-1 this guy lying on his staff app hes only able to get 19 tickets a week
-
We had a lot of good times. p.s: I know you liked it when I nibbled on your ear.
-
After a good day on mafiarp, i added him because he seemed like a cool guy. We got chatting, over the next couple of months we became good friends. Lots of banter, lots of great mafia roleplay and most importantly true friendship. I invited him to my house for a gmod lan party. He said he was coming so i was looking forward to meeting him in real life. When he arrived at my house, he pushed me against the wall and started nibbling my ear, i felt his hard pecker push against my leg. I punched him and then 1 tapped him. Turns out he was gay. Don't trust this guy.

In-Game Name(s): Nicodemo Scarfo Steam Name: DopeAsRoe Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198193501547/ Steam ID: STEAM_1:1:116617909 Discord Username: DopeAsRoe Age: 19 When did you first join the server: 2023 Total playtime on our Servers (Do !time in-game): 4 months, 2 days. Time Zone: EST How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: 2 hours a day. Have you read the rules?: Yes. Do you have a working microphone?: Yes. Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes. Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: I'd say so. Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes. ------------------------------------------------- Long Answers What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I first joined Diverge Networks in 2023, and since then, have grown to really love this server and community. In my opinion, the staff team could always use some help trying to tame the chaos on the server. By becoming staff, I hope to lighten the work load for UA and other staff. Lastly, I really enjoyed my time as staff, it brought me great satisfaction helping those in need. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My previous experience staffing, coupled with my lust for roleplay, makes me a strong addition to the staff team. As far as I know, during my time as staff, not 1 staff report was made on me, which I think reflects maturity and reliability. I never lose my temper because I understand that the players on this server need a gentle, yet firm hand to enforce the rules. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was staff on Diverge Networks for about a year and a half. I was a Seasoned Admin. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: In early 2024 I think I got a note for prop abuse. I was banned in 2023 for LTARP or something. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'd say I have a good reputation on Diverge. A lot of people know me or at least know of me, as I run the biggest and best faction on the server. Not many people dislike me, but the ones that do are usually foreigners. I have good relations with basically everyone and all factions, except for Philip DeCavalcante. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: When Pendred let me rebrand my faction into an Italian-American Crime Family. That was the best day of my life. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: The Great State of Israel ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would ask in staff chat if someone could assist. If someone has already made a ticket on the situation, I would provide the staff member who took with any clips or insight I had on the matter. If no staff were on and the matter doesn't directly involve me, I would take the ticket. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would compile any proof I had and present it to UA. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If I was aware that a person in my faction was involved, I would ask that another staff member could take it. If another staff member isn't online or is otherwise preoccupied, only then would I claim the ticket. First, I would ask for proof and context pertaining to the matter. If I found that the member of my faction broke the rules, I would check their previous notes/bans and punish them accordingly. ---------------------------------------------------------

(Unless you have posted a valid LOA):Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?:No but I'm willing to learn Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?:Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Mainly, I’m looking to be a more active member of the community and get to know more people outside of my current circles through positive interactions. I came back a few months ago after a multiple year break and realised how much I still genuinely enjoy Diverge. I’d like to be able to give back to the community that’s given me so much enjoyment over the years, and I thought there wasn’t really a better way than becoming a staff member. I’ve always enjoyed trying new things, and after having a lot of different kinds of roleplay on the server, I think applying for staff would be a great way to gain insights into how the server runs on a more technical, rules oriented level. Also, because I’m in Ireland, I often play during low pop hours, when there are fewer staff on, and I’d like to make sure that players during those hours are also having a good experience. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am a very level-headed person, especially during stressful scenarios. People can get really riled up during staff sits, which is understandable, they’re long, interrupt your time on the server, and often don’t end up exactly the way you hope. Being able to remain calm in those scenarios is a great skill to have. I’d also consider myself pretty good at understanding biases that I may hold. Obviously, in an ideal world, I’d take tickets exclusively from people I don’t know, but there will be times when I’m the only staff member available to take a ticket from someone I know. In those situations, I’m good at grounding myself and looking at it from an objective viewpoint. I have a good grasp of the rules after playing for so long, and I would (obviously, with help) like to learn more about how specific rules of the server work. I’m good at taking constructive criticism and can easily admit if I’ve made a mistake from my point of view. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Admin/GM - NOM Fallout Roleplay 2020-2021 Mod - Zenith Servers 2025 No I have not Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I have not. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I’m well known in the places that I frequent. I try to make conversation with people a lot and love meeting new people on Diverge. There are some places that I wouldn’t be too well known simply because I don’t get the chance to be around them often. I think my reputation would generally be a positive one. I always try to be fair in any interactions I have with people. I keep in mind the rules on the server and don’t have notes for random negative interactions with people. I’d like to think that most other people whom I regularly interact with look on me favourably! I’d like to use my position in staff to get to know more people and get a better idea of how the community feels on certain issues What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There are so many great moments, it’s genuinely hard to choose. I’m a sucker for early Diverge, Made meetings in Le Grande, using my townhouse for PKs well before the forensics system and roleplaying them out to try and give the police something to do, the Cartel War, where there were so many hackers it felt like every other clip was someone accusing someone else of cheating. Obviously, I can’t forget the early political roleplay, with the honestly really interesting Weber for Mayor Campaign. Recently, however, I would have to say seeing the new PK systems and the new breadth of investigation RP has been fascinating. I will say I miss the old PK messages, for me they really helped flesh out the city. But seeing police actually be able to prosecute people for sloppy hits as opposed to the old system where it was nigh impossible unless you did it in broad daylight. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names:Calink, Jennay, Shauningt, Sexaphonegod ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:I think this one depends on the circumstances surrounding it. If I were the one being RDM’d, I couldn’t take the ticket since it would be a conflict of interest. If there was an RDM ticket and there were other staff online, currently on duty, I would wait to see if any of them were going to take the ticket. If the ticket isn’t taken in a reasonable amount of time, I would go on duty to take the RDM ticket and handle the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:In any scenario like that, I would try to document as much of the abuse that I’ve seen as possible. Then I would take it up to whoever would deal with this (probably a Super Admin+). I’d do my best throughout the process to make sure any evidence I collect is clear and understandable. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:This situation constitutes a huge bias. This person is someone that I would have direct ties to, and my unconscious bias would most likely have a bearing on the decision that is made. If possible, I would ask if another staff member would be able to take the ticket. If no one else is available at that moment, I would take the ticket and do it in the most by the books way possible, only working off of clips, logs, and both players' context of the situation. I would do my best to convey my thought process in staff chat and see how other staff members would deal with the situation. ---------------------------------------------------------

