That is why he left, then came back seeking revenge for being hit without real warning. During this time, you were given six verbal warnings within approximately 45 seconds to leave the property. When you failed to comply, a firearm was drawn, and you were pistol-whipped twice alongside another explicit warning to leave. You retreated to the meat market, to avoid being on the faction property after being pistol-whipped. You then re-engaged by trying to approach trattoria again, received 2 additional loud and clear verbal warnings to leave. You again retreat to the meat market and kept engaging with them from the meat market. After interacting with them from the meat market, you tried running into the trattoria again and you were hospitalized by a final pistol whip. If you verbally warn someone while you dont have a weapon in your hands and they refuse to listen, you can't immediately pull your gun and shoot them. You have to follow the escalation rules first, meaning you need to give a warning by either punching them or hitting them with your weapon while its on safety and then give them a valid amount of time to respond. Long story short even if your microphone had been working there, you still couldn't have immediately pulled your gun and shot someone just because you told them to move away while you had keys in your hands And Im not even mentioning the fact that after getting PK'd, you switched to your other character, went back to your dead body, tried to burn the corpse and attempted to destroy the evidence
