What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My reason to applying for staff is to help make the server better and more fair. A lot of times im online late at night and a lot of times there is no staff online and that brings out a lot of rdm and prop abuse, so me being online late can help prevent that more. I would really like to be staff to be more helpful to the community that I love and to give me more stuff to do when online. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: You should consider me because I am very active, fair, and easy to get along with. I would be available late at nights when there is usually not a lot of staff online. I am dedicated to this server and take it very seriously so I would like to help be more of impact to the server. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not but I would love to change that Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I have been banned for different reasons like rdm, minge, nitrp. These bans were the past as I have played on and off for 3 years and did not take it as serious as I do now, I have now really locked in on the server and fully understand how the server is and have been dedicated for the past 4-5 months and will continue to do so.I have learned from my mistakes and matured over the time as I have not been banned in a long time. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldnt say im well known like others but I am building reputation more and more as I play. I would say a lot of people have seen me around as I stand out being Mike from Breaking Bad. I would think for the most part people like me, Im very easy to get along with and talkative and always down to meet new people. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Its hard to say a specific moment that is my favorite. My favorite thing about the server though is the true friendships I have made and will continue to make. I also love all the different people I get to meet from different countries or cultures, as you dont see a lot of that where I am from. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation for evidence. I would see if a ticket has already been made, if one has, I would help out by passing the clip to the member of staff who took the ticket. If there is no staff around to take the ticket and/or they are busy with something else, I would make one final attempt to get someone else to take the case. If not I would take the case and issue out the appropriate punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather all evidence I could like a clip. I would then send all evidence I have collected through chain of command. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would let another staff member take the ticket if available just to stay on the safe side. If no other staff is available I would take the ticket and handle it like I would any other ticket. I would be fair and give the appropriate punishment regardless if they are in my faction or my friend, as it is nothing personal just part of being staff.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My reasoning for applying again to be a Moderator is because I would like to give myself more things to do on the server. Taking tickets gave me really memories and funny moments that couldn't be recreated. The biggest thing for me was returning to a server that has changed and adapting to the new system. Overall, It's continuing where I left off to provide assistance and services to layers that need help. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered over other candidates because I understand the rules and what is expected of the staff team when preforming the duties. With more time to be on the server, I can essentially handle most issues unless it's beyond my control/required for a higher ranking staff to step in to make their decision. Most importantly, I can fill in for a good amount of time during weekend servers to take the workload off of admin and staff that wants to focus on roleplaying or setting up events. I try to be outgoing, but there is always a bit of distance I give to those I'm not to familiar with. Other members could probably say the same since I'm fairly chill and engaging when it comes to roleplaying. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: By far my most favorite moment on Diverge was 2023 Christmas. Even though everyone got really cool weapons and explosive, it was short lived since all of it was snatched from the inventories. Have any staff members recommended you? What do you do?: Honestly, I'll question how I'm the only person that has been noticing this for a while. Depending on the severity of the abuse, I'll have to tell him/her to chill out and think. If "talk no jutsu" don't work, I'll gather enough evidence to make a full case on said staff and report it to the person above them. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: How well I know someone does not matter if the evidence is presented and accurate to the claim of said action. If the person that made the report feel as if there is bias, I can always call in a more senior staff to mediate the situation and see if my actions is justifiable. Regardless of feeling made in the sit, it's never personal, rather it's to ensure everyone is following the rules to have a bare minimum decent time in the server. ---------------------------------------------------------

We all know there's a cart guy near PD which is cool and all but I think it would be better if yall move him to another location which is luxury clothing store cause the foot traffic there is increasingly more larger and it helps out bns or jlt workers to get food while working so they dont have to run all the way to another place to get something to eat. Like the cart is already there its just missing a npc. As well as there is already one in city hall and they are too close to each other for them to be there. Move one of them in my opinion to another location so people can always get food and it would be utilized way more. As well as add one to the casino, there is so many people that usually are near casino and always are afk there or gambling or just hanging out, just put a cart guy doesn't matter what the price is and have people buy stuff from there so they can get food. They can be gambling and after some time they will get hungry so they will have to go run all the way to park get food and then run back or lets say they were afk they comeback and they were completely hungry they have to deal damage and slowly walk to park to get food. I think even those these are minor additions that can have more impact than people think.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe this was either September 23 or 22 a group of people tried to mug me i was complying with what he was saying to my knowlege i got out like they yelled then not even 5 seconds later he tells me to get of the car then not even that long he tells me show my hands so i asked what he wants me to do he said get off the car so as i go to get off the car he shoots me even though i made the attempt to get off the car so im really confused why he shot me when i was listing to his comands according to the rules . Don't order them to do something then shoot them < 5 seconds later, they barely have time to comply. i barely had time to comply becuase he was yelling get of the car show me your hands so i didnt know which order to follow he gave me 2 which your not supposed to do they also according to the rules You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. Since the inception of the system there have been more than 72 warrants issued and 64 executed. That is a warrant issued once every 2 days since the system was added. Warrants can already remain private? The express purpose for not issuing them in the system is when detectives want to arrest a high flight risk target. Issuing the warrant in the system is generally optional and is best used when the ability to execute the warrant privately is no longer possible and wider net is needed to catch the person. Incentives? Do your job and earn a pay cheque. 5 trillion more dollars to ~~Israel~~ the NYPD. I don't understand this RP comment. The warrant already informs the person they are wanted, they already turn themselves in, and the system exists for the express purpose of those who flee or stop playing. Should you delete the character it doesnt matter because a person who does that would also delete the char if they were arrested. A person who stops playing doesnt matter because if you leave the warrant in the system and they return in 6 months the warrant is still there?! The system was created on this basis alone! The rest of your paragraphs are just incomprehensible. "Do xyz" while acknowledging xyz already occurs but then not explaining how it should be worked into the 'system' you claim is not good. For instance: "Use more investigative options" something detectives and cops already do (or should do) with no explanation as to how it ties into the automated system "Erm. Nobody uses the system so make it so u get 50k everytine you arrest some groyper white shirt" No, just use the system.

Warrant system is already too powerful. If any changes were made to make it used more then I think NO warrants should be sealed after the time period. All warrants must become public within a certain amount of time.
