I was not involved with this what so ever lol but that's some pretty damn obvious RDM. He just called you a BUNCH of NAUGHTY words and you mowed him down. No proper escalation, next time pull out the gun and threaten him / smack him with up for being disrespectful lol and then it is not RDM.

You never heard me out, you don't know my character, I was AFK and you just banned me, I have been very supportive of this server, actually had another 160 dollar donation coming up, I wasn't even given the chance to defend myself, and that does not sit right with me.

Hello, Banning staff here! I chose to ban you because based off the clip I was given you did not follow proper escalation. When someone verbally insults you, you can react with punching or melee but you cannot just shoot and kill. With that you also had previous note on October 6th for that exact problem (RDM not following proper escalation) and a 14 day ban on August 22nd For RDM. From the information I had it seems that you have been given the time to learn and know the rules on proper escalation and what is and is not RDM and unfortunately you continue to not follow them. Please read the killing guideline rules.

It's quite obvious throughout all three clips provided here who is and who isn't intending to RP. ix_crazy_xi Has not only been proven to have no intent for RP on all three clips, but proceeded to bait RDM and getting one of the only people I've seen who never breaks character to get banned. I've also had similar encounters with the ix_crazy_xi guy, funny how he didn't call "RDM" when he was gunned down for the same stupid shit. This kid needs to go, free ole' boy Chin. +1

This guy crazy just goes around RDM baiting factions he doesn't like. a 2 week ban for this guy is excessive. he does not have extensive priors, is a donator, and is still relatively new to the server. this ban should at least be reduced to a 3 day ban, 2 weeks for RDM is excessive.

I come back to a ban screen for 2 weeks for RDM, and this guy is trolling me in my discord clearly knowing its not a fair ban, and the fact I was just banned without getting to say my side of the story is not fair in my eyes. This same guy was over at our shop a few days ago being a minge for no reason with ample warnings to leave our shop, and his approach being unrealistic RP. Why should you be unbanned? I have been very invested in this server, spending a lot of money in the process, and I have not been a minge RP'er one bit, many people would tell you since 'Chin' has came into the city he has been a man of his word and has been doing a lot of good business and relationship building, and doing things the right way. I was never given a chance of explaining why this guy was killed and why it was realistic RP as I made sure to only kill him when it was a clear coast and no one would be able to ID or link me to the crime, and he himself started the confrontation leading to the realistic RP outcome. this was not a Random Death Match case, as there was nothing random about the interaction Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Photo of the guy who caused the ban trolling me in discord after the ban as he knew what he had done and that I'd not be happy when I returned, for context: I don't even know this guy and have never had an interaction to cause this behaviour, this is just minge levels.
