Great roleplayer, advocate for quality LARP and rule-following, and the bringer of justice. I did have one incident in an alleyway with him, but besides that hes great for staff.

How do you handle this?: The only way I am going to handle it myself is if there is no other staff members on and they are RDMing someone else/mass rdming. Assuming there would be other staff members on, I'd ask for another staff member to handle the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a staff report. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Personally I would try to avoid taking the ticket myself if possible that way there is no accusation of me having bias, however if that isn't plausible I would simply handle the situation as I would any other. --------------------------------------------------------- This picture is a good representation of the staff member you are +1ing btw.

With you ordering drugs while you were in the faction they are completely allowed to kill you for leaving the faction like you did. The orders were written and you were set active on the exact day you left the faction, so no issues there. All in all everything with this PK is completely valid.

I get it Charlie Kirk.... in the future i'd advise to not leave the server after killing someone in a similar manner as more than likely a staff ticket will be made and you wont have the opportunity to explain your side of the story. I completely understand where you are coming from and although what I am about to say doesnt make it any better but my first 4 bans were me coming on with no real intention to play and just solely RDMing which has definitely made it worse for me in this case. If I were to be unbanned I would make sure to read through and follow the rules and not do the same stuff I did in the past as much as that would be hard to believe. I wouldnt bother writing a appeal just to come back and cause issues again, I just genuinely want to play and get involved in the RP the server and players within it provide and I am sorry for my previous behaviours which have made what I am saying hard to trust.
