What server rule or PK rule was violated?: They warned not to hire me over one mistake I did which was rdm on my BIKER char that got pk'd but it was confirmed that they didn't care as long as it was on a new char because you can't mix ooc into ic. Anyways, they randomly took me to the boat i was supposed to help keep guard but then they pk'd me, this is a discrimination from how I view it. I wan't to know why they pk'd me and I feel as if it is unfair because I been nothing but good under Kosher Nostra. I really feel like this is a mistreatment and a very unfair experience I've gotten with Kosher compared to other oppurtunities I've had. I really wanted to work for them. Also, I'm gonna be working out so please don't take this down until i reply it wont be long maybe 2 hours MAX. thank you. How do you handle this?: I'd attempt to have another staff member take the ticket but if no ticket was made and nobody was upset about it, I'd just mind my own business since no harm was done. What do you do?: I would collect evidence of that staff member abusing then open a report on that member for abuse without directly confronting them. (If your abusing your staff powers on a mafia rp server that's kind of insane...) A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Before everything, id hear both side's of the story then continue onto the evidence (logs, clips etc) just because someone doesn't break rules when I'm around doesn't mean they won't break rules when I'm not around. Once I review the evidence I would take appropriate action on the friend depending on if the evidence is lacking or not. Hello I am the admin that approved your PK, There seems to be some confusion, this was dons orders and not violent confrontation with police. The orders were placed on you for TLDR; Causing issues with other factions & bringing unnecessary police attention to the faction. It can be that you were shot from a distance by the member who was in charge of the orders or from behind but otherwise was not related to the police! Sorry for the loss of your character.

I believe I should be unbanned due to my ability to change as an individual and that from the huge period of time pertaining to when I was banned, being over 1 year and 3 months ago, that I've definitely changed as an individual to refrain from my past of deliberately ruining the roleplay experience of others and immersing myself into understanding the true essence of what it means ruin the perspective of others for the sake of my own entertainment.
