Guy on the guardrail watching. NPC watching. You’re on the sidewalk when you start to mug Sonny. I am across the street with another guy. One dude. He doesn’t say shit. Slips up so I’m able to pull my gun ON SAFETY which was my entire intention because I did not yet assess the situation. Even still, I’m an idle threat and wasn’t put under Fear RP nor given time to comply with any demands (demands that weren’t even given to me!) so it’s kind of funny how the issue is being so horribly conflated and details are being outright LIED about.

Admin that removed your pet flags here. You were in the Little Israel parking lot prop flying on a table saying "look at me guys." I grabbed you and told you to knock it off. Less than 2 minutes later, when you thought I wasn't there anymore, you did it again. That's why your pet flags got removed.

Yellow Zone does not nullify the fact that an NPC is watching. Not to mention ME, who was not yet under Fear RP. You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in RP. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under FearRP in front of an NPC. Do not target people using NPCs/ATMs/Stashes. This includes camping. AND Use this map as a general guide to understand where you can mug on the spot and where you can initiate a mug when no one is around to pull them into a secluded area / empty building. The goal of this image is to help reduce fail mugs. It is a good guideline to follow, all rules listed in this section will supersede the map and staff have the final say regarding what is or isn't fail mug in a sit. Whether or not IT was legitimate originally was not the issue for me ICly. I had ONE guy wagging a gun in front of me and I waited for an opportunity to draw my gun on Safety, idle, to avoid a mug and assess the situation. If I am under Fear RP, I am going to fear for my life. The situation was chaotic so I waited for the guy in front of me to slip up and see if he was going to say anything. I found my opportunity to pull on Safety and he clearly decided to blow me away to send me to the hospital and get me out of the way of his mugging. Whether it was a legitimate mug, which I still don’t believe it was, I DEFINITELY was not part of it YET and somehow I was killed anyways. Rules should matter. Me and a guy 15-20 feet away having our own spat only vaguely related to that mugging. You can’t just shoot a guy who is witness to a mugging. You need to get him under Fear RP to mug us as a group or wait until there’s no witnesses.

You are not involved in this mugging what so ever.. but decided to still comment. The mugging happened in a yellow zone, learn the map. As for the gentleman who died, you can clearly hear me say dont fucking move in the clip, you pull out a weapon almost instantly after me saying that. You weren't our target, just wrong place wrong time man.

Guns on safety are not active threats.

I am not involved in this mugging what-so-ever, but I need to state that this entire mugging took place directly in front of an NPC, mugging rule number 5. "You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in RP. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under FearRP in front of an NPC. Do not target people using NPCs/ATMs/Stashes. This includes camping. In a similar vein you may not camp shipments to mug the owner." I do not understand at all how the PK'ing admin would approve this. Not only is this the first rule violated, Omerta and the party being mugged did not have each others F3 violating another rule that you cannot kill innocent bystanders. "You may not kill or attack people for stumbling onto your mugging or witnessing it. Mug in secluded locations to avoid being seen." This entire PK seems like a big mistake by the PK'ing admin, I hope Upper Administration genuinely investigates this and takes this appeal seriously.

+1 As much as I have my own personal opinions about this guy, I can vouch that he will be impartial with certain situations.

What was blacklisted from you?: Prop Flags Reason for blacklist (if given): I was in a crowd of about 10 people. Used props to fly like 5-10 Feet in the air. It was not combat just was trying to be funny. Why should it be returned?: I was not using props to give me any advantage or meta game. It was in a good spirit. It was meant for a cheap joke. I do understand why you have to be hyper vigilant on the issue in order to avoid abuse of prop flags. I was not brought into a sit just instantly had my props taken. If a warning was given I did not see it. If you would like me to write an essay on why I shouldn't prop abuse/minge I have no issue doing that.

Hello, In the Pk Guidelines its stated - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging. As seen in the Pk'ers clip we can see that while they did chase the suspect in an attempt to get the helmet back from the person who had stole it, they did not initiate proper FearRP. In order to initiate proper FearRP in both a Mugging and retaliation for scam, you must A) have your gun off of safety B) pointed at victim at all times, and C) Make reasonable demands with reasonable time to react. This was not followed in the clip, While they did have their guns out they did not have them off safety and did not make commands such as "stop moving." Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

When I initiated the mugging, I was inside the alleyway. There was no way the Rockefeller NPC could've seen me from there. As for your other argument, the guy on the right who came from the Rockefeller side didn't even fire his weapon and even if he had it wouldn't change anything. The witness rule applies to the moment the mugging is initiated meaning the moment I pulled out my gun and told you to "put your hands up and come back" It's impossible for the Rockefeller NPC to have witnessed the mugging being initiated all the way from there. I also don't understand why you keep focusing on this point when the area was a yellow zone to begin with The NPC you're referring to only had a view of the moment I pulled my gun on you. There was no way they could hear what was being said or understand that a mugging was taking place just because you froze in the middle of the street. Logically, they had no way of knowing what was actually happening. The red dot marks you and the other three red dots are us. I was the only person who shot at you I was the only one who initiated the mugging and the entire street was a YELLOW ZONE This screenshot was taken from the 11th second of the clip you provided. It shows that, despite being fully aware of the seriousness of the situation, instead of walking back as instructed, you looked around trying to find an opportunity and assess the situation. It also proves that your theory about the Rockefeller NPC is simply incorrect.

why did you need to state it was boosted

The Rockefeller NPC was in clear site of where the Mugging was initiated. I believe even when he shot me i was in line of site of the Rockefeller NPC.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The demands were being issued to a guy behind me. Not me. Only one dude is near me and pulls a gun out and doesn't issue any demands to me. I wait for him to turn/lower his weapon before I pull mine out to avoid being mugged. At 16 second I pull out my gun. At 17 seconds they issue a command and promptly shoot me in the head to remove me from the scenario to continue mugging the other guy. Now, to the larger point- I made about 8 or 9 Failmug tickets with the clip below showing these facts attached, but nobody took that ticket before issuing the PK. I wasn't even pulled to a sit. The ONE guy who had a gun out near me did not issue a command until my gun was out. I am not Sonny. I am not a DeCavalcante. Plus, there's an NPC right next to where Sonny got mugged. I made a handful of Failmugging tickets and none were taken before the PK was issued. Nobody even looked at my clip. Nobody watched or reviewed our clips or information.
