I understand my actions were disruptive to others roleplay and immersion i apologize for my actions and for any of those i affected. had alot of time to grow up and reflect on how I acted a big part of why I d like to come back I want to enjoy the server again, but this time as a better more respectful player and follow the rules, I feel like i can show you guys how much I have grown and that I can follow the rules and contribute to roleplay and help the community instead of being a problem for it I know I do not deserve a second chance automatically due to me being banned years ago but I would really appreciate the opportunity to prove myself. Why should you be unbanned? its been years and i have grown since then i was really dumb back then and used to rule break alot i grown alot since and see how my actions can affect other not just me ik my ban history is alot aswell but i have grown since and havent played in years and feel like i can help the server grow by being a good player in the community and team playing, it has been years like 3-4 years now since my latest ban (this one) ik i dont deserve the unban but I feel like a second chance would be fair since it’s been years and i can show you guys how much i have grown since , i used to play diverge alot when i was younger had some great memories on the server, would love a second chance to come back and enjoy the server and play it properly without any rule breaking this time i apologize again to those i disrupted. The admin who banned me doesnt play anymore and id really like the opportunity to come back and enjoy the server again and experience the good memories i had on that server. im not here to lie and say i didnt deserve the ban or didnt do it i do i truly do deserve the ban but i feel like due to it being a couple of years now i feel like i can show you guys how much i have grown and how i can help the server as well. i was always a good roleplayer just sometimes i got carried away and did stupid stuff.

Is it plausible that the viewing through the window could be considered false due to LOD on the map? Prop and environment pop in is very common on this map and if props were actually up and intended to block view, claiming you saw someone through LOD would be a fail RP situition? Afterall, that would be taking advantage of the fact you can see them through intended props akin to viewing them through the map. And even then, there being lockers at the window further proves it's a LOD issue. So now it comes into question if it should be allowed to say you "saw him" at all. (I bring this up since I came to the forums to see if I could actually adjust the LOD, but it might be baked into the map) EDIT Here's two screenshots I took as an example. One being the COKE sign by the Car dealership. The other being a direct reference to the shot the officer took. At approximately this point, the viewing of the blinds disappears. PROPS also disappear. My issue with this is pretty simple A: i understand Bikers would "check in" with the already established 1er Bikers ( let's face it SOS aren't exactly 1ers they're just retards on bikes), however to almost immediately become friends. No. Wouldn't happen at all they would want you on their patch really would they? B: Bikers RP as a whole on the server is fucking ASS instead of being rough, drug addicted Violent people, the current state of Biker RP is i am massive retard on a bike haha let me go be a retard to these people. As a few people have said you stepped down from leadership, all that makes me think is when it gets tough cause other Powerful Factions are messing with you cause wtf you gonna do type shit will you step down instead of bringing Sit downs/ Conflict RP to the server

Hey gang, me again, king of the Suggestions (I got banned for 2 weeks) Been a whole lot of Undercovers lately, I think some rules should be added in regards to those silly lil guys. I believe an Undercover officer and or Criminal informant must meet an hourly quota weekly of in game time for information to remain IC. It isn't fair that they can get hired and sit in your Discord forever using random IC channels as info, then leave without you even having a chance to learn they are a UC. (Playing for 6 days, then never getting back on the character) (I was a UC in the past on my Detective character, and I was on every single day playing my part. I just thought it was silly that you can get on once, then not play for a month, only siphoning off a Discord channel.)

In fact you did not see through the window because of the dupe that was up this dupe to be exact Here is your rule Police cannot raid without a warrant. A Judge/DA must sign this warrant. -Exceptions apply if they have witnessed a severe felony, or someone is in distress, then they may use probable cause beyond a reasonable doubt to raid. now what this proves is that u couldn’t see into my room which means 1 you lied and 2 you never witnessed a crime and should never have raided my room Withought a warrant present. Hello! I was the staff that was originally over watching the PK before it became a VCWP / Dying after doing a hit. I was inside the room waiting for the 15 minute timer to be done unfortunately I was not outside the room to hear the reason why the cop found you or their reasons. I always encourage people that feel they have been pk'd wrongly to appeal so that further investigation may be done. Otherwise the reasons were valid as you did start shooting cops and their retaliation lead to your death.

+1 Makes sense. Eases the pressures and responsibility that currently stay with one person, especially since the old system prior was anyone being able to call an admin to whitelist.

So with the faction rank update thing where Dons can give out perms for people to do hits and hiring, I would like to suggest that people with the Capo rank in the faction thing can distribute the WL perms to other people so that you're not always relying on the person with the Don rank to distribute WL perms.