In-Game Name(s): Silvano Altoviti, Anthony Greco, Robert D’Aquino Steam Name: Vethar Steam Profile Link: https://steamcommunity.com/id/CIV6MAIN/ Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:34428541 Discord Username: Vethar Age: 27 When did you first join the server: I have no clue. I'm going to say 2023-2024 Total playtime on our Servers (Do !time in-game): 3 Months 3 Days Time Zone: EST How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: 8 hours + Have you read the rules?: Yes Do you have a working microphone?: Yes Do you acknowledge that you must meet the weekly minimum ticket quota of 20 tickets? (Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: Rusty on them. Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I am applying for a staff position because I want to help maintain the RP structure and quality as well as making sure tickets are done on time and properly so players can be on their way and enjoy the server. I have been playing this server for a long time now and have decided to try and take a step towards helping the community in a non faction based role. I understand that staff members play a very important role in enforcing the rules of the server and making sure conflicts between players are resolved fairly and properly. With my time on the server along with my time as staff on other servers I can help handle situations calmly and objectively while listening to all sides before I make any decisions. My goal would be to help lower the work load on other staff members during peak hours and I also play during the times when there are 2 staff members on. With me being active during lower pop hours I will be able to assist players and handle reports to ensure that players are getting the help they need. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should be considered over other candidates because of my experience and my passion in making sure players can enjoy themselves and have low wait times on tickets. Having spent a large amount of time playing here I understand the server’s rules, expectations and the importance of making sure tickets are taken and done properly and on time. Because of that I can help cover those gaps during low pop and ensure that players still receive assistance when they need it. My main goal will always be to contribute to the team by being reliable, fair and being available. Do you have any previous staffing experience?: Reborn Gaming SWRP: Admin x4 senior admin x1 (server relaunched like 8 times) time as staff would be around 2-4 years. Nexus SWRP: Admin 3 months Drew's Community DarkRP: Admin 4-5 months Drew’s Community SWRP: Admin 5 months Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I believe 1 or 2 times during a racket event. I got unbanned within a day because the reason for the ban wasn't justified. It was for RDM. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Well I believe my reputation is fine besides minor beef here and there during racket events. I would also say I'm well known as I've played for a while now. As for what others think about me I don't really have any ongoing issues nor do I have any issues when talking to others even if they are a part of the other side of things. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Honestly the war I was a part of was fun. All the chaos and shoot outs! Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depends on the context of the RDM. If I was RDMed or witnessed the RDM is completely different. I would either go on duty to handle the situation if deemed appropriate as if I have nothing to do with the situation. If I am a part of the situation I would create a ticket and have it addressed properly there. If not I would go on duty to handle it myself by gathering the necessary information such as the players involved, clips and or logs if available. My goal would be to ensure the situation is handled correctly while following proper procedures. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I see a staff member abusing their power I would first make sure that I gather clear evidence and that I am not misunderstanding the situation to make sure I don't cause any issues with them. If the behavior continues or appears to be a pattern I would report it to the higher management with the evidence I have gathered so they can better judge the situation. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket to avoid any biased claims not that I would be biased but as a safety measure to avoid anything. But if needed to I would treat it like any other ticket and remain unbiased as that is my job and duties as a staff member. I would gather the info either clip or anything else and listen to both sides to get a clear judgement of the situation. Personal relationships should cloud a staff member's judgement and I stand on that. If I do feel that my relationship with the player could create bias, the best option is to just let another staff member handle it.
