I honestly enjoy helping people and giving advice to new players, i also reached a point where i dont have to constantly grind money anymore so i want to try something different and experience a non faction role. I have been roleplaying on the server for almost 2 years and i really enjoy being part of this community. Over time i became interested in how things work behind the scenes and how staff deal with different situations. That interest is one of the reasons why i want to become a part of the staff team • Why should you be considered over other candidates?: There are three different things that set me apart from the other applicants. First i have a lot of free time that i can dedicate to this role. Second, because of the time zone difference the hours when the server needs staff the most are normal hours for me so i can help cover those dead hours. Lastly i used to be someone who broke a lot of rules and didn't really care but once i realized how much being part of this community meant to me i made an effort to learn them. At this point i'd say ive memorized almost all of the rules. I learned from my past mistakes and because of that experience i believe i know the rules better than most players • Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been playing Garry's Mod since around 2016-2017. During that time ive been a staff member on several Turkish servers mostly DarkRP but also servers like HogwartsRP and StarWarsRP. However compared to Diverge ive never held a staff role on a big server or any platform worth mentioning before • Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I've been banned and received notes multiple times before. Like I mentioned when explaining my motivation reason, i used to be a player who didnt care much about the rules. However over time i learned them and i truly believe ive changed. Its been almost 3 months since my last Staff Application and during that time ive spent around 1,100 hours on the server. Throughout those 1,100 hours i havent committed a single rule violation that required staff intervention or resulted in any punishment • Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * At this point i believe i am a well known person in the community. If you asked me this question in the past i would have had to admit that my reputation was terrible. However after i started caring more about the server, respecting the rules and changing the way i treated people, i believe many people started seeing me in a better way. I dont think there are many people left who have a negative opinion of me • What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: When i think about my best moments the first thing that comes to mind is participating in Racket War '89 with Le Mob French as part of the core group. We were only 6 people but we managed to finish 7th on the server. Other than that joining Racket War '90 with the Bruno Scarfo family, moving to Supreme Team, being allowed to create my own crew, having 15 people flag up on the first day and eventually becoming HC (Underboss) are some of the moments I value the most.These are easily some of my happiest and best memories which i can mention here on Diverge • Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I don't think it would be the right thing to handle a ticket or complaint involving myself. Just like any other player i would create a ticket and wait for another staff member to handle the situation. I would provide any necessary evidence leave the decision to the staff member and continue the RP • You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: It kinda depends on the severity of the situation. If its something minor and i dont think they did it intentionally i would simply warn them about it and tell them to be more careful. Howeve, if the situation is serious i would make a Staff Report like any other player, provide the evidence and information i have and let the UA handle the situation • A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a situation like this happens and there is evidence i wouldnt care at all if the person was my friend. I would do my duty and take the necessary actions. However if a complaint was made and i knew this player was capable of doing something like that but there was no evidence, i would seriously warn them and make it clear that if i ever witnessed something like that our friendship would not stop me from giving them the punishment they deserve. I think the most important thing for a staff member is not letting personal feelings affect their decisions. Whether it's a friend or someone you don't like shouldn't matter. I would look at the situation, treat every player fairly and make sure the correct action is taken no matter who it is

If there was a REASON to be a citizen or anything but a criminal it'd be cool, but frankly theres no reason to waste your time on any of the current legal jobs. Pendred wanted to bring back the original system of ordering food and bringing it to your business, no reason to have a business that orders shipments when an NPC could do that.

Yo I'm ying bao in this situation in the clip there is three of us ying bao me out on the streets coming to ghetto after the callout, Harry Paul Sack is the guy inside the apartment y'all were lockpicking into, and the person that killed you is Harry Ding Dong aka tokyoo. He's been in the server for a little over a year of what I know his name is out there people do know him. Theres no third person peaking he's already actively on third person and before the engagement y'all are not seen until after when he peaked out shooting. so anyways 1. No third person peaking 2. different person giving comms 3. The sig is very tight spread with hip fire 4. The third guy died accidentally when he moved from brown coat to you (hence why he's strafing after killing you expecting the third guy to peak) 5. It's called having a rapid trigger it's not hard to click a gun consistently after pvping for long in the server 6. You got wiped and you do care of the character if you're pulling this just get better at the server man

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Global Rule 1. I don't mind the character getting PK'd, I would have took this PK on the chin but after reviewing the clip I would like to have some sort of investigation against the player that PK'd me. It could be 100% possible that this player is just and extraordinary PvPer but I don't know this player at all and I've never heard of him until now. I'm suspecting some sort of hacking/cheating due to the following reasons: 1. In the clip it seems that his crosshair (or roughly equal to where the crosshair would be) to lock on to the heads of those that were killed. From the man in the brown jacket that got head tapped, to the man behind me that got headtapped, and then to me, getting headtapped when the bullet went straight past my head (which could have just been a desync issue or something like that). 2. During the PvP, he is talking over the radio and still has extremely precise accuracy. It could have just been someone else speaking over the radio but the callouts that were given just suspect me to believe that it's him speaking. 3. The consistency of the timing between each shot is immaculate. There were no irregular patterns in between each shot. 4. As you can see, the tracer rounds show that the bullet spray is pretty much none. The accuracy with the shots is just so hard to believe that it's legitimate. (edit) 5. He is also abusing third person for this PK. I could be wrong about all of this and he genuinely just might be an amazing PvPer, but reviewing the clip just makes the situation seem a little odd. I don't really know if there's a way to prove any software usage but if this could be looked into I would really appreciate it. As i explained to you during the sit, multiple times and at length, the issue is that you personally gave no warnings for him to leave, nor did you have your gun pointed at him before shooting. You walked up to the situation, and without you giving a warning, shot him. As i was unsure of how that action stood in regard to the rules, I briefly called AceAdmiral, a senior admin. After speaking with her, and explaining the situation, we came to an understanding that what you did was rdm, as you did not escalate properly. I looked over your notes and bans, and then realized that you had 6 prior bans (3 for rdm) and 10 notes (5 for rdm/ardm). After seeing you had so many logged punishments on your account, starting from February, I decided a ban was appropriate. I will say, I believe I was VERY lenient on the ban time considering your extensive punishment history and your last ban being 7 days (which ended less than a week ago).
