To make the server more 90s Mafia-era or whatever (bring more action), this could perhaps bring some innovation to the server. It could also help a lot for the cops or factions during a chase for not making the chase boring (but the cops should shoot at the wheels though, until the target opens fire at the officer). Furthermore, for factions, besides being perhaps useful during faction wars or even for chases like said before, it can be a perfect and a quick PK method. Let me explain: The boss has given to the enforcers the task of eliminating enemies/traitors etc..., but they're in a distant location. Hey so im the banning staff member in this case. There had been a discord ticket made due to a staff member's recommendation about a ticket he was unsure about. There are 2 relevant clips for this situation and both will be labeled and attached below. Inside of those clips we see two sos dudes goofing off and picking you up while ragdolled. You say 3 times throughout your clip “ put me down” the last being at 48 seconds in. on clip one we see no sight of your friend until 56 seconds in where he is far away running towards you then two seconds later he shoots. After he shoots a firefight breaks out killing the two sos. When the fight is over we see your friend running up towards you and much closer now as he ran during it. During your initial sit your claim is that he was just running that way and was close enough to hear your voice and defend you. I had tested this with another staff member to see how far the voices go exactly to get a rough idea of if it was possible and it was very far off, to the point where there isnt any chance you were heard. The claim is he was just running at that exact second and then defended you, however when comparing it to the theory of metagame,it makes alot more sense as thats what everything points to, a random man shooting two dudes who were carrying a white shirt with no identifiable features at the time provides very compelling evidence to that point. Dude? Are you from stupid town? You have to take word of someone who is in a legal faction who sells oil as a living. You are the one who is jewing around over a few bucks for a barrel of oil whilst prices at B&S for example has been deadass shit. So in my opinion, you should totally be able to see how much oil goes for as a criminal from a different faction! Maybe this will permanently seize sales at the oil factions because you want 7000 a shipment! Obviously the NPC is always at a high stake. Rockefeller and B&S both have different rules regarding their taxes a sale. Adding this will ruin sales at B&S and Rockefeller
