I think realistically the lifeblood of restaurant RP isn't player characters being hungry - that maybe only applies to cops who come into the Blue Lobster for example as and when they need food. Most restaurant RP is players having arranged or impromptu dinners and meals with their families, crews, factions etc. Having accessible food vendors through the hotdog stands doesn't quell RP - if restaurants were the only source of good food then I'd argue it could do more harm than good, as people would spend more time in RP businesses during grinding gameplay loops when they probably aren't intending to RP. If I was trying to do a full table hosting roleplay and being constantly interrupted by players demanding food at the bar as quick as possible I'd find that frustrating. TL;DR - Removing or making hotdog vendors undesireable could push more non-RP to legal fronts

We already have to eat 3-4x as many glizzies to make up for it as it is. Over half the restaurants don't RP being a restaurant properly because of retard middle/high command metagaming faction beef. So, no, don't force everyone to eat at restaurants for hunger restoration. Some people throw down 4-5 hotdogs instead of a steak dinner. If you absolutely need "muh balance" then raise the prices.

It's funny cause we did this some time ago and everyone bitched and moaned and complained about how when the restos arent on or open it sucks and blah blah blah

I mean the "OOC" flags and channels is just discord. Having a dedicated OOC chat ingame detracts from RP and is bum nigga shit. You can easily find a middle ground by implementing cooldowns, term blacklists and mutes. For term blacklists I haven't seen many suggestions but ideally you want to take words that are inherently OOC and block them from being used. The only suggestion i was given is to block faction names. What about a particular racial slur. Never seems to be used in an RP friendly manner. The words rape, server, lag, PK, appeal, staff. Anything else?

in my personal opinion I believe restaurant food items have been undermined by hotdog vendors. There's not enough people going into restaurants and "rp'ing" because whenever someone is hungry they will just go to the hotdog vendors and buy hotdogs for dirt cheap and replenish all their hunger, I think if the server lessens the effect of hotdog vendors food in how much hunger it gives you and maybe raise the price, people would buy the food way less and actually go to restaurants for proper hunger regeneration and do some proper restaurant rp.

I met Fuzzy on this server and we've come to be good friends. I would love to have him back in the server. I think he would be a solid person in the community if given another chance.

This guy is a good dude i had a lot of fun with this guy. He helped show me around the city when i was new and tryna figure out what was going on and was always friendly and always made people laugh and got along with them. i feel he deserves a second chance. id vouch for him. Hes a good part of this community for sure.

Nobody, and I mean nobody is talking about IC rumours. Don’t conflate the two unless you’re exposing yourself as one of the many people who DO let OOC bleed into IC badly enough to mix the two and argue like retards for an hour in rumpus using modern and OOC terms and comments, like we see daily when Staff let it go.
