Banning admin here, I watched you and your friend drive around and mess with cops for absolutely no reason. Then I kept watching you as you drove around and hit people with your car (killing one civ near Chinatown) and just ramming into other cars constantly. I must have watched you for at least 20-30 minutes, and you were doing everything but actually RP. It's not just about cop baiting, just generally NITRP and being total minges. This ruins the fun for those who actually enjoy the game, even though you may have a different opinion on what fun might be.

I'm not going to argue this any further, but the fact that you didn't know this was a mugging is outrageous. For EXTRA CLARIFICATION: the mugging should not even have happened to begin with, and I want to know your counterpoint. There was a witness and witnesses should not be able to see a mugging initiate, which is already pointed out in my video very thoroughly. edit: Don't forget, the 5 second rule isn't proving the time point of necessity in shooting me, it's proving that I was given enough time (five seconds) to realize what was happening! 2 seconds and 30 milliseconds is not enough! And also, double don't forget; If you look at the video (YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO!!!) you'll find that I had my gun out before his first command ever left his mouth, on my screen! This is at the very least proof that I had a gun out before I knew what was going on, and far before I knew it was a mugging, which he is supposed to make clear within those five seconds!!! Telling me to stop moving while he's shuffling around and gunpoint is uncertain (POINTED OUT IN THE VIDEO!!!) where the gun is NOT certain to me leaves it fairly ambiguous as to who's in trouble! Still in under 3 seconds on the second clip you provided, I am being shot at. Which is still not 5 seconds. Which is the minimum, according to the rules on mugging. This is convenient for the mugger. Just because I'm faster than his words, does not make me a valid kill until I'm AWARE of the situation, and I can consciously make a decision on what to do. I had nothing more valuable than my glock at the time of this mugging, and nothing on Jean would lead me to make this kind of move to risk his life. You neither did address the fact that on the video, with timestamp proof, I already pulled my gun out before I even heard his first command. This is convenient for the mugger. Nor did you address that I haven't taken my gun off safety yet, I didn't understand what was going on. Which, I was supposed to have 5 seconds to understand, minimum. I did not, and this is convenient for the mugger. It is proven that by my side of things, I am unable to process in time (about 2.5 seconds) what was happening. Here is a screenshot of proof that in the second clip you mentioned, by the mugger who has not shot yet. I am still being shot at in under 3 seconds. This mugging is hereby invalid due to all points argued, and even if you think one of them might not be a valid point (for whatever reason), there are multiple others that bulletproof the appeal. This was a mistake on your part, and I was going to prove this in the sit room and save us all the trouble until you decided to make this a forums problem.

I received 2 different clips on this situation that show him running up to you with a mask and telling you repeatedly to not move in an area where mugs can be initiated, this is intent to mug. Yes, it all happened very fast as I told you before, but you were quick enough to draw a gun in a situation where you shouldn’t have. If you had managed to kill the perp in the situation you’d have him pked as well. Initiation: - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them When can you kill someone during a mugging? - They attempt to fight back while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. my opinion wont matter but what ever cop reported you is just a debbie downer. On my cop char i loved seeing guys like you pull up on us. It gave us something to do other than playing "let me see your gun license" Simulator . I think the whole "Cop Baiting" thing has been a over used and if anything misused for a long time. Like one time i was banned for nitrp for fake crying that im going to jail all because the moderator just didnt want to do a plea deal. To the staff members i urge you to think about it before you ban someone for cop baiting. I get banning actual minges, but this right here is just funny. Learn to grow a funny bone once in a while lmao.

He did not make it clear that he was mugging me, as is required here, from the PK guidelines in the mugging/robbery section: There are other instances where killing someone during a mugging will not result in a PK. - Such as not giving the person reasonable time to react to your demands - Failed to do this on even his end without the lag disparity. - Ordering them to use certain game functions they don't have to comply with or making unreasonable demands (Drop items/cash, hit f7, give me your f3, commit suicide, etc) - If you disengage fear rp and they attempt to flee or fight back - You fail to specify that they are being mugged/fail to properly initiate a mugging - Failed to do this, period. - A fail mug location or mass mugging

Another idea might be to make the felons more resistant to the taser (they have to take a whole cycle of the taser and recover from it more quickly), making it easier for them to escape from the authorities.

Yeah, I was suggesting this in pager. Restricting to felons is absurd and obnoxious. Maybe just offer people a discount as felons at most.

As many of you may have noticed, there has been a noticeable rise in criminal activity committed solely for the purpose of obtaining felony status and gaining access to certain benefits. I agree with the benefits, as felons can no longer legally own a firearm license or carry a firearm without committing a crime. However, there should be a system in place that allows criminal faction members to access those same products and equipment without having to rely on receiving a felony charge. The Idea: - Felons receive a 25% or 50% discount on products that were previously locked behind felony status; - Felons receive +1 extra unit when crafting equipment that was previously felon-locked. These products and equipment also become available for criminal factions to purchase or craft, without requiring felony status.

Recently I put a 2500$ bet on "0" and the table spun and hit "0". Instead of paying me the 90,000$ I won a prompt popped up at the top of the screen saying "This Casino has gone bust and is unable to pay you your full winnings! You have been awarded all remaining funds of 0$." So the table was continuously allowing me to put 2500$ bets down when it has no money? It usually doesn't allow you to place a bet if it can't pay the winning amount for it. Almost forgotten info but to my knowledge the DD is an open carry facility. The PD was attempting to arrest me based off of the assumption of seeing me with a weapon while my char was inside of the DD. Wouldn't this be an immediate breach of any arrest here considering its not only based off assumptions but also arresting an individual who are allowed to brandish weapons inside of the facility/DD?

Voice messages could be cool, possibly prerecord instructions, or training guides. Some concerns with how the ingame pager is used and people using it to minge. Phones for businesses make sense, possibly have them pay for a 'special number'. But a strict landline attached to a wall. I think would be a little bit of a nuisance. As a follow up, I think adding a code you could add to your phone. That gives you access to any 'business call' made to the business, would be a better implementation. Sim cards weren't manufactured till 1991, I think adding them is a little redundant, may account for a pointless price increase. As opposed to just getting another phone.
