What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Because I did not get into a shootout with the police or anyone on that character. That character isn't even armed, they literally have no weapons. And the last time I was on the server, I wasn't on that character lmao, and hadn't been for about an hour or so. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: How am I meant to provide proof of something when I wasn't even present when this char ban happened

Those bans were for TF2 And CS2 I got banned from CS2 because i was a little kid and my cousin gave me free CS2 cheats. and for TF2 I do not remember what happened there but it was probably also for cheating.

I have been a player on the server since around 2022-2023, and I have waited for around a year to make this ban appeal. I want to be completely transparent, I have accumulated bans for things like VDM from ramming with vehicles into other vehicles and NITRP by generally being silly over the span of years. I understand that playing for a long time doesn't excuse rule breaking behaviour and I want to apologise for my past behavior. I would like to say, the vast majority of my time on the server has been many hours of genuine roleplay, through many characters. I can honestly say that I have had far more good moments with people than my rap sheet suggests. This server has always been my favorite Garry's Mod server and I do regret my past behaviour. I want to apologise and hopefully rejoin the server and community, I have waited a long time to make this appeal. I want to give my word that I will reframe from rule breaking behaviour and focus on creating fun moments with other players.

This shows low value of life for the character that was killed. The reasoning behind the approval goes as following, You are both in the same Faction (Slava), He knows your name, and even if he did not mean to kill you he seemed pretty willing to attempt to hit both you and the officer at a high rate of speed. Which obviously led to the death of your character.
