Hello, While you claim your death was the result of you being RDM'd whilst you were pk active (due to you partaking in a hit). There is very little, if anything, we as staff can do to verify this claim without a clip for you or your killer. Logs simply do not tell the full story. There is not enough evidence on our end to suggest that a rule was broke in this perma kill that could subsequently warrant your character being unpk'd.

-1 From what I have seen and been told, he's a very social butterfly and is a good guy in a lot of aspects, but his behavior and past offences are a major issue. 18 notes from over 4 years, and with a 2 week ban for metagaming not even an hour ago... not a good pick for staff. Staff are inherently supposed to be role models to others when it comes to following the rules and setting roleplay standards.

Hello! As explained by Lunar you were PK'd for VCWP! This tends to happen when you try to MRDRM them from a rooftop. While investigating your case I looked into Lunar's logs to verify how he explained how it happened. And a few things are confirmed. He was not on the server when the ticket was originally made, he told the server as a whole to remake any PK tickets when he did connect as no admins were on that could take your PK as the only other admin online had been involved in your killing, and he was handling your PK ticket the same time another staff member was handling your RDM ticket. After taking your PK ticket he went straight from his staff char to his cop char. At which point yes he saw you had the same name as the character who was just PK'd. He should have informed you on his staff char but he opted to do it on his cop char as that was also the one involved in the paperwork to changes a cop char's name. Hello! So, as already explained by Calink your PK was the result of a VCWP. You decided to shoot a cop, tried to run in that same moment, and failed miserably before being killed for your own actions. Let us go through why it will be standing as is. You bring up Howie's Pk appeal which I also reviewed. If you think your two situations are remotely similar you are delusional. He didn't kill a cop. He shot one when missing someone else, immediately put his weapon away and was attempting to apologize when he was executed by a probie. You executed a cop then were killed while trying to flee the scene in the same interaction. You keep bringing up this argument of "Oh the situation was over". No, it wasn't. You had just shot and killed an officer triggering your PK active time. In that same moment that you try to drive away the killing officer shoots you. You still attempt to flee instead of deescalate the situation at which point you wreck and then the officer finishes the violent confrontation. Just because you turn around doesn't mean you void the confrontation that just happened and does not void your PK active timer. You killed a cop and then failed to flee and died as a result of it.
