Pressing F7 raises the character’s arms in an unrealistic way and looks silly, I’m recommending to create a better version that realistically raises a person’s arms above their head. Why? When someone surrenders to the police or anybody during mugging scenarios, kidnapping roleplay etc. It ruins the vibe or immersion for other people and generally would look better for arrests. +1 A certain SUB-division of the NYPD would be cool for Probation, but the issue I'm having is what the role of the Probation Officers would do. It sounds like to me that being a Probation Officer would just be another IA bureau to do a useless interview about whether or not a person is employed to a front-business for their mafia of choice. The only good roleplay that probation could make, in my opinion, adding a lot of time to their sentence to act as a sort of plea deal version of the Reoffender's Clause. If a person violates their probation, their full plea deal will have to be the amount of time charged in court, or if taken to court, their original charges plus 5 or 10 years to really make it sting when you fuck up on probation, which could often mean a life sentence for some people.

Allow the DAs office to make Probation a condition of plea deals moving forward. Then, create a new full-time division of the NYPD dedicated to Probation & Parole services which would do weekly check-ins/interviews with parolees. This would help as it would give second chances to criminals who value their character's progress and would allow the DAs office more wiggle room when enforcing punishments. 50 or more years obviously wouldn't be allowed, but anything in the range of 30-49 years would be eligible.

Hey I just want to tell you to read my appeal again, I've said that I didn't have intention to RP at first but I met a guy from Supreme Team that's from Serbia and he explained to me everything what to do and what not to do and I've listened to him and started playing like every other person, and our friend Mare has the grudge against Kosher Nostra, my char isn't PKed by the Jews it was PKed by Cops because I didn't care about the char anymore I wanted it deleted so I could join Supreme. As a cop main, and someone who used to as a detective, before the uniform policy change. It was overpowered. I think the detectives should continue wearing traffic uniform. The guy who made this forum post already retired from the NYPD and lost interest. Deny this anyway. Boom roasted made the right call to restrict detectives. This is MAFIA RP, not cop rp. We are already given larger privileges. Burns and the detectives can suck up and wear their traffic uniforms. If they wanna go PC, then have an operation ready. Ok!

I did make a support ticket. In it I was offerd a deal for a cheaper unperma than others or I wait to re appeal. I chose to wait the 6 months and re apeal.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. After reviewing the situation, there was another situation you were involved in where a fail mug had occurred. This is the mug attempt by harbor where you attempted a mug while someone was in a car. Under the mugging/FearRP rules, someone inside a vehicle can only be held under FearRP if the mugger is within 5 feet, has the weapon pointed at them, is ordering them out, and the vehicle is fully stopped, blocked, or immobilized. FearRP does not apply to someone in a moving vehicle. In this situation, the car did not stop at all during the clip, and you gunned the driver down. Because that standard was not properly met, it has been deemed as a fail mug. In the above situation, your actions were came after your friend open fired and the other side did try to fire back at your friend, thus making okay for you to return fire. However, I do think the situation did not follow proper escalation rules, so staff was in the right to get involved and issue punishment. This does not fully excuse your actions, so the appeal is accepted as a reduction rather than a full removal. The ban will be reduced to 3 days.

Hi. I am the member of staff who dealt with this situation. There were 3 of you guys who Mass RDMed, a lot of tickets came in about RDM and after looking in the logs and checking all the kill/death logs, multiple people came back under the kills. After going to the location of some of the kills, you guys were by the park shooting people after moving away from Little Israel and one of the members of your group was micspamming cringe Erika and you were all laughing about it. All 3 of you conveniently had Kosher Nostra characters that were all PKed so it seems like you had a grudge against them. Regardless of you being misled by someone else, you guys have an extensive history of notes and bans about RDM and Metagame situations, I would advocate for this appeal to be denied and for you guys to remain banned. I do not believe that 2/3 weeks is long enough time served to really learn from your mistakes. Honestly this happens pretty often. After sitting down and getting back up, or after getting run over by a car, basically anytime you get knocked into a fallover state and then stand back up, your whole body turns invisible except for your head hitbox. After a little while it fixes itself, or you can type record 1; stop in console and it instantly fixes it. Long story short, the bug usually happens after a fallover or after sitting down and standing back up.
