100k tax and PK is wild. +1 This shows how good SOS is to their people, they're such babies they'd rather PK one of their own, they're too scared of conflict. Charlie was probably the only one sticking up for them too. That is true from what I know Seann1 said they can only demand 10k or an apology. Not only did they demand 100k but also an apology, it's pretty sad and petty because I've seen the jews constantly messing with SOS but not the other way around.

The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions) Disrespect [0 - 10k] - Max escalation Level 1 Disrespect of a boss or made men. No one cares if a group of associates or soldiers are insulted, it’s part of their job. Should someone, capo and above, intentionally go out of their way to insult other made men or bosses a transgression for disrespect can be considered and either a tax or apology demanded depending on the severity of the disrespect [If both men insulted each other it’s also useful to simply squash the beef]. Were chilling in the in the bushes out infront of deli, like crouching n shit in them doing what ever, Monaclu comes over and starts demanding that they leave the area, some shit talking started and threats were made from both parties. I cant quote exact words, but monaclu said something along the lines of " ima get my gun if your still here when i get back we gonna have an issue " rough memory of words. Monaclu then comes back, I MYSELF gets locked in the jewish deli in a playful manner, some more shit talking happens & Monaclu kills one of the sos members, then the rest of sos pull guns & kill monaclu, Menace, & if my memory is correct Kov & finnigan might be incorrect of names. | From that point on things were tense, shit talking back n fourth from both ends. Then racket war happened & with Koshers embarrassing loss, i just couldnt hold myself back from shit talking the head enforcers for losing that badly. after that war i was honestly shit talking Head enforcers a lot, & rage baiting Jared which is a head enforcer. Then 1 day most of HC of sos & made men, convene with HC & Made men of kosher infront of the deli again. Which reached a solution of me paying 100K & Giving an Apology to Kosher. I Paid 100K to Kosher & did not give an apology, ( like how sos not gonna apologize but make me & pay 100K ) So i didnt apologize. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE NEXT DAY, Kosher has another sit down & Now Demands That I Be Killed for being disrespectful & not saying sorry & if i didnt that they would escalate. SOS Then somehow SOMEHOW Agrees that that is the best solution. make a UA ticket for us to review. There is some guidelines to this, and we'll see to it that the court runs fair, and smoothly, and is of the least possible inconvenience to the playerbase.

Make rules on court tickets taking too much Real time. If a Ticket exceeds a certain amount of time, the character should be allowed to be let out, holding characters hostage for months because you're inactive doesn't seem fair. Either that or the Defendant should be allowed to request a different judge/DA
