Hello, I was the staff member who took your ticket. Based off of both a clip provided to me by the victim and what the logs reflected, I had determined that you had scammed an individual out of roughly $33,000 on his character, with you leaving your character as soon as he gave you the last of his oil. The rule when dealing with an incident involving both scamming and LTARP is that if the victim was scammed out of more than $10,000, then it is an instantaneous Permanent Kill (PK) of the person who LTARPed, which in this instance was you.
