Hello Im the HC member who issued the death order for you. First of all, I'd like to make one thing clear. I did not issue your PK because of "Bringing Heat to the Faction" ICly, your PK was ordered because you repeatedly caused problems with our allies, disobeyed HC orders, and failed to follow the family's rules. I dont want to embarrass you by exposing our private conversations but i can tell you that we've warned you four separate times about your behavior and you were also taxed 300k once because of it Just a week ago our Don wanted you PK'd. However just because i genuinely liked you, i argued against it and even started a debate just to convince everyone to give you one last chance. After a long discussion they finally agreed During the MC-HC IC sitdown i personally warned you in front of the entire management team. As the Underboss i told you, "The Don wanted you gone. We're giving you one last chance. Stop mugging people, stop being disrespectful, and stop causing problems." You admitted i was right, apologized, and promised me that you would change Unfortunately you didnt keep that promise Yesterday the Genovese HC requested an IC sitdown with me. Five of their members came to our business and showed me a 7 minute video of you harassing their members, following them around and threatening to mug and kill them. That was the final straw. You're a Made Man, and on top of that you are a Lieutenant. Even though you know mugging is forbidden in our family you continue to mug people, disrespect others, create unnecessary problems, ignore the orders you're given and fail to keep your word. Those are the reasons why your PK was ordered. I'd also like to add one more thing. If you deny anything I've said, for example saying we never warned you, that I never taxed you 300k, that you never harassed Genovese, or that you never broke the family's rules, I have evidence for every single one of those claims and I'm fully prepared to provide it to the UA if necessary You're a Made Man, not an Associate. Hello Banning admin here. RDM is RDM regardless if they are your friends or not. I watched you shoot and kill random people on your PD char and had gotten i believe 2-3 tickets about it. You can not under any circumstance shoot and kill people in the streets just for a joke. Take the 2 days to go over rules and think about what kind of contribution you want to make to the rp on the server that isn't getting on your cop char and rdming your friends. I restricted you from creating characters because you were disrupting, abusing and showing you had no regard for characters and roleplay back then. Whilst its been a while you received the same punishments relating that caused your char creation to be removed

Hello, Admin who took the ticket about your PK here, just to expand again on why you were PKed. When reviewing the full clip given to me for the PK, the officer was following a lead, where unfortunately you happened to be, while changing your outfit. This gave the cop probably cause to begin questioning you, where you then decided to pull a gun out, and also began to open fire upon the officer. In this instance, you did put your life first and put it at risk, similar to when mugging, when you take risks like this it is a gamble. You shoot him and kill him? You win, the cop is sent to the hospital and has to follow NLR rules. The cop begins to shoot back and kills you? Unfortunately the route you chose has lead to your death. As also explained this is a good lesson early on, as unfortunately we have to do this with people with hundreds, sometimes maybe thousands of hours on a character. Its an important lesson that everyone must go through at some point in the game. As for your following points: Police officers have radios that they can use, similar to players, where they can request back up through, as you are hearing this from the cop, infact he is not metagaming but following process when needing support. The officer who requested for your PK is not a staff a member, nor do I know the gent in anyway outside of being an Admin and him creating a ticket. This is a valid point that you unfortunately didnt bring up in the sit, unfortunately though when reviewing the logs, you were killed by different people. This too, the shooting would've caused noise (which is being discussed in the clip provided in your pk), which attracted the cops to your location. The officer was not infact fishing to kill you as he requested a search, gave you ample time, and then you decided to pull out a weapon (which he didn't know you had) and began shooting at him. The back up called was to stop and arrest you for questioning (assumption here). I'd recommend that you read the rules around PKs, conflicts and confrontation with the police.
