Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death; this means if you kill yourself in an attempt to avoid an arrest or mugging, intentionally drowning or falling to your death to avoid detainment, or even having a friend or faction member kill you while you are detained are all considered a 'disregard for your own life' and can lead to a PK. I'm trying to figure out how and why this is against the rules. The person was noncompliant. Being non compliant during a mugging gets you killed. If you think for any second that a nga from my whitelist isn't strapped with a pm9, THEY are either retarded or your dead wrong - because everyone has a gun. They should not of kept moving on and off and simply just complied with the mugging and it would've never turned to a pk. I understand why "PK hunting" is being brought up due to the lack of restraints being used, but me personally? I'm not getting pked because some retard cant stand still. Stop making rules to make mugging harder, it's part of the game for a reason. Either take it out completely since everyone's so fucking soft - or make it simple and not such a pain in the ass for someone to successfully perform a mugging. Hello. I'm the second member of staff involved (The one who pked you) I Was asked if you were still active and checked the channel. Then Wrongfully told them you were indeed active as i didn't see a message stating you were unactive. They then killed you and called me saying that you were not active. to where i then set you active and said they had to Re-Find you and kill you again instead of me Retro Pking you. This was done to ensure fairness in the matter. but either way they did manage to both Kill you when you should've been active. then Re-find you and do it again. TLDR: He had to kill you twice because of staff confusion. either way you would've been dead armed or unarmed as can be seen from him having to kill you two times.

add a CTRL+F search system in banks so you can find your shit easier

I run into a problem with having so much clothing in my banks that sometimes it takes me minutes to find a specific item, I feel as it would be beneficial to have that implemented into the bank system.

This is an extremely blatant PK hunting scenario - You had over 17 seconds in close proximity to the player, without tying them and still you imply they weren't complying with the mug when they clearly were - you just wanted to try and pull off a fast one. The fact you are mugging AT ALL is a wonder, after 3 perma-bans I think you should have learnt your lesson. You were also more recently told in a UA ticket to cut it out. Regardless of the context of you being hired to target mug a guy or not, it's clear you were intending on killing, not mugging. Nothing about the backstory you are telling explains, permits or in anyway justifies the behavior that happens during the mug, it's just a grasp at straws to justify your actions. You are genuinely lucky that I felt it'd be better to ban you for 4 weeks in this instance, as others were happy to perma you once again. On your next mugging related offense, you will almost certainly be re-perma'd. Have a good one and good luck on the appeal. Should it stand, the 4 weeks will hopefully serve as a reminder that you are on thin ice.

i know there was the risks but the thing is that they gained an advantage over me when he RDMed me because i lost my gun, if they didnt rdm me i wouldent have been afk getting a clip for an admin ready. its just unfair because if they didn't rdm me i would have been prepared or at least not sitting down with no way of defending myself.
