Like the title says, the shipment NPC system is as uninteractive as it gets, my idea was that HC of each faction would have specific phone numbers to plugs, they'd give those phone numbers out to whoever they want(reducing the amount of racket abuse). You'd type out the phone number on one of the payphones and you'd be able to order whatever shipments through that.

Hello! As explained in your ticket, there is clear situations in which you can engage with officers at risk of PK and it not be RZDM. This was not one of those situations. You can not kill cops for a prior arrest. Your friend pulling a gun may have started a violent confrontation with the officer but that would have been RDM still. The cop did not engage. You decided to RDM him as he went to check your friends license. You have a large list of recent staff encounters. I hope you will take the remaining time on your ban to review the rules!
