Hi, I am the administrator who issued your ban. The very first thing I saw when I got on my staff character (while in no-clip) was an individual with the character name, "Supreme Top Shotta". After getting closer, I heard you blasting music to the tune of "I am the Supreme Top Shotta" (or something along those lines). As this was clearly a violation of the rules as you are not allowed to spam audio in your microphone or use soundboards in addition to your name violating the rules, I gagged you for 15 minutes (5 PO's for Mic Spam) and prompted you with a name change (which you did not comply with). After issuing the gag, not even 5 minutes later, a ticket was made for FailRP. After receiving the clip from the individual who made the ticket, you clearly used the /fallover command while being placed into handcuffs with no feature of /me which led me to the conclusion that you had done it maliciously as if you truly had been attempting to roleplay the situation and use the command to "fall over ICly", you would have at the VERY least provided a /me saying something along those lines. Considering both the numerous previous offences of the same type, your character name being "Supreme Top Shotta", the failure to comply with a name change prompt and your general lack of roleplay, I issued a ban for No Intent to Roleplay (NITRP) for 1 week. Best of luck on your appeal.

I wanna know why the White-Collar Corp application was denied The faction leader genuinely brought in great bits of RP and events into the city that anybody could participate in, whether its trucks transporting Oil which would prompt hijacking, or protests against the other already existing oil companies - these are just naming a few On top of this Wiseman White-Collar’s application was very thorough and detailed, well written and concise with their vision of what kind of unique RP we could expect from them in the future Not only this but they had overwhelming community support, so therefore I ask how come they never made it through? First of all i definitely agree with the point you brought up. However i dont believe this is something that can be solved simply by removing the VCWP PK Even though the server is built around MafiaRP for a long time now most people haven't even been involved in anything related to being a mafia. Everyone is focused on being friends with each other, hanging out, chatting and treating the server like some kind of social environment The removal of the PK wars, combined with the fact that Mega Alliances are supposedly prohibited, yet 10 different factions have come together to form this ridiculous “High Table” alliance with the UA approving it is extremely unnecessary and makes very little sense. If we're playing MafiaRP, people should actually be competing, creating conflicts and taking action against one another, rather than everyone constantly being friends, allies, or on good terms. If everyone is simply going to be friends and allied with each other then what is the actual point of the MafiaRP environment? I also don't understand why the mugging rules are so restrictive. If people enjoy taking action, let them take the risk and put their own assets on the line. Things such as robberies and raids are much more fitting for the MafiaRP theme and, in my opinion, would make the server considerably more enjoyable. In short, my personal recommendations would be: Disband the “High Table” which currently consists of around 10 factions acting as a Mega Alliance Relax the mugging rules and allow more freedom for players to take risks Bring PK wars back under certain conditions Generally put more emphasis on MafiaRP-oriented actions, especially things such as robberies and raids that encourage factions to actually take action and create conflict
