What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I am applying for the position of Moderator on Diverge because this server has been a big part of my online time and I really want to help out more. I have spent a lot of time here and I have come to really respect the work the staff puts in to keep things running smoothly. I have seen how much behind the scenes effort goes into keeping the community fair and enjoyable and I would like to be part of that. The main reason I am applying is because I have been in situations where players needed help; maybe they were being unfairly targeted, confused about the rules or just trying to report something with no response, and I want to be someone who can step in and actually do something about it. I like helping people, I stay calm under pressure and I think I would be a good person for players to come to when they need support. I am also motivated by the chance to be part of a team that is working to improve the server. I have been around long enough to know how things work and I think I can bring a good mix of activity, patience and understanding to the role. I am not here for power or recognition I just want to help keep Diverge a place people actually want to be.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I will not state that I am superior to every other candidate because I know there are other people out there who care about the server and want to help it grow. What makes me different is that I am not here for the attention or the title. I am here because I actually want to do the work, help players, and contribute to making Diverge a better place for everyone who logs in. I have been around the server long enough to know how things work including the rules, the player base, and how situations should be handled. I have seen what good staff members do, and I have also seen what happens when staff are not active or do not take the role seriously. I want to be someone the community can count on to step up and handle things the right way, even when it is tough or not convenient .I do not let personal feelings or ego get in the way of doing what is fair. I remain calm when things get stressful, I am not afraid to make difficult decisions, and I know when to listen instead of rushing to judgment. I am active, approachable, and always open to learning and improving. I am also not the type to ignore problems or let things slide just because it is easier. What really sets me apart is my consistency and my mindset. I am here to help, not to control. I want to make sure new players feel welcome, that reports get handled fairly, and that people see the staff team as dependable and professional. I am not just going to talk about making a difference, I am going to follow through and actually do it.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *Most people recognize me throughout this community despite my lack of status. I spend enough time in the community that people remember my helpful nature when they need assistance. The serious moments in life trigger my ability to handle situations despite my preference for maintaining a light-hearted attitude. People see me as someone they can approach because I maintain a casual demeanor although I occasionally show some roughness. My preference to listen first before speaking seems to help my relationships with others. I avoid entering conflict or selecting sides to create problems because I am not interested in such behavior. My main priority remains to keep things relaxed while providing equal opportunities to everyone. I enjoy being playful yet remain dedicated when significant matters arise. I maintain seriousness about the community while avoiding self-importance. Most people in the community appreciate my ability to remain calm throughout intense moments according to my observations. I remain composed while avoiding small problems from escalating into larger issues. People usually approach me for conflict resolution and problem-solving because I help them relax while using humor to reduce tension. The relaxed atmosphere allows people to visit me about their concerns and doubts. I am far from perfect but I will never hide the truth. I share my honest views directly to others without being rude. My goal is to become someone who offers fairness and reliability because I believe in showing what I preach. My focus remains on maintaining a positive environment which provides equality to all members of the community. I may not be flawless but I remain authentic and I believe this is the reason many people trust me with my contributions to this community.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Watching the chaos created by wars muahahaha.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would complete my current RP scenario After completing my current scenario I would switch to my staff character to process the ticket which should have been created by then unless another staff member intervened first. I would handle any additional open tickets when I'm on my staff character.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I believed that abuse was happening, that is, wrongful actions being done intentionally, I would immediately report it to a member of UA. I would also start gathering any evidence I come across that supports my concerns. I think notifying UA early is important because they might be able to uncover evidence that I would not notice on my own.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I think it’s important to remember that bias is usually subconscious. Even if someone tries really hard to be fair, it can still sneak into their decisions without them realizing it. So if I saw a ticket involving someone I know before I took it, I’d try not to take it unless there was no other way for it to get handled. If I already took the ticket and then realized I might have some bias toward that person, I’d hand it off to another staff member so no unfair decisions get made. But if I had no choice and had to deal with it, I’d do my best to stay as unbiased as possible and share all the evidence with another staff member to get a second opinion when I can. As for knowing someone or being friends with them, that doesn’t mean they get a free pass. It’s up to the staff handling the ticket to make the right call, and there are always ways to appeal if something doesn’t seem fair. Honestly, I think bias is probably there in most cases, even if it’s not on purpose. So it’s important to stay aware of it and take steps to keep it from affecting decisions.
