A cop chase is a rp scenario prop removal is a non rp scenario which disables all cars or completely ruins handling I find it annoying when I am in a cop chase and I lose the cops completely and respawn the car that it is considered appropriate for a cop to drive to dealership to arrest me because of prop removal it completely ruins the rp I could of hitting ran down and flipped I could’ve gotten my car disabled from too many hits I could go guns blazing but when that warning and 60 seconds goes off there’s should be a full reset cops drive to pd respawn I drive to dealership and respawn my car and we drive around and meet again and continue rp a grace period cop chases are monitored cop chases are documented so if I don’t resume that rp then I could get a ticket made against me because how many times to cop chases happen when I drive to the dealership to respawn my car and a cop comes swooping in to arrest me I find it as metagaming because everyone goes to dealership to respawn their car and the people who don’t walk there because there is a 60 second warning and a props removal warning so the cops know exactly where everyone is going to be going especially the person the lost in a cop chase so they would wait there they would follow them in and arrest them because they had outside information that does not come from rp therefore it is metagaming and cops can abuse it https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/ncADsZAWiqdzJ3czj ps sorry to the guy I ran over in the clip

I had been hospitalised multiple times in the approximately 1 & 1/2 or 2 hours I had been playing the server. If my memory serves, I attacked a single car once only after I had been run over by it, which, in the case you're describing, presumably contained you inside it. If true, I had most definitely been hospitalised after the fact. Regardless, in the relevant case, my interaction with you had no other context than the situation that is detailed in the clip above.

I would add: You are saying there was not provocation leading up too that what about the several incidents before then where you were chasing me with a bat and beating on our car; and creating problems in and around the city for myself and my jew friend; this was not our first meeting and at no point had you been hospitalized previously; and I was still on your ass about the bat attack on me and my buddies vehicle- I had previously broke your legs and allowed you too live after the bat incident. which wasnt too far before this. maybe minutes I believe you were still able to be killed for the attack even minutes later however I have no ill will towards you and do not mind if its rescinded anyway just because I know how it is too lose a character you enjoy playing on.

Hello, my name on steam is miniondabob, or if you play on diverge 1990's mafia rp, you will most likely know me as the character Jock Bacchen. I am here on the diverge forums to appeal the permanent killing of my character Jock Bacchen. I will link in the clip below the particular insistance of me being assaulted repeatedly (within the same life) by a player who did not like the things I had to say to him, without me ever attacking or even stalking him, and afterwards resulting in the permanent killing of my character Jock Bacchen, it is unfortunate i did not get the whole clip of him killing me. But I hope that administrators will realize that his aggression and assault against me was completely ooc and breaks the rules of engagement on the server, and so by extension his permanent killing of me was completely unjustified by attempting to lure me into what was supposedly his place of business in the very last few seconds and him killing me after the clip. I would love for the person who pked my character to show his perspective of the whole situation. When you talk about risk, you are missing the risk of the actions surrounding a murder, not just the act of killing itself. "Slow and methodical" is literally the opposite of "quick and low risk" When you murder someone on the street, there is a high risk for witnesses, but your chances of being caught in the act are lower because you spend less time committing the murder. Your chances of being caught after the fact are high because you did not plan it out and wanted it to be quick to reduce your risk of being caught when you committed it. If you premeditate a murder and plan to clean up to the point of leaving no trace, the actions disposing of the body, wiping fingerprints, and cleaning bloodstains are when your chances of being caught in the act increase because you are spending more time committing the crime. Cleaning up after a murder should not be easy because your "reward" for doing a good job is an extremely low chance of ever being caught. You are right, this is MafiaRP. The server is what the players make it. Why would a mafia hitman waste time planning an elaborate murder and cleanup when they can just pop someone on the street and run off? The PK system we have now is significantly more involved than what you might find elsewhere. Sure some of the ideas might be fun or interesting, but they are not going to add some missing element to PKs or change the way people do them like you seem to think. We are pretending to be mobsters on a Half Life 2 mod from 2005. Any amount of realism surrounding PKs we have now should be considered a blessing if you look back and see what the alternative is.

I think you're overestimating how calculated mafia hits were historically. It wasn't all planned and theatrical like taking someone to a random pier and giving him a whole speech while dipping his legs into concrete. Middle of the street at the dead of night was the most common M.O and it makes sense, low effort, fast cleanup and easy to plan for. I mean you had hits being done in restaurants, during the day, with all the witnesses you could imagine. Paul Castellano, the boss of bosses, got assassinated outside a steakhouse at 5PM. Albert Anastasia, co-founder of Murder Inc. got assassinated in a barbershop at around 10AM. Carmine Galante, the boss of the Bonanno Crime Family, got assassinated outside a restaurant at 3PM Joe Gallo, Caporegime of the Colombo Crime Family, got assassinated in a restaurant, celebrating his birthday, at around 4:30AM. While I agree that more RP options would be cool, I am afraid you sir have gotten lost in the sauce. I get it you would like to be a cool detective guy getting evidence and solving your cases and stuff but the suggestion about storing the ballistics of a PK round as evidence sounds cool but is too much work for the "cold murder cases" that nobody really cares about and the suggestion about failling to pick up the casings just sounds annoying and gimmicky, the time it takes to pick the casings up is already pretty unrealistic, why would an RNG element be introduced that would make it even more unrealistic? Overall, RP ideas = Good, nerfs just for the sake of nerfs disguised as gimmicks = Bad. -1
