I also usually have lots of spare time in-between doing things on my characters. I would really like to help out because when I am on sometimes tickets do not get taken for a while, especially later at night when a lot of issues happen. I am also interested in doing staff work because I have heard good things from my friends that are current or former staff members. All in all, I just really want to help people out and make sure everyone is having a good time. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be considered over other candidates because of my activity on the server and how long I have been around. Like I mentioned before I am usually on all day on weekdays and even longer on weekends, so I would like to do something productive and helpful to other members of the server during that time overlap. I also really just want to help when no other staff are around or just not taking tickets. I also hope I can learn fast and take tickets as much as possible. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not have any experience in other servers. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I have been banned 3 times in the past, the most recent was a Prop Abuse and NITRP ban for 3 days on 12/6/26 by Alamara555. At that time, I was thinking on quitting the server and not coming back, but during the ban I rekindled some relationships with people who play and eventually came back to playing full time. I regret doing it because it is a pointless stain on my record. The ban before that was on 7/22/25 for 12 hours, NITRP, Minge, and Cop Bait by Dr.Hax. I received the ban on a former oil character of mine named Johnny Ballbouncer, I was hanging out with a group of friends and was in the passenger seat of a vehicle that was constantly baiting cops and just causing tons of issues. I learned to be more considerate to the other players who don't find this type of thing funny and learned to be more serious overall. My ban I received longest ago was on 3/31/25 for Mass VDM by Actual Sauerkraut for a day. This ban was definitely one of the worst ones on my record. This ban took place shortly after I got pked from my first faction after coming back from not playing for two years, was still pretty fresh and just acting dumb in general. I believe I have 3 notes, but I do not remember what for. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I do not think I am that well known, some people may know me for my cop char or my former oil char Johnny Ballbouncer. I feel like my time spent on that char may ruin my reputation a bit, but I have tightened up my act since then. I hope that I can get a chance to become more known and liked in the community. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I loved participating in the racket events of '89 and '90. I also enjoyed watching the Commission vs UA war. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Boosted, 21schmeckles, Lunar, Yugi. ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If they aren't in my faction, I will clip it and take the ticket and hand out the punishment as necessary. If they are a part of my faction, I would avoid the ticket in general as bias could be suspected and ask another staff member to try to deal with it. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence and clips and make a staff report. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket because no matter if it is a member of my faction or not, rdming or any other kinds of acts that break the rules should be punished no matter what and dealt with accordingly without bias.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I spend numerous hours per day on Diverge in which often is AFK, I can occupy this time by taking tickets, especially during early hours in which other staff members are on. There is many occasions in which I myself will put in a ticket and staff don't respond for prolonged amount of times, even sometimes lasting until server restart or never even responded at all. I know many other people who experience the same problems and is an common occurrence within the server which I wish to help prevent. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have though about applying for staff for quite a while and If I were accepted, I would do my best to enforce the rules and take the job as serious as possible, knowing that the staff team is quite a large part of the server and help up keep the rules daily making the server a good experience. I don't believe I have any conflictions with anyone on the server - if so they do remain IC and do not get dragged out OOC. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Opening up my own Business for the first time, which was Successful within it's running. I also have had great experience in the servers beloved Italian Roleplay as well helping host fishing competitions as of recent. Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Take a clip and make a staff ticket for a member of staff who is currently on-duty to take and help resolve and encourage the person who was RDM'd to do the same using /looc, so the staff member is clear on who was RDM'd. After the ticket is taken and I am dragged, I will then provide the clip to the staff member and explain what happened, in which then the staff member will be able to use the evidence provided as well as my story and the person who was RDM'd, to make a proper judgement of the situation and then do what they believe is fair. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Knowing that they're diminishing people's time and enjoyment on Diverge. If they continue to abuse, I would take and gather the evidence of them abusing such as clips, messages, etc. And make a staff report which will be resolved by a higher member of staff.
