Aside from that, you died during pursuit due to drowning. Tasers work in the water because it's a videogame, and there's no other way of PD possibly detaining you in the ocean, which is a risk you take when you.. jump into the ocean. UA will have final verdict on the matter, I hope for future reference you keep this in the back of your mind. I'm skeptical of putting a +1 in for this since I've seen togna's previous rp, but the idea itself is really fucking cool. Would be insane if yall added cool content for flavor.

Being a criminal player who previously played a forensics char, it'd be nice if there was some level of risk when I'm doing pks. If they shoot back there should be casings from them AND me. I should leave blood at the scene too. It should be discernible that there's multiple sets of blood. There's collection orders that never get used. It'd be neat to see high level police work happen. +1

I'm a crim main these days and I gotta say it's fucking boring. The cops are so neutered that if you get arrested as a made guy these days and they didn't powergame you somehow, you're probably genuinely retarded. There used to be risk to doing shit out in the open. Now I just kill people in central park, pick up my casings, and run away knowing that the case is cold as fuck. Grind brick, rinse, repeat. The only threat is a possible snitch. Undercover ops are pretty much moot since staff is currently okay with you and your friends inventing a random made up person to "collect debt from" and you beat them to nlr. If you don't do it, your op is cooked. If you do it, your op is cooked. Crims genuinely have no idea how easy they have it after having been on both sides so thoroughly. The DOJ is neutered. The bureau of detectives is neutered. Look at everything "major" that has happened to different organizations in recent memory. Cassanos got their pp smacked bc they didn't do proper due diligence. Lucchese got a smack on the wrist for similar. Bonanos again similar due to people dying but they're bouncing back. There's probably other minor nuisance headache setbacks other factions endured for 10 minutes then moved on from but the point is there's really only risk caused by your people being genuinely retarded, not high level police work. yeah so i understand that, but again i didnt do this on purpose wanting to die. and again, i died only due to being tazed. speaking of which. why do tazers even work under water? can u use a tazer while swimming? why am i being punished for something i cant avoid? its also confusing. saying i dont have a respect for my life because i went into water doesnt make any sense. if this is the case. why dont you make this a notice somewhere? maybe in the rules? maybe as a warning? also what is the most realistic case of me even being tazed in water. (if that were to make sense) maybe by chance going unconscious and allowing the cop to bring me to safety? no i just die right? and please dont say i was pked while i died in pursuit i didnt attack the officer and to be clear technically the officer killed me. but thats not the concern apparently huh lol. imagine if a lifeguard on duty at a beach chased someone for going too far out, and instead of helping them back to shore. they just said u know what ill drown them. i dont want to deal with all that effort. who would be at fault?

You were Pked as you died during pursuit, There are risks when jumping into the water. ■ Breaking FearRP or showing disregard for your own life which results in death; this means if you kill yourself in an attempt to avoid an arrest or mugging, intentionally drowning or falling to your death to avoid detainment, or even having a friend or faction member kill you while you are detained are all considered a 'disregard for your own life' and can lead to a PK. As can be read above, Showing Disregard for your own life which results in death, When jumping into the water you are risking both your life and escape from pursuit, in this example you swam to the bottom and only came up for air near death, leading to your PK. For this PK Specifically i wasn't 100% Until i asked for another member of administration, to get a Second opinion on the situation, leading to my final verdict.
