Let's think about this very real scenario that could happen and does happen in the server, one faction goes to another and starts hassling them, there's proper RP going between the factions and tensions start to rise, things start to escalate. Somebody pulls out a weapon, then another one and then another one, just for intimidation purposes. Random Officer walks by and sees this group of armed individuals, now in a real scenario back in the day the single cop would either call for backup and wait it out or he would let them do their thing out of fear for his own safety, but this is Diverge Cops Vs Robbers so what does the officer do? He brings out his taser and starts trying to tase the armed individuals because he knows, that at the end of the day all he can lose is the couple bucks he spent on the gear and ammo he got from the precinct, while they stand to lose hundreds of hours spent on their characters. I keep yappin about all this because the state of CopRP is INSANE when it comes to a fucking "MafiaRP" server. It would make sense if this was like CityRP where you can make your money and spend your time doing a wide variety of shit but the focus of the gamemode is the MAFIA, and with all that we keep seeing cop mains bitching on the forums.

If little homie has finally grown up and isn't ready to constantly rage and crashout (trust me, I know it's hard) then why not give him a chance? Unless he has some extensive other background of cheating or breaking serious rules, I say he's worth giving a shot. People grow, people change, and sometimes people get very upset when they're treated unfairly or bullshit occurs in game or even in their personal lives. tl;dr +1

PD was fine 6-12 months ago, now they are just taking down factions like it's the towers on 9/11. Kirov, Rudaj, Cassano, part of Decav. All of this in the past 6 months. There is no sign of stopping, and nothing is preventing them from doing it more. I am all for police RP. I think it's important, but the fact that factions can be targeted because there is no cooldown on UCs getting into factions, and if there is, it's only a month, is concerning. There are factions that have had multiple attempts at UCs in the small life they have had on the server, along with multiple UCs under a short amount of time for others. Months of hard work to build your faction up can get completely destroyed for little glory on a PD character. Say what you want about Monaclu and his detectives, they didn't end the lives of factions. Incompetence of leaders plays a large part, but why does one mess up cost their entire faction, when most of the time they spend lots of IRL money on things for said faction? I like the idea that some of these situations should hurt the factions, but not to the point where the whole HC/Middle command gets wiped out in one case. There are already so many things that factions have to deal with on a daily basis that having to deal with a UC almost every month is silly. No one is perfect, and all systems have cracks; all it takes is one to mess your entire faction up. You want more unique factions on the server, but when you get them, they get targeted in the first 3-6 months. It's interesting that as soon as UA leaves PD alone to regular players, all of a sudden, they are knocking out whole factions, and UCs become more aggressive and deadly. There needs to be a serious look at PD, and I have heard that a lot of the faction leaders are not fond of how PD is going right now. If nothing changes, PD will kill more factions, even if it's the legit way. At the end of the day, this is "Mafia Roleplay," not "Police RP." People join to be in the mafia and progress through the ranks of the mafia, not the police force. Those who want to do that should not be held back in RP, but it also should not be mainly benefiting them either. Typically, 15-20+ PD on during peak hours is already hard enough on RP, where you pretty much can't do anything to PD. Restrictions need to be in place im sure all faction leaders will agree. Lately, PD has been more than a thorn in the side and more of a faction that has god abilities with real players and real intentions at the top.
