What is your motivation/reason for applying? *
When I'm online there isn't usually much staff around, My sleep schedule is a bit fucked and so when it's really quiet and none of my friends are around I'd like to be able to help the server in terms of sorting out issues as they arise. I've also seen and met a few members of the staff team, and i think they're good company, so i wouldn't mind being in the same boat as them.
I have some prior (Yet outdated) Staff experience in DarkRp, and since returning to Garry's Mod after such a long hiatus, i feel like it'd be fun to reexperience being a member of staff in a different environment.
Why should you be considered over other candidates? *
I Personally don't think i should be considered more than any other candidates, as everyone has their own qualities and skills. I'm willing to learn how the system works and i look forward to helping out where possible, but i don't think I'm "Better" than anyone else who would also like to be staff, i can dedicate quite a lot of time to the server as shown with the 102 hours I've already put into my main character, and I Also like the idea of both following and enforcing rules down to the letter.
As it is, I'd like to be apart of the staff team. but if i don't fit in then i have no issues with being denied.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?
I'd see if there are any staff online, If not or if there is a small staff to player ratio, I'd hop on my staff character and see if the tickets are piling up, If there's more than a few tickets I'd ask if anyone needs to hit quota. before then taking tickets and proceeding to help, However. if there is no staff around, I'd swap and begin taking the tickets one by one until all of them are done.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would clip the situation in question whenever possible. before opening a management ticket / staff report ticket (If they exist) to report the issue, I'd prioritise getting video files instead of links for this. so the evidence could be used at any point in time
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
I Would take the ticket. I Would listen to both sides of the situation, watch any clips. and then give the same punishment to the offending party as i would any other player, just because i know them doesn't mean they are exempt when it comes to any of the servers rules.
