a business since it was our HQ, we believe a property should be solely under our safehouse where we can chill and hangout instead of opening it to public. I swear to god ever since the faction came out I never saw more than 2 people, I cant name what property they owned, what events or who the people in it were Overall neutral +/- as perhaps a 2nd chance could be a completely different story from the first attempt but at the same time with only so many slots available I’d hate for it to be wasted once more

We have unique stuff going on atleast which one of you thought of making a taxi company and extorting new players into giving protection money, making them join up or leave the taxi work? If I explained everything we were doing all of you would be copying it and acting its unique just like the Haiduc backstory being exact copy. We had fun playing as Actual Mobsters in a Criminal Roleplay rather than socializing and wearing cutesy clothes and now we are ready to bring this back with numbers. Reason why some people haven't seen stuff from us is that they probably were too busy circlejerking or running people over with super cars than doing roleplay inside the city. Hello I wanted to be nice and hope for the best but seeing this party is playing dirty I want to point some stuff out. Backstory is mashup of Basarab and Popov as if both had a child and named it Haiducilor, many parts such as Rival Clans working with government, Smuggling, and Exile is copy-pasted from Basarab backstory, I guess you do fit the stereotype about our country. Orthodox Church RP is already being done by Popov ever since it existed. Ranks are same as Italian but language is Modern-Medieval Romanian mashed up with Italian ranks which we already took the trope of Medieval Romanian whereas you claim to be part of Anti-Communist Romanian Organization that waited for Americans to save them. Your ranking system tells me you don't have a unique hierarchy just Italian-American v2 just as your tattoo system being copy paste from other factions discord award tattoos. And your events are just socializing over n over and for months and only event that's been done is this house party which every faction application does by gathering up at some place eats virtual food and drinks virtual drink. Your recruitment is by making people do waiter/cook job like in Blue Lobster. Twist is you don't even get the discord server so you're expected to wait for your recruiter to get online which he won't give his f3 so you wont know when he's on and dial his number up. And the recruiters get PK'd for bringing a recruit that fucked up. Very brilliant. And the trope of "We're Quiet Organization" is already being promised at the Cartel application, I guess more shouldn't be expected anyways as It's gonna be a sideproject for some faction soon after it gets released. Reason why you think you deserve the faction slot is because you open a food cart (already being done) sell custom clothes and offer security services at it (already being done) and have discord awards (already being done!) I give a month at max to try some new theories before people like bullets and other members revert you to the generic faction layout just in Romanian-Italian ranking names. I don't see anything unique being contributed to the server other than a plagiarized story and circlejerk of players that already have seat at different factions doing same thing.
