Granted, Maybe giving more wiggle room to kill people under religious dogma associated with the faction, i.e. Orthodox Christian for Popov, Islam for muslim factions, 613 commandments for Jewish factions, etc. etc.

It’s the 90s, so Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. Openly gay members of any faction are open to PKs by that faction, but closeted members cannot be investigated for being gay. This would have a unique and significant effect on the NYPD, but I’m sure other factions could enjoy it too.

It wouldn't be hard to just make their ID say a different country. The RP would be totally optional and could be neat to see. It has to be possible too due to the felony status addition it shouldn't be far fetched that the whole ID can be reskinned.

This is stupid because EVERYONE has an ID and social security number. Last person who actually RP'ed it was voided by IA for the reason of every character has a ID and SSN. Wanna be deported that's called a PK

Callaghan's conflict with SOS got voided because we shot up their property mid conflict btw... using the "y'all are just being wimps" argument is crazy invalid because UA will literally put a stop to any action outside of the conflict rules and punish the faction that is actually roleplaying.

First off, I agree with conflict on the server. It creates more RP with high commands, and get factions involved in strategy and teamwork. However, the last war was god awful when it came to actually participating in it. There was 0 clarification on the point system, both sides just camped majority of their individuals in properties, and there was no real loss to either side other than a small sum of money. Conflicts have been proven to be headaches, have little reward, and pointless since the RP now is so poor. Imo, getting rid of UA partaking in conflicts, reimplementing the PK last man standing war system, and removing these mega alliances would be the only way of fixing it.
