You have THREE notes related to it, it's not the sole fact of your ban history, it's the fact that you simply aren't learning so harsher punishment will continue. You also have 2 notes just from the screenshots that say "RDM", I can't pull up your ban history reasons but where you have FIFTEEN bans, how much do we wanna bet that a MAJORITY of them are reasoned with "RDM" or "Voice Changer". You're delusional and not understanding that the history does matter greatly, because you're going down the same exact path of never learning and continuing to break rules. If someone gets convinced as a sex offender in real life, then does it again after a week of being released, do they simply throw out his history and go "ahhh throw him in for another few days", no. They will consider his previous offences related to the same situation and apply a harsher punishment because he simply is not learning to not continue doing bad.

Yes won't work, you can try it yourself if a player leaves the game after you cuffed him you won't be able to drag until you rejoin the server completely. I tried everything it won't work this is not only case for me but for every cop.

So when a guy you cuffed LTARPs and if you go and cuff another person you can't drag anymore you have to rejoin the server for it to work nothing else fixes it.

You are entitled to your opinon but my ban history isn't relevant to the allegations being put against me within this ban. The purpose of an appeal is to establish if a rule violation occured. Not to decide if somebody is should be permanently banned from the server, based on their reputation. Also the voice changer is a seperate issue from wether the shootings constituted RDM or not. Taking two different grievances & combining them together doesn't establish that the alleged RDM took place.
